They really were lickety split. In the middle of hurricane Debby my AC wouldn’t turn back on after a brief power outage. Cameron was here in less than 20 mins. He was outside diagnosing the problem in the hurricane with a smile on his face. He and his manager explained the issues I had, one of which was partially covered under warranty and they got my AC back up and running. The total amount due was still hard to stomach for a blown capacitor and leaky evaporator coil, but that was likely unavoidable no matter who I went with. On Sunday I woke up to find no AC. Called my warranty company and they said a tech would be out on Tuesday. No show! I called and they said it would be a week before they could come out. I cancelled them and called Lickety Split who came out very quickly the same day. The tech was extremely detailed in his inspection. He took pictures of all components inside out and showed me how disgustingly nasty the 25-year-old unit was. His supervisor called and we discussed a replacement. He found several incentives for me to help with the cost. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Thursday morning Bob and Ayron arrived and worked all day in 95-degree heat to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional and showed they really cared about me. They had to call in two electricians to handle some wiring. They were prompt and very professional. By early evening I was cool again. The new unit cooled very quickly and is super quiet. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Friday morning the electricians arrived again and replaced a circuit breaker in the main circuit breaker box. They explained the new breaker was better for the new AC unit then the old breaker. I am very pleased with Lickety Split's attention to the smallest details. Very pleased once again with their service and employees.
One more contact to report. Joseph and Nate showed up after the electricians and spent the day under the house tearing out and replacing all the AC duct work. Once again, a very friendly and professional crew did an outstanding job.
In summation from now on Lickety Split will get all my needed repairs in all categories of service they provide....

There service provider was: On time, professional, informative as what we should look out for going forward. Offered a service contract (with fair pricing) and was not pushy. We are considering it. Great customer service.
They were great and patient with us. Tiera showed up on time explained every aspect of the process with us and what needed to be done. Although a routine service got us in the red, I’m glad to have had Lickety Split at this time. Steven on the call was also great help.
Avoid these folks like the plague.Maintenance guy went to folk's house for yearly service. He disassembled inside and outside saying unit is shot. Could repair for $4800 or replace for $14,000."Technician" was told to put it all back together and they'll get back to them.Had local AC repair company come out, replace start cap ($25) and unit works like new.
For proof of service, invoice # is 65452. Either the Electrician was predatory or incompetent. My elderly parents called Lickety Split for electrical troubles. My mom got the outdoor patio outlets wet a week ago and their outside TV and electrical would no longer work. Not knowing the issue, they called for an electrician. The electrician doesn’t do anything but go to the garage for a bit and then claim he can’t fix the issue then but said he can come back but it will cost them $400 to fix. He then charges them $189 for “sell new electrical plan” per the invoice and leaves. I am not an electrician but I knew that ALL I had to do was reset the GFI outlet which had a YELLOW light on it indicating something tripped. This GFI outlet was in the garage as soon as you walk out and somehow this electrician didn’t know to press it? I think he did but he wanted to take them for more money seeing an elderly couple, one who was unable to walk. I called their offices to speak with someone about this but no one would call me back so a review needs to be posted so someone else’s elderly parents are not taken advantage of. Next call is to the local news outlets regarding predatory practices I see here. They should have been refunded and not SOLD some unnecessary electrical plan because everything works fine now that the GFI outlet is reset.
The company sent a serviceman on the same day as my toilet wasn’t flushing and I was having company. The serviceman was polite and professional. He came within the timeframe they stated and did the job efficiently .
The customer service with Keshia is 10/10. We got a flyer about their tune up so I called in a was fortunate enough to have Keshia help me through the process. She truly lives up to their saying of making you smile. It’s been a pleasure and I hope to continue working with this company. :)

