Cameron is the BEST!! It’s so hard to find reputable, reliable, professional companies that just CARE nowadays. Lickety split is all of that and so much more. My husband passed recently and it’s been difficult for me to manage everything around the house. My son helps me when he can but he lives 30 minutes away from me and is not always able to be here. Being an older lady with little to no knowledge of air conditioning units. I feared I may get taken advantage of and cheated out of my money. I need my septic tank emptied out but didn't know we had two sides to it. Mike and Bryan went out of their way plus Jordan to take down my mother-in-law's azaleas brush first to get to the second lid. They all did awesome job today together. Today I received the soul crushing news that the septic system in my yard had failed and we need a full replacement. I can’t honestly say enough good things about the handling and support of not only the issue but also my emotions and the financial burden I got from Arron and his team today.We called to have our tank pumped and the company arrived at my house within 2 hours, when they came to scope the tank they treated my yard with care and walked me through the issue and the solution in a way that was easy for me to understand with clear and concise next steps. You can feel the integrity in the way they approach their work and it was much appreciated on our end. I can safely say we won’t be using another company for our plumbing needs in the future, Lickety Split are best in class
Service techs were fantastic - highly recommend Nate and Jayden. They communicated well before they arrived, showed up on time, explained the process, worked quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned up every bit of “mess” the duct cleaning generated. These guys are great!
I called them for my commercial water heater at my business. Their technician send his supervisor pictures of water heater model no. The price they said was $7600.00 which i paid with my card in advance then supervisor call me back and said he gave me wrong price and wanted around $12000.00 so i said i dont want to do it. So they told me that they will refund $7600.00 back to my card which they never did agter calling them 5 times so i have to dispute charge with my credit card.So please be careful doing business with this company.i found very good company thru Google and they did a good job.AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST

Professional, friendly, on time, did a through AC tuneup, found a couple of issues & repairs were done in efficiently, saved us from having issues this summer & as a disabled person it was reassuring.
They came for maintenance and the service tech was quite knowledgeable about the unit. He spotted a leak so we needed to have Freon added. All in all a good experience (minus the additional cost of the Freon)!

Jacob and Perry were fantastic. We called on you guys because of a tune up special for our AC and well we found issues we were not expexting. They were both so understanding and walked us through each step and issue until we were satisfied with how we were going to fix the issues. You have a couple of great guys in those two!!
Advertised a $59 Air conditioner tune up. They missed the first appointment all together. They came the next day. Recommended a new unit or a duct cleaning for $750. I received no receipt or report of what they actually did. Stay away from there coupon offers.Update: The tech came back out after the Customer Service rep said they would do a free inspection of the blower unit/air handler. The tech was combative right from the start and basically accused me of being a liar. I got my ducts cleaned with a rented tool for $30 bucks after a local guy cleaned my dryer duct and showed me how to do it. The Lickity Split guys said had biomaterial/fungus coming out of one of my ducts. It was actually just some insulation. Clueless. Saved $750. It the worst experience I have had. STAY AWAY!
I received outstanding service! Couldn't be more pleased. Trevon performed a thorough check and coil cleaning on my A/C unit as well as checked entire system. In addition, Travon and Tyler educated me via pictures and air flow readings. I appreciate the transparency. Tyler and I discussed and secured business going forward, This was the best $49 I have spent in a long time. I really appreciate the professionalism; awesome young men.

The 2 young men that did the work were very nice and did what they were told to do. They got stuck in the middle of the mess. The rest of it was a cluster, it wasn't completed in the time the salesman said it would be. They tried to charge us $10000 extra.There were days I had to call to find out if they were even gonna show up.It was extremely stressful and i'm glad it's over with. I think if the salesman that came out and looked at the job would have done a better job with his sales speech and his promises things would have been a lot different.

Dave, Ely and Buddy were outstanding. They installed the Air Scrubber, Hepa filter a UV light. They flushed the AC overflow drain, which hadn’t been cleaned in years. I put a monthly reminder in my calendar to add bleach once a month.Then they cleaned everything up.

