They really were lickety split. In the middle of hurricane Debby my AC wouldn’t turn back on after a brief power outage. Cameron was here in less than 20 mins. He was outside diagnosing the problem in the hurricane with a smile on his face. He and his manager explained the issues I had, one of which was partially covered under warranty and they got my AC back up and running. The total amount due was still hard to stomach for a blown capacitor and leaky evaporator coil, but that was likely unavoidable no matter who I went with. At least I get to sleep nice and cool tonight. Thanks, Cameron and team at lickety split.
Lickery Split rep Robert showed up on time and quickly identified my problem and made sure I understand what he did. He also pointed out a way I could better get air flowing in one of my rooms.

Cameron is the BEST!! It’s so hard to find reputable, reliable, professional companies that just CARE nowadays. Lickety split is all of that and so much more. My husband passed recently and it’s been difficult for me to manage everything around the house. My son helps me when he can but he lives 30 minutes away from me and is not always able to be here. Being an older lady with little to no knowledge of air conditioning units. I feared I may get taken advantage of and cheated out of my money. With my son being out of town this week and my house being 88 degrees I decided to make the call. Honestly I should’ve made it sooner. My technician Cameron arrived within an hour, diagnosed the issue and went over the solutions with me. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was educated on my choices. Called Lickety Split due to lack of AC at my boyfriend's house on Aug. 9th. They arrived about 4 hours after his call and fixed the unit.
Set up a 2 visit annual plan for my house. Jordan was there bright and early this morning for an inspection. He went above and beyond on his initial visit.

On Sunday I woke up to find no AC. Called my warranty company and they said a tech would be out on Tuesday. No show! I called and they said it would be a week before they could come out. I cancelled them and called Lickety Split who came out very quickly the same day. The tech was extremely detailed in his inspection. He took pictures of all components inside out and showed me how disgustingly nasty the 25-year-old unit was. His supervisor called and we discussed a replacement. He found several incentives for me to help with the cost. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Thursday morning Bob and Ayron arrived and worked all day in 95-degree heat to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional and showed they really cared about me. They had to call in two electricians to handle some wiring. They were prompt and very professional. By early evening I was cool again. The new unit cooled very quickly and is super quiet. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Friday morning the electricians arrived again and replaced a circuit breaker in the main circuit breaker box. They explained the new breaker was better for the new AC unit then the old breaker. I am very pleased with Lickety Split's attention to the smallest details. Very pleased once again with their service and employees.
One more contact to report. Joseph and Nate showed up after the electricians and spent the day under the house tearing out and replacing all the AC duct work. Once again, a very friendly and professional crew did an outstanding job.
In summation from now on Lickety Split will get all my needed repairs in all categories of service they provide.

It gives us so much peace of mind to know that we are a priority response if anything ever happens with our plumbing, AC, or electric as a 24K client.