The AC representative name John was an amazing person, very impressionable and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC and stayed at my house to make sure it worked properly. He explained the issue and we talked for a long time as if we were long time friends. All of this took place at 1:00 am in the morning. They have a customer for a long term.
I developed numerous problems with my AC heat pump after lickety split fixed my unit.The ground wire wasn’t grounded wires are shaved,thermostat went out and when they arrive they always find defects and quote 1000.$ or you can replace it.The unit is a Lenox and only 4 years old.I take back my previous rating.You can only hold it together for so long until the true LIckety split shows it’s ugly face.This was my past rating please disregard it= I had a problem with my A/C called LIckety Split at 5:00 pm and a tech arrived at my door at 8:00pm.He was very knowledgeable and personable.He diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes and quoted me a reasonable price to fix it.Direct and straightforward,I would recommend them highly.

This is combined score. The technician who serviced our unit was GREAT! 5+ Stars!As far as buying a new unit from them, 1 STAR. This is because, although I financed my new unit outside of the company, they placed a lien on my property. I had to show them proof of payment and Lickety Split had my file being delinquent. After that, they said there was never a lien. So I then get had to get proof from the clerk of court to show the lien. They continued to dodge calls and deny the lien. It took an additional month for me to close on my home equity loan because of this illegal nonsense. Never an apology. I wish I didn’t have to use them for warranted maintenance. Those working there seem very nice, but the higher ups are unscrupulous. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a new unit.In addition to the finance mishaps, the installation team used the wrong fuse for the system THEN when that was being addressed, the unit failed to work properly. Contacts about the unit failure were also ignored. We finally got service and it was discovered that the wrong parts had been used causing our unit to freeze up and stop working within 6 months. Also higher electric bills because of the energy draw from these mistakes.Keep shopping around. Lickety Split will call and text relentlessly if there is something they want/need. While calls are dodged and ignored is the customer has needs.
I am putting this at the top the review that I began writing weeks ago because it's taking so long to finalize installation of the unit and I wanted to be sure it was read. It's been nearly a month now and the company is still dragging their feet to make this right. Was called on Monday by a manager, and told it would be taken care of this week. Although someone showed up Monday afternoon, that was all that happened, nothing fixed. It is Friday now, and someone may or may not show up next Monday. The only good thing I can say about the company at this point is the unit looks pretty good. Certainly would not recommend them to anyone, unless I really disliked them. If I was 100 percent sure it wouldn't cost me money, I would ask them to remove it. Lawyers aren't cheap, but maybe I can find one to work pro bono.I recently had an HVAC system installed. The prices are competitive, and the employees seem knowledgeable and qualified. Most of the process has gone smoothly, but there is a problem with the final outcome of the project. I have contacted them and am waiting for a representative to show up and remedy the situation. I will add to this after I see what the final outcome is and update my rating depending on how it is handled.Well this review is only getting worse. They sent someone out to fix the bad installation, but they only made it worse. The workers were obviously upset they had to return, and when they put the sealant on to try to repair the leaks, they slopped it all over the AC unit. The problem is the six inch gap that was left between the home and the unit and that was not fixed. I received a call from their office after that and explained the situation. I was told someone would follow up with me. That was two weeks ago. Meanwhile the rain is washing out the sealant and I'm sure before the summer is over water will be pouring under the house and into the unit when it rains.I finally did get a response from someone in quality control. They are sending a technician out on Monday, march 24 to hopefully resolve the situation. Will wait to see what happens then.

I am always nervous when dealing with trade contractors as I have seen my share of shady characters. This is not what you will get here. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable making dealing with anyone in the company a real pleasure. Fair, upfront pricing on what you need and they are not afraid to talk you through it like I now do with all contractors I use. Dalton was friendly and straight up when discussing my repair options and it was a breath of fresh air that he and his manager were so awesome and pleasant...it was the best!! The fact that they have so many services available and options, including with payments, has made me a happy customer and one who will make this my first call when I need help.
Keshia was absolutely a treat to speak with! Extremely friendly, helpful and didn’t stop until our problem was solved! She was kind, knowledgeable and we would love to hire her personally if she ever had a career change!! We will definitely be using this company again even just based on her customer service!