Trevon showed up at our house the day after we called to have someone come take a look, which was great to have immediate service like that. Throughout the entire process, Trey was completely transparent and did a phenomenal job of explaining the troubleshooting process to identify the problems to someone who has 0 knowledge about the HVAC system. Once Tyler, the supervisor showed up, the explanation because even more in depth and I was made completely aware of all of the problems within my system and the options to have them fixed. Once the options were laid out, we decided to go with a new system installation and we figured we would be looking at a week minimum before they would be able to install. To our surprise our new system was installed the next day. The mechanic arrived the next morning and immediately went to work, making sure to cover the carpet with the plastic containment as to not ruin our carpet, and they even had our input on the position of the new system. This is by far the best option for anyone in need of any type of HVAC work and needs it done quickly and professionally. -Kelli and Lee Ward

Beware of Upfront Charges – No Show, No Service!This company charged $795 to my credit card over the phone for air duct cleaning and scheduled an appointment for April 10 between 8 AM and 1 PM. I cleared my schedule and called before 8 AM to confirm—was told the window was 8–10 AM.Two hours later, I received a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, I was told the technician was “one stop away.” Shortly after, I received another voicemail saying the appointment was incorrectly booked and rescheduled for Saturday instead.After wasting hours waiting, I requested a refund due to the confusion and poor communication. An hour later, someone named Shelby called, apologized, and offered to send a technician between 1 and 6 PM that same day. I agreed, giving them a second chance.Again, I waited the entire afternoon. By 6 PM, no one had arrived. I called and was told—again—the technician was “one stop away.” Then I was put on hold for 15 minutes with no clear answer.This company completely wasted my day. I asked for a refund and was told a manager would call me on April 11. I never received that call, and no refund has been issued. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company for a service that was never provided.Save yourself the time, frustration, and money—read the negative Yelp reviews before even considering this company.
Wouldn't recommend. Had a water leak that wasn't in the house. I was referred to Likety Split to pinpoint the leak. Got a text that a tech was on the way at 9 a.m., then received a call at 10a.m. saying someone would be there in 1 hour. When the tech arrived, he turned off the valve to my house and told me I had a leak in the yard(I already knew). Looked at my yard and told me I needed a whole new water line that would cost 10k. No other attempt to pinpoint the leak was made other than looking at my yard. I guess that wasn't included in the $189 special. I clearly went with someone else.
Do NOT waste your money on this shady company or let them into your home. If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a business.
The guys who came in a did the work to fix bad electrical wiring by the builder did a great job and were flexible with my schedule. They worked a long day and even came back early the next day to finish things up. Thanks to Quinn and Raekwon for their work in the house. Thanks also to Derrick for making me his last call on a long day to do the last of the work. While the install went well, I am only giving 4 stars due to the time it took to get some of the documentation I requested. But when I finally spoke to the right person, I got what I had been asking for.
I just had a great experience with your AC agent "DeShawn" ( if I could give move than 5 stars I would).."top notch", "Subject Matter Expert", Professional and most of all " all around great service. "Tim" one of the company's Field Specialist added to the great service. The team came together to deliver good service and they both delivered. Like a previous reviewer said….check the Yelp reviews. There is no way this company got so many positive Google reviews, unless they are paying for them or posting them themselves. Ever since they came out, I’ve been replaying every conversation in my head. And I remember Jonathan the tech specifically asking me if I was the only decision-maker. Like why do you care? I’m seeing now it’s to ascertain whether or not they could take advantage of a single mom. $49 routine maintenance turned into $400 repair, turned into $1200 omg the sky is falling…..on a 2 year old unit.Well, plot twist! I may know nothing about A/C units, but my family owns an HVAC company. Took one call to find out I’m being fleeced. I called Lickety Split twice today asking for an itemized invoice. And that was generous…that was me giving them the benefit of the doubt. First time I was assured it was “on the way”. Never got it. Called again four hours later and was sent a blank document. I said, noooo….I need to see EXACTLY what I’m paying for. Well, apparently, Lickety Split doesn’t do that. Right?! I’m as shocked as you are. They don’t put in writing the costs of parts and labor that they are charging their customers I mean, it’s almost getting embarrassing! The girl said she needed to get the project manager to put something together. Which blows my ever-loving mind. So you had a number…when you charged my card….twice. But now that I’m asking to see the detailed breakdown…..there is sudden onset of amnesia?? Make it make sense. The girl also assured me I was getting premium pricing. “Premium pricing”, but no transparency….got it I disputed the charges with my bank because nothing was accomplished during their visit. I suppose if you can pretend to order parts and make a condensate pump installation a 2-day affair, that justifies the $1200 price tag. They have been told NOT to return to my property as they have not proven themselves trustworthy and cannot answer the simplest of questions. Also, they are the only company I’ve ever used that charged BEFORE service was complete…..learn from my mistake and do NOT do that. Kinda thought I’d get a phone call today from someone attempting to explain their attempted price gouging or otherwise ease my mind……but I got crickets. They are sitting in their office scrambling at how to fix this. The tech Jonathan was super nice but super young….hope he sees this and runs from this corrupt company. Next complaint will be with the Better Business Bureau. (“False sense of urgency” is the wording used in one of the most recent BBB complaints, and that’s exactly what’s happened. This company preys on and exploits ignorance. May God have mercy on their souls.)UPDATE: When I initially booked the appointment, I did get an itemization of what the $49 fee covered. Turns out….they CAN do that. Shocker. Lies, lies, and more lies…

