I recently had an HVAC system installed. The prices are competitive, and the employees seem knowledgeable and qualified. Most of the process has gone smoothly, but there is a problem with the final outcome of the project. I have contacted them and am waiting for a representative to show up and remedy the situation. I will add to this after I see what the final outcome is and update my rating depending on how it is handled.Well this review is only getting worse. They sent someone out to fix the bad installation, but they only made it worse. The workers were obviously upset they had to return, and when they put the sealant on to try to repair the leaks, they slopped it all over the AC unit. The problem is the six inch gap that was left between the home and the unit and that was not fixed. I received a call from their office after that and explained the situation. I was told someone would follow up with me. That was two weeks ago. Meanwhile the rain is washing out the sealant and I'm sure before the summer is over water will be pouring under the house and into the unit when it rains.I finally did get a response from someone in quality control. They are sending a technician out on Monday, march 24 to hopefully resolve the situation. Will wait to see what happens then.

Oscar and his field supervisor were both at the property today to check the AC system. They called and agave me a breakdown of what they would be inspecting. They proceeded with multiple pictures throughout the process and provided notes for each step. They called me back and told me what needed to be done and were incredibly detailed and professional. Ive used them multiple times and I keep getting impressed with their amazing customer service

Daniel saved the day. We called in the evening and they were out before the sun finished setting and fixed our broken pipes. I didn’t know what I was going to do. Thankfully with Daniel’s efficiency we were saved from major damage from water.

Thomas Mitchell came within a couple of hours after calling Lickety Split to pump out septic tanks, a hose broke but he went back to get a new hose, came back and had us pumped out within a couple of hours... Dedicated employee !!Update 2/26: Thomas Mitchell showed up (with advance notice text !), emptied both tanks and gone, no muss no fuss!So far still 5 stars, waiting on approval for septic replacement...Update 3/18: permits finally came in, William Sherman (and one other worker) dug out one septic tank and replaced it, drainfields should be complete by end of day tomorrow along with old tank disposal... very efficient and competent, was not a bother at all, we were allowed to keep using water/toilets, they worked hard all day... This is a good companyUpdate 3/19: drainfield almost completed, should be complete tomorrowUpdate 3/20: project hopefully will be completed tomorrow, William Sherman is working hard to get it finished; the smaller septic tank should be removed tomorrow...

1 star doesn't do justice. Company is as crooked as possible. Will lie to you about financing deals just to get the work. Had this happen on 2 different occasions. Do not fall for their good leap or synchrony loan options. Also had an experience where they were paid $189 to come out and find a problem but the only thing the electrician did was pull his tools out the van, pull 2 plugs out the wall then said it would cost $1500 to find the problem. Called Snyder and they found the problem before having to pay anything.

First, I like to thank the quick response for a leak detection that I recently had. The Tech, Dalton, I talked to, was professional and did locate the leak, for that, I give thanks.Now the bad part, since the slab leak, 2nd one I've had, was under my shower, we decide to obtain a quote for a re-pipe, I am sure they may have done a good job, but for 21,000.00 was out of this world. So I asked for a quote for the slab repair and that was 7000.00. I got another quote from two other, very reputable companies and all came in for 5000 to 8000 for a re-pipe using plex. Needless to say, I felt like I was at a car dealership talking to a car salesman trying to sell a car. And to be asked and pressured to Some degree, to make a decision without even giving it a thought, was insulting to say the least. Note, another company fixed the slab leak in less than two hours for 650.00. Glad I did not get "licked" for 21,000.00.Follow up to my review: Thomas from LS called me and we spoke. After talking, it seems there was some miscommunication that happened with the person that did the quote for me. Once he explained the issue and apologized, I understood. Thomas stated they would refund for what I spent on the inspection, which was very nice. He also stated that the next time I called them, to speak to him and he would handle personally. The customer service I received from Thomas, is what would make me decide to call back next time. Thank you.

They will lie to your face to convince you that you need a complete new unit. Like they worked so hard at it. Had me applying for all this and then said well, we can do a temporary fix to buy you some time. Only cost about $5,000 bc of blah blah and these parts you need. Turns out, all we needed was a new thermostat. Simple, cheap, easy repair.

I truly could not have imagined a worse experience than the one I had with Lickety Split. Their crew botched the replacement of my septic system twice and damaged the foundation of my house in the process. They also busted my waterline without realizing it and left the job site with water pouring into my yard. Had I not been there to shut the water off at the main shut off my entire yard and house would have flooded. Fast forward ten months later and Lickety Split has still not repaired the damage to my staircase despite repeated empty promises being made. My intention in writing this review is to save somebody else from the nightmare l have been through. Please, don't use this company.

They are true professionals, and excel at their craft. I had just purchased this home, with in 2 weeks my main line sewer pipe was clogged. They did a full diagnostic test and clean out, found that the old cast iron pipes where crumbling. Gave me all my options to correct it. I went with trenchless piping, they were fast and thorough!I highly recommend this company!

