Terrance our technician was polite, knowledgeable and proficient. He knew immediately what to do to get our AC unit up and running. He went the extra mile and worked pass quitting time. The techs, Macon and Anthony, were great! They came out and installed my ceiling fan with no problems. They were prompt, professional and easy to converse. However, I did not like the concept of waiting for a manager to come out to give a quote on the cost to ground 2-3 outlets before the ceiling fan was installed. The manager, Henry, did not quote what was requested but provided 3 options for payment plans to re-wire the house. I paid 4 times the cost of the ceiling fan to have it installed and even though the actual technicians were great, I do not feel comfortable reaching out to Lichity Split for any additional services.

Purchased a new hvac system and all new duct work. The install team worked diligently from about 230pm to 1130pm to insure the job was completed same day and with a quality install. They never took a break not even for dinner. When the job was completed same they showed me pics of the ducts in our attic crawl space and details about the unit.

Carmelo did a great job diagnosing the issue(s). Unfortunately there was a lot more wrong with the unit. Carmelo walked me through all the issues. He also laid out all the options I had.Due to Carmelo’s professionalism I elected to get a new system installed. The installers are on the way with the equipment to do a same day install.

Do not use this company! I called them to replace an electrical box on my septic system. Not only was the price grossly high, but they wired it up improperly (the pump and the alarm weren't connected together) and my pump burned out and my tank overflowed because the alarm failed due to the incorrect wiring. This is gross incompetence - please take this as your warning!

I was hesitant to have lickety-split come to my house because they had a bad reviews recently I am a retired sheriffs Sergeant and Detective. lickety Split Came out my residence had a leaking drain line. They said it would be $ 2500.00 verbal repair. Re running a line. I took the tech to the outside drain line. He told me it was probably electric line and not the ac drain line. I knew what it was. I had it fixed for $ 10.00 in parts. I had a strong feeling that tech was not being honest with me. I made over 1000 felony arrest and I know when some one is being dishonest. $ 10 is. big difference from $ 2500.00 Pick your Air Condition Company Carefully

Me and my family were trying to spend the day with a relative whose system stopped working. We reached out to the company that installed and had supposedly been servicing them. It took almost an hour and a half to actually speak to a person. They wanted to charge them an outrageous cost just to show up and it wouldn't be Until Tuesday, possibly Wednesday before they could even get anyone there. Then their call was dropped, and we're trying to reach back out to them . No response the person she spoke to on the phone.Did not call back, but they just simply ignored her. Not sure how they found you guys but 30 minutes later there was a tech at their door. Not only was he professional, courteous, concerned, and eager. The tech they sent to our home was relentless even when we told him he didn't have to wear his booties huge shout out to Christopher Maxam. You are the goat. And not only did he get them up and running, but offered solutions for preventive maintenance. Our family was singing his praise, and all the while. His only remark was we Are lickety-split we show up It's part of our core values.

I spoke with Keshia she was very kind and sweet and professional. Bradly was prompt, thorough, great at explaining his findings, and worked with me with a manager to arrive at a more reasonable price for proposed repairs after the initial pricing scheme. I have worked with this company last year and believe their prices are very high, compared to others in the area. Today confirmed that impression I went with them again as I had purchased a maintenance plan last year. But do shop around for price, if you have that luxury and aren't in an urgent need situation. They do stand by their work.

I called Lickety split last night at 2100 due to no A/C in my house within 35 min they had a technician on site to help us figure it out. After two hours of hot and sweaty work our unit was shot!! Within 8 hrs they had a fleet of trucks outside my house and installed a brand new outside and inside unit. By far the best customer service and technicians I’ve ever met. 5 out of 5 stars ! Highly recommend to anyone with A/C, pluming, and Electrical work!