Our old 20 yr hvac finally expired on Friday and Saturday Lickety Split AC had a rep out "Travon" who helped us set everything for a Sunday morning install. Diego and Maksim from Lickety Split showed up just after 8 AM did not stop till the whole old inside and outside units where out and all the new Hvac system was in and running. Lickety Split came through for me during a pre-summer panic when my builder grade AC system had a malfunction. Not only did the Drayton, Aaron, and Jacob, go into detail on what they were doing at each step, but they also provided knowledge on why there failures within the system at each step as they tested each portion of the system. At the end of the service, I am more knowledgeable about: my system, where my home builder cut corners, what to watch in the future, and I for sure know who to call when it is time to upgrade the ductwork to the proper size and replace the unit once it's time is done.This is the second time I've used Lickety Split, the first being a small electrical project, and I can comfortably recommend them for HVAC and electrical. They are honest, priced well, and above all--not afraid of a challenge.While I don't look forward to spending the money on the inevitable future upgrades and replacements (I mean, who does?), I do look forward to working with Lickety Split again when that time comes, be it sooner or later.If you want quick and honest service, give 'em a shout!

No water first thing in the morning 06:00am. Called Lickety Split. They where out by 10:00 am diagnosed within 15 minutes. Replaced the pump done by 17:30pm that same day with a 6 year warranty. Matt was very professional and pleasant to work with. He was not leaving until I had water. Highly recommend them.
Company installed a tub and it was damaged in 4 places during installation. We have called and requested to speak with someone to pay for the repairs and no one has responded.Update: Received a call from management to apologize and agree to rectify the situation
Great experience, Lickety Split was able to get a tech out to my home within a couple hours the same day I called. My technician Cameron (hope I’m spelling that correct) was professional, he explained the entire process to me of what he was doing, why it needed to be done. It started with the phone call, Rebecca answering the phone, professional, courteous, then it progressed to the communications, reminder of upcoming appointment but with detail of who should I expect; it advanced to the timely showing up and professional appearance of the technician, Drew who had to deal with a direct, blunt, no nonsenses person (me) who expected transparency as it would reflect his ethics which would give insights of what kind of company he chose to work for.I don't work for any and anyone, the organization's leadership must reflect my values, ethics therefore this measurement is what I assess when doing business or giving my business to others. My service call was for A/C. Austin checked the systems, found and fixed the issue. Scheduled a follow up for the following Monday to see if everything was good.
I had a heating and air tune-up, and some findings came about from the poor performance of our air unit! Jacob BoyceCamr in and showed me that my unit pressure was way higher than i needed to be with the type of filter i was using.. it also came about that my capacitor was working really hard like 4 times as hard as it should.Perry Henry came out as well and they gave me a comprehensive plan to help get my hvac in tip top shape and with a very pleasant attitude and great information. Given as I asked questions. I 100% enjoyed their visit and look forward to having Jacob come back out to replace my duct work and get my ac running at peak in our forever home!
