They really were lickety split. In the middle of hurricane Debby my AC wouldn’t turn back on after a brief power outage. Cameron was here in less than 20 mins. He was outside diagnosing the problem in the hurricane with a smile on his face. He and his manager explained the issues I had, one of which was partially covered under warranty and they got my AC back up and running. The total amount due was still hard to stomach for a blown capacitor and leaky evaporator coil, but that was likely unavoidable no matter who I went with. Outstanding customer service! Our A/C went out Friday afternoon and I placed the call around 1500. Technician and Arron showed up around 1700 which is amazing. They troubleshot the issue then Arron went over my options with clear and concise communication. On Sunday I woke up to find no AC. Called my warranty company and they said a tech would be out on Tuesday. No show! I called and they said it would be a week before they could come out. I cancelled them and called Lickety Split who came out very quickly the same day. The tech was extremely detailed in his inspection. He took pictures of all components inside out and showed me how disgustingly nasty the 25-year-old unit was. His supervisor called and we discussed a replacement. He found several incentives for me to help with the cost. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Thursday morning Bob and Ayron arrived and worked all day in 95-degree heat to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional and showed they really cared about me. They had to call in two electricians to handle some wiring. They were prompt and very professional. By early evening I was cool again. The new unit cooled very quickly and is super quiet. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Friday morning the electricians arrived again and replaced a circuit breaker in the main circuit breaker box. They explained the new breaker was better for the new AC unit then the old breaker. I am very pleased with Lickety Split's attention to the smallest details. Very pleased once again with their service and employees.
One more contact to report. Joseph and Nate showed up after the electricians and spent the day under the house tearing out and replacing all the AC duct work. Once again, a very friendly and professional crew did an outstanding job.
In summation from now on Lickety Split will get all my needed repairs in all categories of service they provide....

I would strongly advise against using this company. As many others have noted, their main goal seems to be overcharging customers. I reached out for a simple quote to install a ceiling fan, but when the electrician arrived, he spent most of the time inspecting my outlets for voltage drops. This, of course, was an attempt to upsell me on an inspection package starting at ~$380 and going up to $1100—completely unrelated to the original service I requested.After wasting over two hours, I reiterated that I only wanted a quote for replacing an existing ceiling fan with one I had already purchased. They quoted me an outrageous price of ~$780, claiming that the job required a special adapter and was complicated due to the fan's placement. However, I found that the adapter they mentioned costs only $33 at Home Depot.When I told them I was seeking another quote, they insisted I wouldn’t find a better deal anywhere else, a typical line from companies that prey on customers. I decided to move on and contacted a reputable handyman who gave me a straightforward answer: the job would cost no more than $50.I highly recommend against using this company unless you want to your money to vanish from your pocket lickety split!

Austin Adams and his crew at Lickety Split spent the last two days hard at work doing a huge install for us. At every stage they communicated with us, and were sure the job was done right and completely. They went far above what I would consider standard for an HVAC company, and I will definitely be sending everyone I know their way. Thanks for the hard work and the fast turnaround!
Today we had an emergency and had to call lickety-split. We literally had water flowing out of our bathroom as we called.Tykeshia Cowan answer the phone and stayed on with us until the driver was on his way. She was a pro under stress and was 100% committed to fixing our issue.And then Dalton showed up. He was extremely professional, so sweet and just the best !!These two and their Customer Service were off the charts. I would highly recommend lickety-split to anyone that experiences plumbing issues.