We had three technicians on site doing repair and maintenance on our outside AC unit, air supply and return ductwork and air handler unit over the course of two days. Great customer service with lots of moving pieces in our attic, home, garage and outside slab with the outdoor unit. On the third day, Will came to the house and reviewed all of the work that had been completed. He made a final adjustment, walked us through the “why behind the what” of all of the work. While I knew what had been completed, my wife who’s an accountant, doesn’t have a mechanical background. Will took the time to explain everything at a high level while being respectful and taking time to answer all of her questions. This last piece is a HUGE part of customer service and closed the deal for future work. The accountant in the house will now only choose Lickety Split for our heating and cooling needs!!!

We needed to have some updates made to our cooling system included adjusting our air balance and replacing and repairing duct work. Terrance tackled our outside unit and Edrick and Antonio took on the duct work. All three of them met in the middle at the air handler unit and got the job completed. Our system now comes on every hour instead of every half hour at night, and when it does it doesn’t run as long. Quick math, this great team saved us at least 12 cycles and 60 minutes a day, 270 hours of run time over 9 months. Great customer service, had the talent and tools they needed to get the job done efficiently and correctly the first time. I’ll definitely recommend Lickety Split AC based on my great experience with Edrick, Terrance and Antonio.

Working with Lickety Split was a roller coaster. While Oskar and the other repair people were knowledgeable the experience started to sour when the "Swat Team" showed up for high pressure sales tactics. Sayed was beyond unprofessional making comments to incite worry as he was doing the inspection. I called this company to check the damper which I thought was faulty. I had to ask over 5 times for them to check it and sure enough it was bad but only after trying to sell me on replacing all of the ductwork in the house.Then getting service people out to actually do the service was a nightmare. They failed to complete everything I paid for on the first visit. The next day the service manager called and tried to gaslight us into believing the service was done correctly. After we proved it wasn't he begrudgingly sent the team out again to finish the job. Of course this was after they had us sign the certificate of completion for the loan, which we did thinking the service was done and after finding out it wasnt they refused to redact my signature. We also paid for a duct cleaning which I had to call again about for them to actually come out and do (and they rescheduled that to another date on us as well).However, I will say Austin, Michael and the team that did the work did a great job but the customer service was horrible. They are great at taking your money but you have to hound them to follow through on the work. I will not be using them for service in the future

All I asked for was the $49 A/C tune up!I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lickety Split. Not only was the repair process unprofessional and drawn out, but the tactics used to upcharge senior citizens were unacceptable. The technicians engaged in tag-teaming tactics, attempting to pressure and confuse me into unnecessary repairs and inflated costs.My A/C unit was less than five years old and fully functional, yet I was charged $1,500 to replace parts that did not need replacing. To make matters worse, the technician initially promised that he would personally return to complete the repairs and even asked me to adjust my schedule to accommodate his availability. However, on the day of service, the company sent someone else without prior notice, making this feel like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.This kind of deceptive practice is deeply concerning, and taking advantage of vulnerable individuals is disgraceful. Transparency and fair pricing should be the foundation of any reputable business, yet this experience was the complete opposite. It is clear this company does not rely nor care about returning customers.Of note, my crawl space door was put back on backwards and my breaker panel on the pole was left open and exposed to a rain storm that passed over the night of the service.If you value honesty, integrity, and true customer service, I strongly advise seeking assistance elsewhere.