I first spoke to a Angela & a keisha in the office who was amazing who set me up for thier vip service. I was getting my hot water heater cleaned and changed my anod filter. Then the staff sent Wayne out who did not mind me asking questions and making sure he explained what he was doing. Worst service I have ever received. We paid ahead and set an appointment to have the kitchen sink unclogged. They were supposed to call or text before arriving and did not. Once they arrived they insisted that it was unsafe for them to do the service we had paid for and said that for triple the price they could fix the issue via the roof vents. We declined, and asked for a refund. That was the beginning of December and the service was never refunded. So we paid to have a couple guys stand in the kitchen for 5 minutes. We were able to get in a reputable company and they did the “ unsafe” unclogging in no time at all. They weren’t worth the money and will receive a sterling review. I wouldn’t recommend this company to a person I hated, just because they took our money and never refunded us for the service that was not done.
Updating my yesterday review , I just switched to 0 star .Terrible service extremely disappointed , I just got a phone call (late from my appointment ) from a person saying that he is the plumbing manager & the service was 300 + dollar, he said that the service that I have was for free ???.. despite that I paid for the "free" service $100. This is totally unprofessional , bad , bad business .Maybe the price for the service that I requested worth more than what I paid,I don’t know ,but I was told that it was $100 and I paid that in advance , then I received a call from a rude “random “person , the same day of the appointment saying , oops, sorry , but to find the sewer line cost more.Is not about the money is about the way some individuals handle the company.I am sorry for Keshia , she is a great CS , but unfortunately she represent this company , that is not serious. Sorry but this is not what I expected , in my opinion , this is not the way a company do business , well maybe they are not a company after all , just a mediocre local one.
Valentine and John from the Jacksonville/st Augustine location did an amazing job during the installation. They were courteous and professional. They had Great communication and customer service. Deshaun who came out on the service call the night before did a great job as well. Kevin and Cliffton both did an amazing job at supporting their teams in the field. Very impressed.
I just moved from GA to FL and it seems my AC stopped working. Naturally with stress, I got emotional on the phone. Thankfully she sent someone same day to help us out.
I would give zero stars if able. Seems as if they just found a new term “pressure differential” and if they repeated it enough they would get me to purchase excessive services that are not needed. My rental property with a “high” pressure differential of .40 and the fix is to re-duct my house. Same ducting since the house was built in 2013. Then the technician stated my refrigerant was low so I asked him, “How low is my refrigerant?” “Oh, a couple ounces” was his answer! Needless to say I will not be calling these cheats for anything, unless I am looking to open a business on how to scare the non-informed public and scare/cheat them out of money. Save your money and call a reputable HVAC company, not these cheats.UPDATE: Next day customer service rep offered to give me my money back if I took down my review. How shady? We didn't do a great job so here is some hush money, so nobody else knows how we do business. You've been warned.
They called and informed me prior to the Tech arriving. The technician showed up on time. They had a standard battery of tests to ensure everything was looked at not just what thw initial assessment was. The Technician showed me everything in person that was found and walked me through all my options. In the end everything was cleaned up and left better than when he arrived. Great service!
Best a/c service I've received so far. I don't know anyone else that were this thorough in their work in the past. They really take their time, have a checklist of items to test and quality check and get verified for their work by their management. I got pictures and everything sent to me so I know what needs work in my system. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Not very satisfied ultimately, weird gas smell lingering from garage and spreads to the living room. Claims that an ac vent wasn't hooked up when 5 estimates never said that and they didn't do anything about it. Asked them to match vents and straighten them and did not match, living Room has a big vent and a small vent right next to eachother, looks jank. For the price, disappointed. This is after they came back out.
Technicians did an excellent job. Had the ac maintenance done on one day and the ducts cleaned the next day. All the techs were very good and did an exceptional job.