Connor Hetzer very knowledgeable on the HVAC system. Very friendly and courteous, keep me involved during the whole process of repair. Connor’s boss Jacob Sayid was instrumental in guiding the troubleshooting of the system.
Jordan Torres did a great job. He had a hard time locating the clean out but didn’t give up and found it. Got the pipe snaked late at night. Thank you for getting us back up and going.
I highly recommend this company. My technician billy and rob deserve more then 5 stars. My ac unit was not cooling my home. i googled this company and seen the reviews and put my trust in other people’s experience. i called the company up and that next morning they had their people come out and investigate my concerns. They told me my ac unit was pretty old and i knew that when i purchased my home in 2021, They told me about the options they have in terms of financing if i was looking to do so , and how much the unit would cost. i agreed with the price and the warranty they put on my new unit. Billy and rob my technicians took their time getting my place squared away. My home was extremely hot and they still managed to take their time and provide 5 star service. if i have any issues in the near future i would definitely use this company and i would definitely ask for these 2 technicians.
David and Brandon were professional and efficient. After staying up all night with an incessant smoke alarm, we were punch drunk and ready to be done. They took the time to ensure there weren’t larger electrical issues. They were personable and patient. From the initial call for service to completion we were pleased. We will definitely be making Lickety Split our go to company for our electrical needs.
Your technician did an excellent job of deducing what was wrong with the a/c unit. He figured out the remote was properly working. Also he waited a few minutes for me, which I really appreciated. Thanks again.
We’re in the process of flipping a house. Two of their employees came out to give us an estimate on a whole home central HVAC unit installation. They were both very nice and informative and quoted a competitive price.

Calling and making an appointment was quick and easy. Estimate was quick and they had technicians out the same day to clean the air vents. The technicians were friendly, polite, and cleaned up when they were done.
Well they finally showed up Tuesday, April 1st, to finish the installation. Very disappointed. I guess I should have expected that since it is April fools day. Shoddy work for such a large investment. If Lickety Split wants to remove the unit at no charge to me, I'd be happy. Don't expect that to happen though because any sign of professionalism is not a concern of this company. Guess I will have to finish the job the right way myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I am putting this at the top the review that I began writing weeks ago because it's taking so long to finalize installation of the unit and I wanted to be sure it was read. It's been nearly a month now and the company is still dragging their feet to make this right. Was called on Monday by a manager, and told it would be taken care of this week. Although someone showed up Monday afternoon, that was all that happened, nothing fixed. It is Friday now, and someone may or may not show up next Monday. The only good thing I can say about the company at this point is the unit looks pretty good. Certainly would not recommend them to anyone, unless I really disliked them. If I was 100 percent sure it wouldn't cost me money, I would ask them to remove it. Lawyers aren't cheap, but maybe I can find one to work pro bono.I recently had an HVAC system installed. The prices are competitive, and the employees seem knowledgeable and qualified. Most of the process has gone smoothly, but there is a problem with the final outcome of the project. I have contacted them and am waiting for a representative to show up and remedy the situation. I will add to this after I see what the final outcome is and update my rating depending on how it is handled.Well this review is only getting worse. They sent someone out to fix the bad installation, but they only made it worse. The workers were obviously upset they had to return, and when they put the sealant on to try to repair the leaks, they slopped it all over the AC unit. The problem is the six inch gap that was left between the home and the unit and that was not fixed. I received a call from their office after that and explained the situation. I was told someone would follow up with me. That was two weeks ago. Meanwhile the rain is washing out the sealant and I'm sure before the summer is over water will be pouring under the house and into the unit when it rains.I finally did get a response from someone in quality control. They are sending a technician out on Monday, march 24 to hopefully resolve the situation. Will wait to see what happens then.

