I have been in the air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical trades for over 27 years. We owned and operated a successful HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company in Virginia for 22 years of my 27 years in the business.

When we first moved to Florida, we had the need for different services in our own home. Sure, we could do it ourselves, but with just moving here and not having any relationships with vendors, etc., we decided to call local companies to assist us.

After 27 years of being completely self-reliant, we were now in a situation where we depended on others to provide service to our home. To say the least, we were extremely disappointed. We know what it’s like not to have any air conditioning while no one cares! We also had a few plumbing problems and went through the same or similar experiences.

When you call a company, you want to be at ease immediately with the other person on the phone. You want to feel good about the conversation and have the person on the other end treat you like they would a friend or family member.

Every call to a home service company should start with a conversation where the employees on the other end of the line are like personal concierges and treat customers like royalty, walking them through the entire process and providing all available options.
