I had a broken spigot Saturday morning and I called Lickety Split. I got a repair time slot for 12noon -4pm which cost me the weekend rate. I became a member which was cheaper for me in the long run. Robert came around 3pm. He was knowledgeable and let me know my options. He replaced the spigot and installed the new one but it leaked which required him to come inside the house and get in the wall to secure the spigot to the PVC pipe and caulked the hole on the outside that takes 24 hours to dry. Overall, Robert did a good job and even called in to schedule an appointment with their drywall guy. 😁

Lickety Split has exceptional customer service. From scheduling, to keeping me updated on the delivery time and right down to the follow up. My tech, Jordan, was so respectful of my property.I prepared the area around the hot water heater to be flushed, and it was spotless. Jordan left it exactly how he found it. Spotless.I have put this company into my contact list on my iPhone. I will use them again and again. Everyone that I had contact with had a beautiful personality.Bravo.

Had Lickety come out to the house after fighting a slow flushing toilet for days. John, Chuck and Austin showed up. My son had apparently flushed a blender bottle ball done the toilet. The got the toilet flushing and with the camera showed me all the build up in the pipes. I am a big believer in prevention maintenance so they were ready to work with the hydro jet and clean up the drainage pipes. Thanks again guys having two working toilets with family in town gives me peace of mind.

Henry Moses did our annual AC inspection and tune up. We had a minor issue last year ‘resolved’ by another vendor and Henry advised the capacitor had an issue and suspected duct work as the mechanical parts were all functioning properly. Turns out the builder used smaller diameter ducts which weren’t sufficient for the load put out by the unit. He explained everything in detail, drew aCouple sketches with layout and computations and provided videos. They also deducted the inspection fee from the additional work.Easy to get person on phone when I called…appointment reminders and tech called when on the way…arrived on time. Likely to use them again.

Lickety Spit in your face. Please stay far away. They will take your money and give you astronomical quotes without actually providing a written quote or photo evidence. I have no idea how they’re rated 4.9 on Google because Yelp, Angie’s, etc. tell a completely different story.

Henry was pleasant, professional and extremely thorough. What started out as a routine HVAC service turned out to be something a little more complex and he explained every step of the process to make sure I understood. The appointment lasted much longer than either of us had expected and despite it being Friday night he always had a smile on his face. I would highly recommend Henry and the rest of the Lickety Split team. They are our first call for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

I had a terrible experience with this company over a routine cleaning service. The first project they did for us was to install a new AC unit for our home about 2 years ago, and they did a wonderful job. My contract has them come out and do semi-annual maintenance, and while doing so, the technician asked if we would like to have our AC ductwork cleaned. I scheduled the service to be done, and the project was to begin a few days later. A problem was discovered under my home that needed repairing and was completed by Lickety Split. Between all of this, it was necessary to reschedule the cleaning on their side approximately 7 times. At the beginning of the project, dust/ceiling covers were placed around certain areas of our home and were left there for over a week. This is unsatisfactory. Once the cleaning was done, they left the dust covers, a chemically soaked rag on an open 200 amp breaker box (IMO Extreme Fire Hazard), a can of aerosol cleaner rolling around my back porch for me to crush with my wheelchair, and a personal article of clothing in my daughter's room. I reached out and spoke with a representative to schedule a person to come and collect the items that I took outside and placed on top of our BBQ. Upon their arrival, I received a call saying I was requested outside to sign a document and that the van and employees were not going to leave my property until I signed. First, I don't take kindly to threats. Second, I signed all the paperwork they had asked for on the day of completion. But now they had threatened to stay on the property and claimed they had authorization to do so. I would have happily signed the job completion report. They had all of the digital signatures up to this point and their money, I presume. I try to be nice in doing business, but my being nice stops when companies start threatening me. IMO, I believe if this company is doing this to me, then who else are they using this type of bullying/intimidation tactic on, and should be investigated for this type of business practice, IMO.Grade on this project F.I don't think that making threats, bullying, and intimidating customers work and make for poor business practice.

UPDATE: 4/16/2025As you can see by the photos attached, Lickety Split just keeps calling about maintenance. This thread started because they demanded a review when I had maintenance done. They are relentless and won’t stop texting and calling. I have sent a message for it to STOP but that was yesterday and I received twice as many texts today! 🤦🏼‍♀️Also, their websites reviews are all 5 stars but you can find honest ones, like this, in other areas. Keep searching! The link they sent me ended up here. So we are the actual customers.UPDATE: 3/31/25As I had stated in this review, Lickety split has called twice today. I only posted a review because they relentlessly requested that I do so. I had more than 5 reminders to review them. Now I am paying the price for that.Dear Lickety split- STOP CALLING AND TEXTING ME! You lost another star due to harassment.This is combined score. The technician who serviced our unit was GREAT! 5+ Stars!As far as buying a new unit from them, 1 STAR. This is because, although I financed my new unit outside of the company, they placed a lien on my property. I had to show them proof of payment and Lickety Split had my file being delinquent. After that, they said there was never a lien. So I then get had to get proof from the clerk of court to show the lien. They continued to dodge calls and deny the lien. It took an additional month for me to close on my home equity loan because of this illegal nonsense. Never an apology. I wish I didn’t have to use them for warranted maintenance. Those working there seem very nice, but the higher ups are unscrupulous. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a new unit.In addition to the finance mishaps, the installation team used the wrong fuse for the system THEN when that was being addressed, the unit failed to work properly. Contacts about the unit failure were also ignored. We finally got service and it was discovered that the wrong parts had been used causing our unit to freeze up and stop working within 6 months. Also higher electric bills because of the energy draw from these mistakes.Keep shopping around. Lickety Split will call and text relentlessly if there is something they want/need. While calls are dodged and ignored is the customer has needs.

