*Update 10/18 - Lickety Split came out for an AC service and the tech was very professional and explained everything very well for me to understand my system needs. It was a great experience.*UPDATE: Lickety Split reached out and I worked with a guy named Chad in the office that coordinated a resolution on all the problems that were found on the initial visits. Chad helped greatly to get the issues resolved and made it feel like he cared to meet a resolution for my benefit. Thank you Chad for helping getting everything sorted out.The original review issues: The tub faucet is hanging off the wall. The shower arm is wobbly and the cover fell off the wall as well with a large hole showing. They tore open the back side of the wall to get to the pipes. Currently, all the original issues has been resolved except having the dry wall patched up but based on the experience with working with Chad, I have faith they will follow through with getting the drywall patched. I will update the review when the drywall is patched.

Calling Lickety Split was a terrible mistake. I was given a 3-530pm arrival window. The plumber showed up at 7pm. After determining that the issue was not a plumbing issue at all but HVAC. I asked for this to be documented 2 days later still no documentation that they came to the property would be provided.There answer was to cut the ceiling and charge $880 just for the drywall repair to expose that there was no plumbing in the area under question.I could go on and on since I also had them come the following day for HVAC since the condenser line was the actual issue,They will rip you off and tell you they will do something and then they won’t.

A plumbing issue occurred in our home overnight. I called the company first thing in the morning explaining our situation. The customer service representative immediately rearranged working schedules to get a technician to our home as quickly as possible. In addition to be a prior customer incentives were also provided for this visit. I was extremely impressed with my interaction with this lady. My pass dealings with this business have been very satisfying.

WOW!! I bought a new unit three years ago and have a maintenance plan with another company who has been pretty much scamming me for the entire three years! I called Lickety-Split because I was referred by a neighbor, and from the moment Vanessa answered the phone, to the moment Justin S. arrived at my home, I have had nothing but an amazing experience. Justin not only took his time, was incredibly thorough, is super knowledgeable, but also polite and respectful to the point he put the shoe covers on immediately once he saw we don’t wear shoes in my home. Additionally, the way that he explained what I needed & why I needed it, and then showed me the evidence that he found proving that I needed this service was thorough and detailed! Beyond the fact that this company and Justin were amazing to deal with, I didn’t feel at any point like I was trying to be upsold on any products/services, there wasn’t even any mention of purchasing extra products or services… In fact, I was offered discounts and preventative measures free of charge in order to prevent any further issues which btw, has never happened with the other HVAC company I previously utilized. I have never been more pleased with any technician, I did not feel manipulated, as I’m a single woman in my household, so I often have to be leery of situations where I feel I may be taken advantage of for lack of proper knowledge, and I never for a moment felt like I was being lied to or manipulated. With the previous company I dealt with, every time they came out, I was put into panic mode for fear of something that may happen to a three year-old unit that essentially should have no issues as of yet, and I was once told by the previous company (Snyder) that if I didn’t do a couple thousand dollar job immediately, my unit would be compromised, turned out to be untrue. I am incredibly pleased with the results today, and I would recommend lickety-split, and Justin as a technician, to anyone. In fact, I did recommend them to my mother and she is also now switching from her company to a lickety-split membership plan. To touch base on the membership plan, I found their pricing was about average, but included many more perks and incentives than any of the other plans of competitors. Safe to say, I am very pleased, and confident in the work that was done today, and I’m sure anybody that chooses lickety-split will have the same experience! Great company, thank you guys so much, and thank you Justin S. for doing such an excellent job today!

Professional, prompt, and responsive.UPDATE: Dropped it from a 5 star to a 2 star and may drop it again if the situation is not resolved properly. We have had Lickety Split at our new home (new to us home) for some major repairs (ac duct work and new well filtration system). As far as I know the duct work was installed correctly (did not get under the house to check it out myself). However, they did not have the correct vents/grills for the ducts. The techs blamed it on the office and said that the office was supposed to order the correct ones and they notated the file properly but the office still ordered the wrong vents/grills. Then I was told that the correct vents/grills would be here on Tuesday, they never arrived. Checked again and was told Friday and I would get a call and update. Call never came, nor did the vents/grills. I had to call again and check in and was told that they would be here either the following Tuesday or Wednesday. They finally arrived Wednesday (yesterday 10.16.2024). The tech came to install them today and the vent/grill holes that were cut into our flooring by the originals techs were not cut properly and now there are huge gaping holes and gaps in our flooring. We just installed some of the flooring last week and now have some major issues with our newly installed flooring! Waiting on a call from the manager to see what they are going to do to get this fixed.Second Issue: They replaced our well filtration system. The tech accidently broke the spigot (by accident, not upset about that at all, things happen). However, he fixed the spigot, but it is leaking already and has a steady stream of water in 2 places. I called yesterday and told the customer service rep about the situation and said to her, "Your tech accidently broke the water spigot and now it is leaking water. This needs to be fixed." She said she could have someone out here between 5pm and 9pm tonight (Thursday 10.17.2024). I told her that was unacceptable and "your company broke it, your company needs to fix it sooner than 5pm tomorrow". She asked what time would work best for me, I told her between 10am and 2pm. She did get it scheduled for that time. I got a call this morning from a Vanessa stating she was the liaison between me and the company. I told her the same thing that I told the rep I spoke to yesterday. The tech broke it, so they need to fix it. A new tech is at my house right now, checked the problem out and quoted me over $200 to fix. I told him I'm not paying for this. I told the customer service rep last night and Veronica today that the last tech that was here broke it and your company needs to cover the repairs. He showed me the notes on the account and there was NOTHING stated about the company's previous technician breaking the spigot. Neither one of the customer service reps update the account properly and now they were stating that I needed to pay for the repairs.We have spent entirely way too much money to keep having these types of issues! DO BETTER LICKETY SPLIT!

