We got a yearly maintenance contract for HVAC, plumbing and electric with Lickety Split. They have been wonderfully responsive when we’ve called for service and their technicians are wonderful.
I cannot say enough about this company!! I called because my AC unit was acting up. From the moment, Angela answered the phone, I felt like I’ve known her for years. She really took the time, to listen to my needs and explained everything thoroughly. Jordan was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and was VERY patient with me and my dogs. I changed my mind on my purchase and thought that they would give me a difficult time, but to my surprise, they were very understanding and made me feel comfortable with my decision!! Both Jordan and Angela were so personable that I feel like I made friends for life. This is a company that going forward, will handle all my home repairs!! They were quick to replace our water heater and gave us informative comparisons instead of pushing the most expensive option. We have recently moved to Palencia in Saint Augustine, Florida. After slow responses from other plumbing companies, I contacted Lickety Split for service. They were prompt, and they scheduled the service right away. Yesterday, Danny, their technician, arrived on time, he was courteous, he was very knowledgeable, and he was very professional. Danny was able to identify our plumbing and our hot water tank issues, and find solid solutions to each one of the issues. I am very pleased with this company, and especially with Danny. I highly recommended this company!

After repeated tries to find an electrician I stumbled on Lickity Split quite by accident. I called one morning and within a couple of hours they arrived at my house. The Electrican was Brandon who is absolutely incredible. He found the problem and took care of it in no time. He is truly amazing. He is honest, talented and a pleasure to do business with. Our cast iron pipes were in bad shape! Unable to do dishes or laundry, we called several plumbers who either told us they couldn’t do the job, could only do a partial repair or wanted to charge more than $50,000 to replace the pipes. Lickety Split is one of only a few companies in Jax offering pipe lining for residential homes; I cannot say enough how pleased we are with the outcome! We were well informed on the entire process, they answered all my questions with patience and provided top level customer service.
Jeff, the HVAC professional was clearly more than competent as he diagnosed our issue and got us up and running in a matter of an hour. From our AC unit being off (about 6pm) to being fixed (3:30pm) we were down less than 22 total hours. In a week where there was a constant heat advisory and two kids under 8 years old, this was a better service than I could hope for.
We had a great experience with Lickety-Split today. Our A/C went down while we were trying to replace the thermostat. Being new to the area we had not yet established an account with anyone. Our call was answered immediately and Chris arrived an hour later to address our issues. After testing everything he got the A/C back up and running. Very professional and courteous throughout. As an added bonus we got to meet Arron and learn more about the company and all they have to offer. If you’re new in the area or looking for a change I highly recommend Lickety-Split!
The technicians/plumbers did a great job correcting some issues with kitchen sink drains that was also affecting dishwasher. Appreciate the work done!!

We have been looking for a good plumber for quite some time. Our sink and garbage disposal randomly stopped working. We called lickety split and they gave us an appointment the next day which was great. The service rep Chris was awesome. He was extremely professional and friendly. He was up front and honest with us about the issues we had. He was able to get both things working quickly. We have some other projects we want to get done and we will definitely request to have Chris do the work. We have friends in the area who we gave the recommendation to as well. We are extremely happy to have found this company and Chris.
Wayne was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him. He fixed my water same day within a few hours and kept me in know of everything he was doing. He even reached out the following day to ensure the repair was indeed working. Great customer service all around.
Bought a house and water heater kept tripping the breaker. Called multiple companies in the area late on a Friday looking for someone to come on Saturday as we live out of town and can only come on weekends. Lickety Split was one of only two companies that returned my call and the only one to come with 1 day’s notice and on a Saturday. Their prices were fair, and the electrician (Ritch) was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They just earned a permanent spot on my contact list!!!
I called Lickety Split about an electrical problem I was having. The person answering the phone was very helpful and set up an inspection for me with a technician out in the field. Luckily he was just finishing up at his job and was here within 30 min. I don’t remember the technicians name but he was great. He explained everything in a manor that I understood and took care of the problem during that visit. I would highly recommend Lickety Split for any electrical problem you might.
I’m extremely impressed with Lickety-split Plumbing and Chris who came out and did the work for me. He was very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and the price was extremely doable in this economy. That doesn’t happen very often. I cannot say enough good things about this company we’re lucky to have them here in Florida.

I accidentally cut the ground wire to my house. After doing a Google search I found Lickety Split. Brandon, the electrician, showed up on time, he answered all my questions. He completed the task in a very reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be doing business with them again and will recommend them to anyone interested in electrical work.
