Lickity Split HVAC tech, Jason, saved me once again Thursday. And….. as always, he was quick to come in the 97 degree heat outside. He helped me to get the a/c going in my house and showed me how to work the thermostat. He was so knowledgeable of how it worked and took his time to explain slowly so I could understand how it works. Thank you Jason and Kevin, who kept me in the loop of the arrive time. Never a disappointment! Kudos! to Lickity Split!

On Sunday I woke up to find no AC. Called my warranty company and they said a tech would be out on Tuesday. No show! I called and they said it would be a week before they could come out. I cancelled them and called Lickety Split who came out very quickly the same day. The tech was extremely detailed in his inspection. He took pictures of all components inside out and showed me how disgustingly nasty the 25-year-old unit was. His supervisor called and we discussed a replacement. He found several incentives for me to help with the cost. I am very pleased with this day's interactions. On Thursday morning Bob and Ayron arrived and worked all day in 95-degree heat to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional and showed they really cared about me. They had to call in two electricians to handle some wiring. They were prompt and very professional. By early evening I was cool again. The new unit cooled very quickly and is super quiet. I am very pleased with this day's interactions. On Friday morning the electricians arrived again and replaced a circuit breaker in the main circuit breaker box. They explained the new breaker was better for the new AC unit then the old breaker. I am very pleased with Lickety Split's attention to the smallest details. Very pleased once again with their service and employees. One more contact to report. Joseph and Nate showed up after the electricians and spent the day under the house tearing out and replacing all the AC duct work. Once again, a very friendly and professional crew did an outstanding job. In summation from now on Lickety Split will get all my needed repairs in all categories of service they provide.

My AC unit broken down earlier this morning and I have a home warranty policy and they werent able to come out until the following week. :/ I couldnt just wait until Monday in this florida heat for a diagnosis and what my options are.Thank god an tv ad for Lickety advertising same day service came on. That sold me to give them a call. From answering my call from the call center(even returned my call when the line was busy when initally trying to reach someone) to sending a technician out all in the same day. Jeff did an amazing job .Went over and beyond,he was very thorough. Explained the issue I had with my ac unit and my options. Definitely will recommend Lickety Split to anyone.