As a property manager, I recommended this company To my 82-year-old father-in-law for a clogged toilet. They charged him a $99 Upfront fee to even respond. He unclogged the toilet himself the day before they were scheduled to come out he called them and canceled. He was told he was going to receive a refund… that was August 16th.. four phone calls later and a personal visit to their office later he has still not received his $99 refund. He was told that it was processed on October 1 and he is yet to see one dollar. I would not recommend this company to anyone ..if this is the problem you’re going to have before service ? What kind of problem are you gonna have after their service ! Do better ..be better or get out the service industry!

I have been fooled. L.S. has yet to complete the replacement started 4/1/ 2024. I gave them every possible benefit of the doubt and have Many unreturned texts/emails and phone calls. Apparent to me is that you go get the new money cause they already have mine. $24,500.00 I paid for a 4 ton unit and duct replacement. They fooled me easily as I am naive, old and disabled. I have not been given MY copies of any contracts we made and they ignore me. They should be in jail.

I called Lickety Split around 5pm and spoke to Matt the night Hurricane Helene was heading towards us. I had a plumbing issue and had to shut the water off at the street. Matt said he could have somebody out ASAP. Once they arrived the technician was able to take care of the problem and get us up and running.Thank you again.

With a pending storm, Lickety Split quickly responded to my need to have my failing thermostat replaced. The technician was super friendly while keeping me informed of his process through out his time with me. The job was completed quickly and checked operationally. With that said... a thorough job was completed quickly and we were ready for the storm.I did have a question about the billing and Jacob was able to respond to those questions. Again, he was super friendly and understanding. In the end the agreed apon pricing was fair. I cannot thank Jacob enough for his follow up and follow through.I have no reservations recommending Lickety Split for their AC service!Thank you!

2024/10/14 Update:I want to really like Lickety Split, especially for the money I paid to have all 3 of their services, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical, out to my house for major repairs & upgrades. My entire home's plumbing was repiped and water softener installed, my entire HVAC system and ductwork was replaced, and my electrical service panel was upgraded and a sub panel added. The quality of work completed is a solid 7/10, but there are other issues worth considering if you decide to use their services. I list the pros and cons of my experience below.The Pros:1) There is no doubt they have extremely hard workers on their staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Serge, Sergess' partner, Dale, Chris, Kyle, TJ- all Rockstars.2) They offer financing, a solid warranty, and other incentives to their contract and are willing to negotiate to remain competitive.3) HVAC and Plumbing jobs were completed on time and on schedule. I was especially amazed how quickly and thoroughly the HVAC team worked. The plumbing team busted ass- any delays or work extensions were communicated to me up front and they followed thru.4) They show up to the job with a team to assess work needed to be done and ensure services ordered are correct and that I was informed of work to be done5) Most everything was up and running when they finally left, except for the water softener. I had to research how to get that up and running after watching YouTube.The Cons:1) Scheduling. Especially electrical. By far the most confusing and biggest pain in my side. I had to chase and pry for information on when the electrical job would be finished after the job was abandoned half completed. I was told job would be done in 3 days tops and it took 2 weeks. After calls to main office and lots of back and forth to get an idea of what's going on, I would be told someone was coming the next morning only for nobody to show up. I would be told a manager would call me, but they never have, even now.Job started on Monday- two electricians show up at 8am, I go back out to garage to check in, they are gone. No mention to me of them leaving. I get a call hours later saying they got pulled off my job and onto another, but would come next day instead. A day and a half go by and nobody calls or comes out to the house.Finally late Wednesday afternoon a guy shows up to do the job. He works until I assume 9pm, because yet again, when I go to check in around that time he is gone with no mention or warning to me. Panel replacement is half installed, sub panel is not installed, wires are hanging of of the wall, my fridge, stove, and multiple rooms in the house have no power.Finally, a week later TJ shows up and finishes the job over the course of 2 days. TJ was the only person in the electrical department to actually speak to me directly, handle scheduling issues, and get the job done. Thank God for TJ. Give him a raise.2) Lickety Split pushes for reviews. Hard. They offer incentives for reviews like gift cards. The initial sales guy, Joshua, asked me to write a review as soon as the contract was signed before any work was done. Hence- this update.3) After contract is signed, the sales guys dissappear and you're stuck talking to the office or the workers directly, who then often refer you back to the office, but people in office dont really know whats going on with the crew. Kyle from HVAC is the exception- he handled business. I can't say the same for Josh. When I asked for some help understanding the scheduling issues with electrical he was MIA and MIA since the contract was signed.4) Cleanliness after job is done. I'm still picking up scraps left behind, found a few tools, rolls of tape, my old duct boxes, pipe fittings, plastic bags, etc. Many areas are left for me to kind of clean up and finish- like replacing insulation that was removed in my ceiling to install pipes or vacuuming up dust and dirt. Some areas were broom swept at least.Overall, I'd work with them again for HVAC or Plumbing, but not electrical.

My plumbers was great. Unfortunately they had to come out when it was during all this rain so it took longer then expected to start and finish the project. The scheduling was horrible, hours later then I was originally told but my plumbers was amazing. They did what they needed to and even came back and checked up on their work. They also called and made sure I was happy with what they did. Very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Kristopher Baxter and Joshua Martin. Both was amazing and knew what they was talking about. Had the ac tech come out to look at my ac Justin salmon was amazing and informed me of issues I had. Very kind and respectful and knew what he was talking about

After trying to get another company to come out for 2 days, a friend recommended Lickety Split. I called them after 5 on a Monday and they came out at 9am the next morning and ended up saving us $200! Matt, John and Austin were great to work with!
