Sidney drained my water heater. Very informative and professional. explained what I should be looking when I drain the water heater in the future. He tested the water hardness, showing me the test procedure and the result. My water hardness was right where it should be and he didn’t try to upsell me on a water softener or any other product. This was a free service since I’ve used them in the past for HVAC work.

Had a leaking water shut off valve at the refrigerator. Technician came out within an hour of calling, repaired the leak within 30 and was pleasant to work with. High praises!

Very prompt. Our home flooded from a faulty AC unit. We had just purchased the home last year. Our realtor referred us to Lickety Split for the AC repair. The other units grew mold and bacteria throughout our ductwork, the unit and the box it sits on. They came right over and worked through the weekend to install new ductwork and 2 units. While I do hate the name of the company, I understand the concept. They took care of things “Lickety Split”. I surely thank them for that.

Our old 20 yr hvac finally expired on Friday and Saturday Lickety Split AC had a rep out "Travon" who helped us set everything for a Sunday morning install. Diego and Maksim from Lickety Split showed up just after 8 AM did not stop till the whole old inside and outside units where out and all the new Hvac system was in and running. We were very impressed with how quickly Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and electrical responded to a request for an estimate on work we needed done. The technician, Mateo arrived on time, and was very friendly throughout the time he first said hello, until the time he left. He also noted during the process to us, that we needed some other electrical work done. Which right now we can't afford. However, they did come back to clean our vents in our HVAC system (I was having extreme difficulty with allergies) and discovered that the whole system needed to be replaced. We bought the house last year in June and it was obvious that our inspector never even looked at the system. Most of it was put together and repaired with duct tape and parts of it showed mold, and the distribution boxes were collapsing. She also told us that the system was from 2001 and was meant for a mobile home. Cheyenne Varnavore was the technician who climbed up there and took numerous pictures and was very thorough. She is extremely great at her job. That attic is a very small tight space and you have to crawl through to get to it all. She called her supervisor Jonathan Garcia, and he showed up to talk to us about everything. They presented all the evidence to us about the system in detail. Well, let me say that the pictures were worth a 1000 words. We decided it needed to be completely replaced. It started out being very expensive, but Jonathan and his supervisors came up with a great price for us that we were able to mutually agree upon. Well, they wasted no time and some other gentlemen showed up and started to completely rip out the system. And when we saw what came out of that attic, we were in shock. It was no wonder I was having allergy problems. Well, it was late in the day on a Friday, but they stayed and ripped out the whole system. Since they weren't able to finish, Jonathan offered to put us up in a hotel room. I thought it was a fantastic and generous offer, but I have a cat so we weren't able to go. They brought in portable air conditioners for us. So we would be comfortable. The next day was Saturday, but they showed up at 7:30 AM and worked all the way through to 5 PM. The technicians' names were Serge, Greg and Carlo and 2 other gentlemen, but I don't know their names. They worked their butts off and did a fantastic bang-up job. We couldn't be more satisfied with this company. We're thinking we might be able to get the electrical work done that we needed maybe in 3 to 6 months, but we will definitely be calling them back. This company is completely about customer service and it shows from each individual. I wish I would have remembered to take pictures but I tried to keep out of their way. Every person that came was courteous, respectful, kind and considerate. We couldn't be any happier. A quick follow-up on the week of October 5th. We were having some issues not getting coolness. In the house and a technician came out. He was very courteous and kind checked our system said it was the way our vents were facing and just go to Lowe's or Home Depot, and get ones that face different directions. The HVAC system was fine, and he changed our Hepa filter for us. Didn't charge us a dime, except for the filter. Thanks, guys. Keep up the great work!

This was my first time using Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and Electric. I was pleased with the same day service in St. Augustine. They provided excellent air conditioning service and made the experience easy.

Lickety Split was available within a few hours of my call. All of my smoke alarms were going off at the same time, “fire, fire, fire“ when there wasn’t any fire or smoke around. To make sure it didn’t happen again they replaced all of my smoke alarms with lithium ion battery powered smoke alarms, and make sure they were all to Code. Cory Was very friendly and easy to work with. I enjoyed having him here.

Last April I had my main electrical panel for my home replaced/upgraded by Lickety Split. The outcome was: They accomplished the task quickly and affordable.

They installed a new water heater, water softener, and did a whole house repipe within 4 days. However, after they were done last Thursday, after I came home from work, we discovered two holes in the drywall under the bathroom sinks, which were missed. They fixed them a week later.

We needed urgent plumbing and found Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and Electric by searching for a plumbing repair near me. They offered same day service and arrived the same day, which was a huge relief. Jacob showed up at the exact time that the office said he would and was not only very polite but very knowledgeable. He got everything in order to re- plumb the house and replace the well filter system that we had installed years prior but was the wrong system for well water and had it replaced with the correct system. After a thorough search where air was coming in at they finally decided to take the complete unit out and put up drywall behind the unit, and replaced the unit, problem solved. After buying a new house recently, I have had major plumbing issues, but Corey from Lickety Split came to my house and did a wonderful job figuring out what was needed to be done to fix my plumbing problems. He also discovered that my water in my house was so contaminated by testing it. I have been having health issues since moving into my new home. After Corey showed me how dirty the water is coming into my house, he gave me an option to rectify the water issue. Corey was very polite and knowledgeable about plumbing and made me feel very comfortable as a Widow. Many times I have dealt with service providers at my home that have shown me no respect or compassion for what I was dealing with, but Corey went well aboveboard with me and made me feel good about being taken care of regarding my plumbing issues. Thank you, Corey. He suggested that I get a softener/filtration system put in and it would help with my health and the entire plumbing system in my house. He called the office and they sent someone out without a couple of hours to install the system.

Sean came out to my house at around 7:30pm and worked tirelessly until 4:30 am the next morning installing my softener/filtration system for me. He was very polite and courteous towards me. Sean explained what he was doing many times throughout the night/early morning. He did a great job installing the water system for me and explained throughly how it works so I would know what to do if there were any issues. It’s very rare to find such wonderful traits in young people/workers these days, Sean is one who has a great understanding for both his work ethic and his personal values as was shown to me by him that night. I would recommend Lickety Split to anyone in need of ALL the services they provide.

My drywall in my garage needed to be fixed due to installation of my water softener/filtration system. Balaam came out to fix it for me. He did a great job. He was very courteous and helpful. He cleared up the area after the work was done despite me telling him I would do it!! Great Job!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Lickety Split and especially with Steve. My water filter was in dire need of repair because some of the hoses had deteriorated from exposure to the Florida sun and heat.

When I reached out to Lickety Split, they came out and carefully assessed the problem. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t simply recommend a quick fix that might leave me dealing with the same issue again. Instead, they explained my options and recommended a more permanent, long-term solution.

The necessary parts were ordered, and once they arrived, Steve came out to complete the repair. Steve was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave me his professional opinion about the best way to correct the problem and took his time to make sure the job was done properly.

What impressed me most was Steve’s willingness to explain exactly what he was doing throughout the repair. He also explained the new parts he installed, how they would work, and what I could expect going forward. I never felt like he was rushing through the job.

He pulled it and made sure it was dumped/trashed! Love it!! My water heater is even pumping out Hoter water! Great job!!
