They really were lickety split. In the middle of hurricane Debby my AC wouldn’t turn back on after a brief power outage. Cameron was here in less than 20 mins. He was outside diagnosing the problem in the hurricane with a smile on his face. He and his manager explained the issues I had, one of which was partially covered under warranty and they got my AC back up and running. The total amount due was still hard to stomach for a blown capacitor and leaky evaporator coil, but that was likely unavoidable no matter who I went with. On Sunday I woke up to find no AC. Called my warranty company and they said a tech would be out on Tuesday. No show! I called and they said it would be a week before they could come out. I cancelled them and called Lickety Split who came out very quickly the same day. The tech was extremely detailed in his inspection. He took pictures of all components inside out and showed me how disgustingly nasty the 25-year-old unit was. His supervisor called and we discussed a replacement. He found several incentives for me to help with the cost. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Thursday morning Bob and Ayron arrived and worked all day in 95-degree heat to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional and showed they really cared about me. They had to call in two electricians to handle some wiring. They were prompt and very professional. By early evening I was cool again. The new unit cooled very quickly and is super quiet. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Friday morning the electricians arrived again and replaced a circuit breaker in the main circuit breaker box. They explained the new breaker was better for the new AC unit then the old breaker. I am very pleased with Lickety Split's attention to the smallest details. Very pleased once again with their service and employees.
One more contact to report. Joseph and Nate showed up after the electricians and spent the day under the house tearing out and replacing all the AC duct work. Once again, a very friendly and professional crew did an outstanding job.
In summation from now on Lickety Split will get all my needed repairs in all categories of service they provide....

I had a heating and air tune-up, and some findings came about from the poor performance of our air unit! Jacob BoyceCamr in and showed me that my unit pressure was way higher than i needed to be with the type of filter i was using.. it also came about that my capacitor was working really hard like 4 times as hard as it should.Perry Henry came out as well and they gave me a comprehensive plan to help get my hvac in tip top shape and with a very pleasant attitude and great information. The plumbing and electrical service were both professional and the people were great . The only problem was the crazy price for super small electrical service ! Be wary with the $99 coupon , it’s not for any actual service just a consult ! Total ripoff !!!!!
We had to have the drains undeneath the house cleaned and cured due to constant water leakage inside the house. They were excellent at what they did from the selling, coordination, communication and fixing of the problem. They stood true to their word and the contact we had with them. We would highly recommend.
The 2 young men that did the work were very nice and did what they were told to do. They got stuck in the middle of the mess. The rest of it was a cluster, it wasn't completed in the time the salesman said it would be. They tried to charge us $10000 extra.There were days I had to call to find out if they were even gonna show up.It was extremely stressful and i'm glad it's over with. I think if the salesman that came out and looked at the job would have done a better job with his sales speech and his promises things would have been a lot different.

Our old 20 yr hvac finally expired on Friday and Saturday Lickety Split AC had a rep out "Travon" who helped us set everything for a Sunday morning install. Diego and Maksim from Lickety Split showed up just after 8 AM did not stop till the whole old inside and outside units where out and all the new Hvac system was in and running. We have called 5 septic companies in Jacksonville ...none of them could give us the help or information we needed to resolve our issues. These 5 companies were highly rated.One company did send a man over. He was here for about 20 minutes. He gave us a rough verbal estimate. He said his office would email the actual estimate ASAP. We never got it. The other 4 companies never came on our property even after we had a scheduled appointment AND signed a contract on line to pay $250. As their initial fee. NO SHOW! Leave a message...no call back.When I called Lickety Split the lady answering the phone stayed on the line with me for at least a half an hour. She wanted to understand my situation completely. She asked questions...I asked questions. It was SO helpful. Finally someone was listening. That was in the afternoon on a Friday....John was here Monday morning with a helper. He listened to us and wanted to hear all about our situation. He was very thorough and helpful in so many ways. He was not a salesman. He was very professional and really knew this septic information forward and backward. We are a bit elderly so he really took time with us until we understood EVERYTHING. I hired him on the spot and felt thankful that I found this company.Our situation will take 30 to 45 days to complete. Every bit of information was in his iPad and is now in my email account. No waiting for a quote ..it was on the spot. John gained my confidence with his listening skills and his degree of knowledge.Thank you
Professional from start to finish! Same day service to cap a gas line that was interfering with range placement. They recessed the line into the wall and put a plate flush with the dry wall. They did a wonderful job!

Our AC was out when we arrived home after a week and the house was 85 degrees. After call several AC companies a neighbor recommended Lickety Split. I called and the technician responded immediately. I received more communication from another representative about the time the technician would arrive. If you use these folks make sure you get a second opinion. I say that because a good friend of ours called them out because their AC was not working. They told her that they had to replace both units in her house and all of her ductwork needed to be replaced and gave her an estimate of $40,000 but reduced it to $25,000. She had someone else come out they fixed her air conditioner totally only charge for $300. They saved her $24,700.
4/6/2025In this whole company, thus far, some have been great and some will never step foot in this house again. That said…Drayton is amazing. He has excellent customer service and is quite knowledgeable. He knows what he does and explains everything fully. I think we have found our forever AC guy with Drayton. He gave us several options and was very honest. While it wasn’t the best news it was the best option to keep our family comfortable in a very hot and humid state.