Their service and supervisor guys came out, diagnosed the problem, and worked with me to get the right plan to replace my 25 year old A.C. unit. The technician was at my house in less than 20 minutes and it wasn't cheap but is any top-of-the-line service cheap? I was thoroughly impressed with the fact that LS got out to my house in about an hour after I called about my AC not working. I’m on oxygen all the time and a house with no AC get extremely hot and humid which is difficult on someone with a lung disease. They told me it would be a couple of hours before someone would be able to call to set up an appt but I got a call within about 10 minutes and a tech was here within an hour. Amazing. Then the you’re welcome h wound up having to stay here until about 6:30 to finish what he could but was unable to finish due to the technicality of an additional repair that was needed. They came back out early next morning and had me AC in a couple of hours. Very impressive for just about ANY business these days to respond so quickly. My homeowner warranty company was going to take a couple of days to do the same thing this company did in an hour. The only thing that I had an issue with was getting an estimate and the diagnosis to present to my warranty company for reimbursement. I’ve tried twice for the manager of the field work but only got a response with a sentence that said was the diagnosis. Responded I needed letterhead and an official diagnostics to provide the warranty company. So I waited until the work was done tho king I would get an invoice of the work, diagnosis and the amount charged. Did not happen either. So now I’m having to call the office to get an invoice which should have been provided me before the last te h left the job site. If that had been done I would shout 5 stars all day long. Will update review once I get the invoice if and information I need to try and recoup the $3500 spent fixing what the warranty company should have.

Lickety Split has been a wonderful company to work with. I was very frustrated and upset with another company that was not doing their job appropriately. I called Lickety Split and spoke to Elijah telling him all my problems. Elijah listened to me for at least 15 min rambling about my AC issues and how I’ve been without any AC for the past 5 days. Not even 30 min later, Steven called and told me that someone will be here in less than an hour. Drayton (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) was the technician assigned to my house. He was very professional, also listened to me for about 15-30 min while I told him all about my AC issues and was very understanding and kind. He did a very comprehensive check on the AC unit inside, outside, and the thermostat. Took photos of the problems, showed me exactly where the problems are at and explained what is going on and what he can do to fix it. He got the appointment ready for today and now the technicians are installing the appropriate equipment for the AC to be working. I’m so very grateful for every single one of you working at Lickety Split, I wish this company nothing but the best and would recommend them to anyone.

Well, I seen the van at a local Home Depot. Decided to give them a try. Offered me a $49.00 primo. Just needed a pm service. Tech showed up. Then 30 minutes later a sales representative showed. Very nice people. Tried to sell me 3 different service programs. I turned them down. The tech packed up and left as quick as possible. Went for lunch came home and realized it was pretty warm in our home. Almost 90 degrees in our home. A/C stoped working. Long story short the tech was such in a rush to leave, forgot to connect our compressor out in our condenser back on. Very frustrating situation. Another tech showed up later that evening. I understand things happen. Please don't waste your money. I had someone go behind and check the coil pull and cleaning I paid $1,000 for, and it clearly had not been done or done properly. I'll never call lickety split again. They're more interested in getting their bonus for taking photos with customers with thumbs up. In my opinion, they come out quickly, but they are not reputable.

Carmelo was awesome!! He came for an AC emergency late at night and was so reassuring to me when worried about my family sleeping in such an hot house! I called today once I came home from work at 6pm and saw that my house was 88 degrees! They sent Keenan out to me before 8pm. He was super nice to talk to and very knowledgeable. I’m so happy he fixed my AC! I will definitely call them back if I need any more help. Fingers crossed I don’t though! lol definitely recommend!

Had some issues with the operational side of Lickity Split about AC service to be performed where I’d cancelled an order for service and my CC was charged $10k. The operational side of this company needs to take notes from the customer service department and specifically Thomas, customer service Manager, he was extremely helpful, listening to my issues and taking care to get the charges on my CC refunded.

I woke up to a small electrical emergency and was able to schedule an appointment for that same day. The technician that came out was extremely pleasant and professional. He explained every step of process to make sure I understood. There was some miscommunication from my initial call, but the technician never skipped a beat. He was able to make a quick trip to the local hardware store to get the supplies needed. After he was done, he made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving. I will definitely continue to use Lickety Split for any future problems.

Lickety Split AC was amazing. Our first contact was with Trevon. His presentation to us of our failed system was clear with pictures and videos. He was professional, however beyond that Trevon was caring and moved with concern for our well-being.Patrick assisted with guidance to complete documents.ZaZa was amazing, he arrived at our home around 8:30am Sunday morning. He worked effectively and efficiently to get our new unit installed. He completed a thorough demonstration with us of our new thermostat.I have seen the yellow and blue Lickety Split trucks many times. I never thought that our family would need them. Additionally, marketing materials were formerly received via postal mail. We just happened to keep one and we are so glad we did.

