Company installed a tub and it was damaged in 4 places during installation. We have called and requested to speak with someone to pay for the repairs and no one has responded.Update: Received a call from management to apologize and agree to rectify the situation

Great experience, Lickety Split was able to get a tech out to my home within a couple hours the same day I called. My technician Cameron (hope I’m spelling that correct) was professional, he explained the entire process to me of what he was doing, why it needed to be done. I felt educated by the time he was done and my AC was back functioning in no time. Thank you guys for the great service. Definitely 5 stars

Called for a possible mold problem in hvac unit. Staff was efficient, reassuring, and went lengths to receive all the proper information we needed to diagnose a huge problem. Would highly recommend their company to anyone going through mold illness

I had a heating and air tune-up, and some findings came about from the poor performance of our air unit! Jacob BoyceCamr in and showed me that my unit pressure was way higher than i needed to be with the type of filter i was using.. it also came about that my capacitor was working really hard like 4 times as hard as it should.Perry Henry came out as well and they gave me a comprehensive plan to help get my hvac in tip top shape and with a very pleasant attitude and great information. Given as I asked questions. I 100% enjoyed their visit and look forward to having Jacob come back out to replace my duct work and get my ac running at peak in our forever home! Thanks a million guys and thank you Lickey Split!

We had to have the drains undeneath the house cleaned and cured due to constant water leakage inside the house. They were excellent at what they did from the selling, coordination, communication and fixing of the problem. They stood true to their word and the contact we had with them. The 2 young men that did the work were very nice and did what they were told to do. They got stuck in the middle of the mess. The rest of it was a cluster, it wasn't completed in the time the salesman said it would be. They tried to charge us $10000 extra.There were days I had to call to find out if they were even gonna show up.It was extremely stressful and i'm glad it's over with. I think if the salesman that came out and looked at the job would have done a better job with his sales speech and his promises things would have been a lot different.

Our old 20 yr hvac finally expired on Friday and Saturday Lickety Split AC had a rep out "Travon" who helped us set everything for a Sunday morning install. Diego and Maksim from Lickety Split showed up just after 8 AM did not stop till the whole old inside and outside units where out and all the new Hvac system was in and running. Showed us everything we needed about the system and new thermostat setup. Everything looks great and we have a cool life again. Thanks guys, and Lickety Split AC. Bill and Joan.

We have called 5 septic companies in Jacksonville ...none of them could give us the help or information we needed to resolve our issues. These 5 companies were highly rated.One company did send a man over. He was here for about 20 minutes. He gave us a rough verbal estimate. He said his office would email the actual estimate ASAP. We never got it. The other 4 companies never came on our property even after we had a scheduled appointment AND signed a contract on line to pay $250. As their initial fee. NO SHOW! Leave a message...no call back.When I called Lickety Split the lady answering the phone stayed on the line with me for at least a half an hour. She wanted to understand my situation completely. She asked questions...I asked questions. It was SO helpful. Finally someone was listening. That was in the afternoon on a Friday....John was here Monday morning with a helper. He listened to us and wanted to hear all about our situation. He was very thorough and helpful in so many ways. He was not a salesman. He was very professional and really knew this septic information forward and backward. We are a bit elderly so he really took time with us until we understood EVERYTHING. I hired him on the spot and felt thankful that I found this company.Our situation will take 30 to 45 days to complete. Every bit of information was in his iPad and is now in my email account. No waiting for a quote ..it was on the spot. John gained my confidence with his listening skills and his degree of knowledge.Thank you

Professional from start to finish! Same day service to cap a gas line that was interfering with range placement. They recessed the line into the wall and put a plate flush with the dry wall. They did a wonderful job!

Excellent service!! Very professional and pleasant. Drey did a detailed inspection of our entire a/c unit with pressure gauges for air flow and all other issues. After, Drey and his supervisor gave us a full report and discussed options and what is best for our situation. I highly recommend Lickety Split!

Our AC was out when we arrived home after a week and the house was 85 degrees. After call several AC companies a neighbor recommended Lickety Split. I called and the technician responded immediately. I received more communication from another representative about the time the technician would arrive. He was able to repair the AC and I was able to sleep in a nice cool house!Thank you Brandon and Lickety Split!

If you use these folks make sure you get a second opinion. I say that because a good friend of ours called them out because their AC was not working. They told her that they had to replace both units in her house and all of her ductwork needed to be replaced and gave her an estimate of $40,000 but reduced it to $25,000. She had someone else come out they fixed her air conditioner totally only charge for $300. They saved her $24,700.

4/6/2025In this whole company, thus far, some have been great and some will never step foot in this house again. That said…Drayton is amazing. He has excellent customer service and is quite knowledgeable. He knows what he does and explains everything fully. I think we have found our forever AC guy with Drayton. I strongly advise this company to recognize when they have a gem like him.—————————————————————————————2024Jeff was amazing. He assessed our system after buying the home. He gave us several options and was very honest. While it wasn’t the best news it was the best option to keep our family comfortable in a very hot and humid state. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Sergio is also amazing. He installed and then adjusted my new system afterward. He is extremely polite and explains everything well.