Matthew was very polite and courteous. He explained everything clearly and kept me informed. He was obviously experienced and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately he had an accident while in the attic checking for any leaks in the vents. He slipped off of a beam and his leg came through the ceiling. Pic is attached. The drywall guys came later on the afternoon and repaired as least 80 percent of the ceiling. They will be back Wed afternoon to complete the job. I do appreciate the drywall guys staying so late to get the majority of the repair done.
UPDATE: 3/31/25As I had stated in this review, Lickety split has called twice today. I only posted a review because they relentlessly requested that I do so. I had more than 5 reminders to review them. Now I am paying the price for that.Dear Lickety split- STOP CALLING AND TEXTING ME! You lost another star due to harassment.This is combined score. The technician who serviced our unit was GREAT! 5+ Stars!As far as buying a new unit from them, 1 STAR. This is because, although I financed my new unit outside of the company, they placed a lien on my property. I had to show them proof of payment and Lickety Split had my file being delinquent. After that, they said there was never a lien. So I then get had to get proof from the clerk of court to show the lien. They continued to dodge calls and deny the lien. It took an additional month for me to close on my home equity loan because of this illegal nonsense. Never an apology. I wish I didn’t have to use them for warranted maintenance. Those working there seem very nice, but the higher ups are unscrupulous. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a new unit.In addition to the finance mishaps, the installation team used the wrong fuse for the system THEN when that was being addressed, the unit failed to work properly. Contacts about the unit failure were also ignored. We finally got service and it was discovered that the wrong parts had been used causing our unit to freeze up and stop working within 6 months. Also higher electric bills because of the energy draw from these mistakes.Keep shopping around. Lickety Split will call and text relentlessly if there is something they want/need. While calls are dodged and ignored is the customer has needs.
I was mulling over the spring Tune Up for my Air Conditioners, when I received a letter from the Lickety Split Company. Since I had seen their television ads, I read the letter, and it offered a heck of a deal on an AC Tune-Up. I gave them a call, set up an appointment and it seems that they are True to their Name. It was Lickety Split to setup for my preferred time. My tech -Cameron Carson, showed up on time and was able to explain what he was going to do to Tune-Up my AC system. Cameron found some faults that needed to be corrected. I owned up that I had made some modifications which caused the faults. I was impressed with Cameron, and he pointed out some things that needed to be addressed, I had thought of them but was unsure on how go about fixing them. To say that I'm impressed with Cameron and the follow-up conversations with Lickety Split is not enough. Sa the old saying goes "TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT".
There service provider was: On time, professional, informative as what we should look out for going forward. Offered a service contract (with fair pricing) and was not pushy. We are considering it. Great customer service.
They were great and patient with us. Tiera showed up on time explained every aspect of the process with us and what needed to be done. Although a routine service got us in the red, I’m glad to have had Lickety Split at this time. Steven on the call was also great help.
Avoid these folks like the plague.Maintenance guy went to folk's house for yearly service. He disassembled inside and outside saying unit is shot. Could repair for $4800 or replace for $14,000."Technician" was told to put it all back together and they'll get back to them.Had local AC repair company come out, replace start cap ($25) and unit works like new.
For proof of service, invoice # is 65452. Either the Electrician was predatory or incompetent. My elderly parents called Lickety Split for electrical troubles. My mom got the outdoor patio outlets wet a week ago and their outside TV and electrical would no longer work. Not knowing the issue, they called for an electrician. The electrician doesn’t do anything but go to the garage for a bit and then claim he can’t fix the issue then but said he can come back but it will cost them $400 to fix. He then charges them $189 for “sell new electrical plan” per the invoice and leaves. I am not an electrician but I knew that ALL I had to do was reset the GFI outlet which had a YELLOW light on it indicating something tripped. This GFI outlet was in the garage as soon as you walk out and somehow this electrician didn’t know to press it? I think he did but he wanted to take them for more money seeing an elderly couple, one who was unable to walk. I called their offices to speak with someone about this but no one would call me back so a review needs to be posted so someone else’s elderly parents are not taken advantage of. Next call is to the local news outlets regarding predatory practices I see here. They should have been refunded and not SOLD some unnecessary electrical plan because everything works fine now that the GFI outlet is reset.
The company sent a serviceman on the same day as my toilet wasn’t flushing and I was having company. The serviceman was polite and professional. He came within the timeframe they stated and did the job efficiently .
The customer service with Keshia is 10/10. We got a flyer about their tune up so I called in a was fortunate enough to have Keshia help me through the process. She truly lives up to their saying of making you smile. It’s been a pleasure and I hope to continue working with this company. :)

The AC representative name John was an amazing person, very impressionable and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC and stayed at my house to make sure it worked properly. He explained the issue and we talked for a long time as if we were long time friends. All of this took place at 1:00 am in the morning. They have a customer for a long term.