Thieves. Do not let them in your house. Offered a FREE ac inspection and cleaning. Sold us a duct cleaning service for $1585. Never showed for it. Requested a refund only got half. Said they made repairs on my ac. Signed a tablet. Never left an invoice. The most unprofessional staff from customer service to manager. Requested a call back from the boss, never got one. Thieves.

4/16/25.Today, Nate and Jason came out to do the duct cleaning, after the installed on 4/8 performed by Derek and Brandon, A/C unit installers.Both teams in addition to the first arrival of Drew and Sean this far made it very satisfactory.I don't know what tomorrow will bring but for today, I am pleased with the customer and experience delivery.4/8/25It started with the phone call, Rebecca answering the phone, professional, courteous, then it progressed to the communications, reminder of upcoming appointment but with detail of who should I expect; it advanced to the timely showing up and professional appearance of the technician, Drew who had to deal with a direct, blunt, no nonsenses person (me) who expected transparency as it would reflect his ethics which would give insights of what kind of company he chose to work for.I don't work for any and anyone, the organization's leadership must reflect my values, ethics therefore this measurement is what I assess when doing business or giving my business to others. Well after going through the walk through and having also field supervisor, Sean Williams answering my in depth questions demonstrating some knowledge I acquired earlier in my professional career for CMS Mechanical less to say, I knew it was time to change my 17 years and poorly maintained unit, it was either now or in few months but it was going to happen.I am even more satisfied with the opportunity to have my new 3.0 unit, RUUD (Made in USA) installed same day, by Derek and Brandon, who impressed me as youngster delivering impressive workmanship and teamwork, leaving the areas worked spot cleaned, naturally addressing me by Mam, yes Mam, Mrs. Wynter, and stayed focused until the end delivering an impeccable job.This experience gives me hope of the labor force future being a promising one as we age and will need these services again; I am confident their delivery is an example of higher standards to be displayed in everything set ought to do as they mature. These young men are coachable, respectful, and everyone of the 4 members of Lickety-Split Florida: Drew, Sean, Derek, and Brandon who stepped into my home on 4/8/25 and crossed path with me during this consult and installation process are family men, love their family, their parents, grandparents and I know they know God, although Faith was never discussed they reflected knowing the One from whom all provisions comes through the employment opportunity offered by their employer.Lickety-Split Florida, you have some amazing employees and it's my hope it is recognized and they feel and are valued because, it all began with that phone call and the person who first answered but also with the ones who last step out my home and their delivery allowed me to write this heartfelt review.

I need my septic tank emptied out but didn't know we had two sides to it. Mike and Bryan went out of their way plus Jordan to take down my mother-in-law's azaleas brush first to get to the second lid. They all did awesome job today together. Today I received the soul crushing news that the septic system in my yard had failed and we need a full replacement. I can’t honestly say enough good things about the handling and support of not only the issue but also my emotions and the financial burden I got from Arron and his team today.We called to have our tank pumped and the company arrived at my house within 2 hours, when they came to scope the tank they treated my yard with care and walked me through the issue and the solution in a way that was easy for me to understand with clear and concise next steps. You can feel the integrity in the way they approach their work and it was much appreciated on our end. I can safely say we won’t be using another company for our plumbing needs in the future, Lickety Split are best in class

I called them for my commercial water heater at my business. Their technician send his supervisor pictures of water heater model no. The price they said was $7600.00 which i paid with my card in advance then supervisor call me back and said he gave me wrong price and wanted around $12000.00 so i said i dont want to do it. So they told me that they will refund $7600.00 back to my card which they never did agter calling them 5 times so i have to dispute charge with my credit card.So please be careful doing business with this company.i found very good company thru Google and they did a good job.AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST

Our a/c went out and we called them. They came out the same day, which means a lot to me. We ended up needing a new system. They were able to put one in on the same day! There was no waiting around for the unit to arrive. Mr. Henry and his crew are topnotch!

They came for maintenance and the service tech was quite knowledgeable about the unit. He spotted a leak so we needed to have Freon added. All in all a good experience (minus the additional cost of the Freon)!

Advertised a $59 Air conditioner tune up. They missed the first appointment all together. They came the next day. Recommended a new unit or a duct cleaning for $750. I received no receipt or report of what they actually did. Stay away from there coupon offers.Update: The tech came back out after the Customer Service rep said they would do a free inspection of the blower unit/air handler. The tech was combative right from the start and basically accused me of being a liar. I got my ducts cleaned with a rented tool for $30 bucks after a local guy cleaned my dryer duct and showed me how to do it. The Lickity Split guys said had biomaterial/fungus coming out of one of my ducts. It was actually just some insulation. Clueless. Saved $750. It the worst experience I have had. STAY AWAY!

I received outstanding service! Couldn't be more pleased. Trevon performed a thorough check and coil cleaning on my A/C unit as well as checked entire system. In addition, Travon and Tyler educated me via pictures and air flow readings. I appreciate the transparency. The 2 young men that did the work were very nice and did what they were told to do. They got stuck in the middle of the mess. The rest of it was a cluster, it wasn't completed in the time the salesman said it would be. They tried to charge us $10000 extra.There were days I had to call to find out if they were even gonna show up.It was extremely stressful and i'm glad it's over with. I think if the salesman that came out and looked at the job would have done a better job with his sales speech and his promises things would have been a lot different.

Dave, Ely and Buddy were outstanding. They installed the Air Scrubber, Hepa filter a UV light. They flushed the AC overflow drain, which hadn’t been cleaned in years. I put a monthly reminder in my calendar to add bleach once a month.Then they cleaned everything up.