There is some serious issues that I came across with just getting a estimate with this company. For the positive they have 1 employee that works at St Johns location who took care of "fixing" most of the situation, which was going above and beyond her position and she truly did not deserve to be put in that position, especially because that is not even the location I used.A "supervisor" with this company lied to me during an estimate....He told me there is a company in Florida that most companies do not tell their customers about and this company is a "Florida Discount Company" he asked for the last four of my social and personal info so this "Florida Discount Company" could make sure I was the home owner...IT WAS A LIE AND SCAM...The next day I seen my credit was pulled and got an email from GOOD LEAP...they are NOT a discount company they are a FINANCE company. The lie goes on and on, he even told me this "discount" company can approve discounts for some homeowners...I CALLED Good Leap and they stated none of this is true they are ONLY a finance company....I tried to call and speak to management 4 different mornings and the Jax location, secretaries told me each time Management was in meetings and they would return my call they NEVER returned my call and would NOT return the money i had to put as a RESERVATION/DEPOSIT for my FREE ESTIMATE...That was a $99.oo fee that I had to call a different location and speak to that secretary and she helped me get that deposit/reservation fee back, she tried to get her manager to call me. However that never happened either...I KNOW THEY ILLEGALLY HAD MY CREDIT PULLED.

Few hiccups and Austin got hot to makes sure everything works and cleans up afterwards. Thank you again to the new guys with Austin, Connor and Patrick Henry who assembled the Avengers to remove the 22 year old Thanos system(see picture)and replace it. You’re doing yourself a disservice by not recommending LICKETY!!!****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED****

I called the office and they said no problem we will get someone out to you today for a clogged toilet. I called just before 5 pm and sure enough Chad a super nice plumber arrived at the house and quickly assessed the situation. He located the clean out and dropped a camera down to find the problem. In the end he had to do a high pressure irrigation of the whole house. I felt bad it was nighttime and he got busy and went to work. Everything is working great thanks to Chad. I cannot recommend Chad and The efficient and friendly office staff enough. Any company that can come the same day even after hours will always win high praise from me!

Hands down a wonderful company! I needed someone after hours for my AC unit going out in the middle of summer. They were prompt, responsive, and did a great job! First off they are not licensed, second none of the electricians have any registered hours, now I could go on and on. I happen to be a construction superintendent safety manager OSHA hundred. Qualified in all the skilled trades. These guys are a joke and the click bait sales is as useless as the morels and ethics of the company. They wouldn't know what NEC if I slapped them upside the head with the syllabus for the classes. The company's garbage call a reputable licensed and insured contractor save yourself time and money.

Lickety Split is the most unprofessional organization I have hired in the last twenty years. Do not believe a word they say. Get multiple companies to verify what they claim and don't fall prey to their high pressure tactics. We had a backed up drain line, and possibly needed some maintenance on our inside unit. They oversold us a much larger unit, and once we agreed to allow them to fix the problem, their poor work ended up costing us over $10,000 more due to new duct work which was left uninsulated in the attic. A few days later, we thought we had a plumbing leak, so we hired a plumber, and after several hours, he showed us that the leaks were coming from the outside of the pipes as the uninsulated ducts were sweating in the attic and the water was running down the exterior of water drain pipes, which ruined our ceiling. We have had multiple drywall persons attempted to match the knock-down texture and after painting, you can clearly see where the holes in the ceiling had been patched. I believe that the State of Florida should be able to take the license away from contractors like Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric. After my wife informed Lickety Split of what the plumber had found, they tried to get onto her because they also did plumbing work. My wife let them know that there was no chance that we would consider using their trash of a company for anything else.

The work the employees did was good , but the problem I have with them is in my opinion they are extremely dishonest in their pricing of their parts. I blame myself for a part of this allowing myself to be conned for the pump.Lickety Split pumped my septic tank out and had to replace my septic pump. Chuck came out and gave me a price for the pump. He quoted me $3000.00 dollars for the pump. It had been 8 years since I replaced the pump and because of administration from 2020 to 2024 I thought well services and goods had went up a lot on almost everything thing , so I agreed but it still didn’t set well with me.The next day someone came out and replaced the pump. The $3000.00 price kept weighing on my mind. The empty pump box of the new pump was sitting there and I entered the name on the box , Liberty sump pump 1/3 horse power and model number. About 6 to 7 results from my search reviled the cheapest price was $265.00 and the most expensive price was $365.00. I was extremely angry what they had done to me but like I said I am somewhat responsible.I called Lickety Split and lady answered the phone and apologized and said she’d tell the manager but I haven’t heard anything and I never will.Bottom line for me is, I think they are dishonest and I will never let them on my property again and if I can tell my friends and neighbors not to use them.Last, in my opinion don’t let that Chuck on your property unless you check their prices.Because I believe it’s his job to con youJoe Pelphrey

I had the great pleasure of working with DeSean McGhee today. He stopped by for routine HVAC maintenance and cleaning. DeSean was knowledgeable and professional. The conversations we had about the HVAC system shows me that DeSean is here to think with the homeowners to come up with a plan of action. DeSean advised what things can wait, and in which order things should be fixed. DeSean has the homeowner's best interest at heart to think of the most cost effective solution. It was DeSean's idea to check out the attic. This is where he found a big problem that the company "A/C Designs" left up there. I greatly appreciate his forward thinking and finding the root of the problems in our house.

Chad was AMAZING! He was very professional showing us exactly what was going on with my plumbing issues then explaining exactly how he would fix it. He ran into some additional issues but did NOT charge more than original quote and worked 3 hours until past 10 pm to make sure EVERYTHING was corrected and working properly. So nice to have woken up to NO plumbing issues this morning and take a nice long hot shower with no plumbing back up.

I first spoke to a Angela in the office who was amazing who set me up for thier vip service. I was getting my hot water heater cleaned and changed my anod filter. Then the staff sent Wayne out who did not mind me asking questions and making sure he explained what he was doing. He also told me to call the office if my hot water heater is having any problems and he will come back out . Likety Split thanks for having great customer focus and experienced plumbers.