I do not recommend this company at all, we just had them come at for a quote on a new unit which was originally quoted 30k which is an insane amount of money for a new unit, brought it down after a false military discount to 25k, again an insane amount of money. Only for them to then leave our condenser unplugged and causing our fan to run nonstop and having our house at 87 degrees with two children in the house and jumping our electric bill. The technician on site tried to claim the fan is suppose to run cold, which is just out right false, and left the condenser unplugged and other possible issues that we have not yet discovered. We have animals in our house that we thankfully put in a room with a portable unit otherwise could have ended up in very unfortunate circumstances. In my honest opinion I think it was done on purpose to try and force us to buy a new unit, even tho the unit was working moderately before they showed up. We would never buy from this company before, and definitely not now. They are overpriced and incompetent and a lot of the other bad reviews agree to this claim.

Avoid this company at all costs. They went to my elderly mother's house in Yulee and wanted to charge her 11k for a new AC unit. Luckily, she called me in Jacksonville, and I said absolutely not. So instead, the guy told her he'd repair it for $1400 instead. Took her check. No receipt and didn't fix it. Said he had to order a part. Said he would be back the next day. Didn't come back, said part had not come in. Said he'd be back Sunday. He wasn't. When my daughter called, they said it was for Monday first thing 8 am - 10 am. On Sunday, she had to go to ER for extreme dehydration and heat exhaustion. Monday I was at her house and called them, they said they'd just picked up the part and would call me on their way over. Nope. Just showed up. And then tells me it's the wrong part and will have to reorder that part. Then told me she had not paid and they needed a payment. I said no she paid 1400. This particular guy said they should have left a small AC unit for her in the meantime, so he orders one to be delivered. Said they would call me ahead of time. NOPE. They called at the gate and I was at the hospital. I had to rush back to her house. He left it on porch, didn't even set it up for us, and it didn't have a complete window panel. With some cardboard and duct tape I got it going. So now it's Friday and we haven't heard from them since, although after contacting her bank, they cashed her check last week. So they have the money, she still has no AC. She was in hospital for three nights. I bought her another portable AC in the meantime, but yesterday I called them, and the guy said he could not tell what was going on and would have parts dept call me with an update. So far no call. This company is beyond ridiculous. And who takes money before any work is done? They completely took advantage of an elderly person with little tech skills.

All three technicians that showed up for our vent cleaning did an awesome job, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their job for us. However, the dispatch team needs some work, I was scheduled for the first slot, 8am and they didn’t arrive until 5:30 pm! You need to look at your schedules that you promise your customers, you are biting off more than you can chew. No customers, No company. The workers are awesome but the office is on Central time!

Complete con artists. My wife asked them to come out to look at a routine issue with our bathroom sink. Next thing you know, I get home, they have a scope in the pipe that feeds to the street and they claim all our plumbing under house needs to be replaced. We had just purchased the home 4 months prior and had a home inspection where none of that came up. I asked if I could see pictures from the scoping and they declined. They had 5 people over trying to do the hard sell that we needed to pay $24k for all new plumbing under the home and wouldn’t show any findings whatsoever.Long story short, Terry Vereen came out, confirmed that was all categorically false and repaired the sink issue for $175 in an hour after they did a complimentary assessment of what Lickity Split was claiming.I cannot stress this enough, do not use this company and if you have them out, get a second and third opinion.

They told me 5 hour window to wait but they came right on time at 3pm! Service technician John was amazing! Very friendly, efficient, understanding to our situation and the company worked with us budget wise. We looked around other places for service that told us FRIDAY would be the earliest they could come but Lickety split came in clutch.
