Joshua Martin came out to clear a clogged drain. Unfortunately, the lines had to be jetted. Joshua informed me of the whole process and showed me how the pipes looked before and after. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He did an outstanding job!

Connor provided one of the best experiences I’ve had with maintenance service; he was very friendly, approachable, and professional from the second he introduced himself. My favorite thing about him was how well he explained everything. You can tell he really knows his stuff and was patient with us asking for clarification. I appreciated his transparency as well. My dogs also loved him!

Yesterday you sent another of your best to my house to ensure that my A/C unit was working at peak performance. After he had taken action to ensure that my A/C Unit was working at peak performance he spoke with me briefly bringing me up to date on my cooling system. He worked with a quiet confidence throughout his visit. He left me with a secure feeling that my A/C unit was in perfect working order.

Another great service from Lickety Split!!I had my 1st maintenance service on 6/5/2024 as usual great customer service they called and set up the appointment they also gave a courtesy call reminder the day before and the day of letting me know that my service person Justin would be coming out take do the maintenance, Justin was very professional on time friendly and very knowledgeable about what he does and let me know in terms that I could understand. He was very good about covering his shoes to protect my floors and I appreciate that so much. If you’re looking for a great AC company Lickety Split is it. Thanks again for awesome service 🤗

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They prey on people and raise their prices to way more than what appliances are worth. They replaced our hot water heater, inspected all electrical outlets, provided a surge protector and warranty because our home was struck by lightning. We were so desperate to get our problem fixed that they raised their prices to a crazy number. They replaced our 50 gallon hot water heater for $4000. At homedepot they're no more than $600 but we were desperate and didn't do our homework. A few months later they came by for a routine check on our AC Unit and claimed that the air ducts were pinched and that we needed a new unit. They were trying to charge us $40,000 and no less than $12,000. We got our unit fixed by Air Innovations for $85.00 with our home warranty and the unit was just clogged. This company will try to take advantage of you. PLEASE BEWARE and don't fall for their game!

I give this company 5+ 🌟. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We need AC emergency service after hours. The AC Technician, Alex was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable about our AC unit and pricing. He explained everything to us and left us with NO doubt. We were happy and relieved to have received first class service from the call to the dispatcher, a follow up call from John, getting scheduled and serviced in a matter of a couple of hours. We would definitely recommend this company for your AC needs.

Lickety Split AC was amazing. They made accommodations to come out right away when my AC stopped working. The tech, Brandon, that came to my house was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly, and he stayed until he thoroughly checked out the entire system to make decisions on what it could and could not be. His diagnosis and explanation of the issues and the options available were clear and he was able to explain how and why my AC was not working. I'd hire Lickety Split in a heart-beat! Thank you Brandon!!!

Trust me this place is Jacksonvilles latest CON JOB Go to HOME ADVISOR and you will see the REAL REVIEWS .I am filing for fraud..as I never authorized my card to be swiped for an extra $1,000They did not fix my AC..Eddie is the Financial CEOFtc has been contacted along with the BBB.I WILL be filing with small claims Also.My cc bank also messed up and I am filing against them also.I'm a widow whose husband gave his life for this country and passed of ALS 4 yrs ago this month ..I was taken and conned ..I have every proof NOTHING WAS DONE and they ran with my money 💰I had to have Donovan heat and air to fix it the next day and I know they did NOTHING Eddie the CON artist !!They came to Florida and jumped on the bandwagonI don't believe these reviews .Check out their BBBAND other sites and you will see what their gimmick is about .I did not post this for just trying to recoup my money but to WARN people about this DREADED COMPANY .

Had a home issue when an outside spigot broke off inside the wall causing us to have to shut down water into the home. Called Lickety Split plumbing and AC for an emergency call. Our tech Bruce kept in contact with me and arrived within the hour. Super polite, very courteous. and great at his job. Gave me various options and cost. Repair was excellent and the water restored. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend, and ask for Bruce!

Three locations were included in the Lickety Split visit. All the reports from the units visited gave positive comments about the work carried out and the staff who carried it out. Next time however a more careful note will need to be taken at the LS end to make sure that unwelcome misunderstandings about time and location do not again occur.

Please do not think this company cares about you, your property, or anything more than getting paid. I know it is a for profit corporation but geez at least try to act like you care. We recently had our septic tank and drain field replaced by Crown Construction (outstanding, see our review) as Lickety Split is nothing more than a sales company. Empty promises, shady contracts (scribble on an estimate sheet is not a contract), no one on site during any of the work. The only person to come by unannounced was Andrew to see if the job was done and they could get paid!! Unbelievable. Lickety contacted our loan company a month before the permit even arrived saying the job was completed to get paid. I received a call at 8am the day after the job was finally completed after 2 days turned into 8 from Andrew seeing if they could mark our order as complete and not to worry about contacting the loan company he would at some point. Yes, he did contact them because I had 2 emails from them 15 minutes prior to his call to me. Shameless!!*Update the additional sod was brought out after a very long contentious call Andrew made to us after the review posted. Job is finally completed to our satisfaction.*

Omg! The AC blacked out, and our “service provider” couldn’t get to us until three days later. Hubby called Lickety Split. Alex, our fantastic technician, came out the same night, at midnight no less! In fifteen minutes, the AC was fixed! And the price was reasonable. All in all— very pleased with the entire service.

My AC kept turning off in the middle of summer. Turns out I had a clog in the AC drain line. Lickety Split completely removed the clog! It felt nice to have my AC working again in this 100 degree weather. I signed up for the HVAC service plan. Thank you!!!

I would recommend Lickety Split in a heatbeat. My pipes broke and once I called them, they came 2 days later and replaced all my pipes. Theunderground one was the tough. They came back today to change the hose for me without a problem.Want to thank Kristopher, Elmer for sure, Matt and Justin for replacing my AC unit and pipes.🤗
