I cannot say enough good things about Lickety Split! After discovering water damage in our home, we were baffled when two different plumbing companies and even a foundation specialist couldn't find the source of the problem. My dad called Friday and asked to have a toilet replaced , the guy quoted him 99 dollars and the tech came and said it would be 500 dollars, How do u get off lieing to a senior citizen.. not a good way to do business. And take pictures of the water heater that has nothing to do with replacing a toilet.

Had to reschedule for a morning appointment and, after waiting all day and me calling, they finally sent someone very late afternoon. Apparently when I called to reschedule it didn't get put on the books. Waste of my time. They also try to sell you everything under the sun. My quote was for $8K! I said no.

Justin was on time and very professional. As he explored our A/C issues, he reviewed them with us, including videos. It was an educational experience. He took his time to answer all of our questions. If you are starting to read this...DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Read all reviews on all sites.Called for simple work. I was in an accident and cannot lift above my head, otherwise I'd do it myself. I wanted 2 existing light fixtures replaced, and an existing bath exhaust fan replaced. I bought the same size as existing fan so no rough in work needs to be done. Kyler arrived, showed him the items, I have all replacement fixtures. Next thing he does is tell me he needs to remove and inspect the electrical panel, not needed, not requested, as they're usually only good for 10-15 years....untrue, but I played along. He exclaims "here's a code violation" and points out the issue. I said it may be a code violation now, but when the house was built, it WAS code and unless the panel is replaced it's not a danger. The only goal he had, in my opinion, was to identify non-issues, trying to increase billing. He agrees and said he needed to sit and write the estimate for my three items, he advised there would be three choices, Gold, Silver and Bronze. I inquired as to why three prices for the work. I just wanted them hung and one job should be as good as the next, not classified by metals. Kyler states "if you prefer, I can call my manager and ask him to return your $99 fee and be on my way." I advised that would be a good idea and asked him to leave. He stated he would go to his truck, call his manager and come back to let me know about the fee. Of course, that did not happen, he did come back and quote an outrageous fee of $1,112 to perform about two hours of work. I told him to go. They are, in my opinion, scam artists. I have renovated condos, houses, and my commercial property and know the labor and time it takes to perform these three simple tasks. I assume their goal is to sell these multi thousand-dollar packages to the unsuspecting consumer. I had read their reviews and saw lots of issues but thought they can't pull anything for a job this simple....think again and call someone other than Lickety Split.UPDATE: While typing the review a "Matt" left me a message and sent a text. Told him of the experience and he asked what he could do to "for me not to leave negative reviews" I said refund my $99 service call fee. He actually had an NDA emailed to me in order to refund the $99 fee. I declined and told him it's worth the $99 cost to tell people about this sham of a company. THEY WANTED AN NDA TO REFUND A $99 FEE....RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

This evening the gentlemen that came out for inspection and quote of our system where fantastic. Cameron and the other gentlemen did a very thorough job on diagnosis to ensure we went with the correct option. After deciding on new unit they did everything they could to make sure we got the best deal possible. As a Xfinity tech being in customers home a daily basis myself, these guys are top notch. Would highly recommend for all of your hvac needs.

The technicians were on point 10/10. The person on the phone we got the quote for, tried to stick his hands in our pocket. He quoted over $2k for to sotter a pin size hole that was easy to access. The guy with the price called it a "major hole" said he had to pay his techs $250 a hr to sotter it & that it would take 2 hrs, despite the technician saying he would have it done with AC running in under a hour. When we said no to the job, they dropped it down to $1k+, then when we said no they called us later saying at cost for $800. We had some one else come out & he did the job in a few mins for under $400 & the AC is the best it has ever been. We do not like to be yanked around, we like honest work through & through, which is why we liked the techs, but not the person holding the purse strings. Blue Collar to Blue Collar Cons are not a smart buisness move. Also, the 1st Tech already told us worst scenario it was the Coils for roughly $2k, best would be the problem they ended up finding, for a few hundred.

This company scheduled an estimate appointment on what was initially a duct cleaning and I paid about $40 to have both of my units inspected. Upon arrival, the tech advised that he wouldn't be able to do inspection as it was commercial and I needed to contact my landlord. He also advised a refund would be issued for his inability to preform service. Thankfully my office camera recorded the interaction.I talked to a rep who advsied a refund would be processed. I waited about a week, no refund. I called again today and was told I needed to sign a waiver stating that to get a refund, I wouldn't write a negartive review; and if I didn't sign, no refund for me. Yeah right! Im able to write whatever review is see fit depending on the level of service provided. Under no circumstances does a company get to decide what review you choose to write. Their manager, by phone said it was their policy and I could forget about a refund unless I sign.I don't think so. I've submitted a dispute with my CC company and will issue formal complains to the right sources. I was fooled by all the high ratings with this company and I'm sorry I'm unable to report that service was excellent. This is my experience and no one should have to sign a waver, not to issue a negative complaint about a company in order to recieve a refund for services not provided.Beware!EDIT: Company called about 10 minutes after my review posted. Not sure if it was because of my review or if my bank called them. They are issuing a full refund, but that doesn't negate that I had to fight them for it. Makes absolutely no sense! I'm sure they provided wonderful service and I get that people have bad days, but this was just idiotic.Changing my one start to two.

I called this company after receiving some mailers. Our ac went out yet again and they came out the next day in the time frame they had mentioned. They diagnosed the problem and let us know the basic fix and several other maintenance fixes they could do . We didn’t feel pressured to spend the thousands of dollars we could have. We went with their maintenance plan and the fix we needed for a working ac unit. Overall it was great service. We would recommend asking for Conner for your tech.

The customer service is superior both at the office and with their techs. Brandon came out once a few months ago and once again today and was very personable and helpful, very respectful and polite, and explained everything in great detail. I called Lickety Split for a tuneup on my A/C as it’s been some time since having it evaluated. I noticed they are a newer company in town and was using a discount through one of the flyer magazines that came in the mail. I was interested in working with them with giving them an opportunity. Brandon came out and was very cordial from beginning to end! I learned about his experience with A/C systems and it made me feel at ease. Although my home is only 3-years old,, I knew my A/C unit wasn’t perfect. I had read about other homeowners in my housing development who also had issues and some very serious. Brandon did find a few issues with my unit that needed attention, to help maintain the life of the unit. Since I am a single income household, I need to keep my appliances in good working order to maintain the lifespans. He showed me the issues and sent me the pics to my phone. With his supervisor Steve on the phone, we were able to develop a plan for financing, and schedule a date to complete the job. I’m grateful for their help and expertise! Before I make any purchases, I always read the reviews and I hope this helps others who may need Brandon’s help. He is a hard worker out in this heat and he deserves an excellent review for his care he gave to my unit’s issues. I have confidence that I can rely on him and Lickety Split for any future needs. Don't use them. Last year, I bought a 3 yr contract from them for $900.00. When I tried to use them today, I was told the 900.00 went toward a repair we had when I bought the contact. When I asked them how much the invoice was from last year, they conveniently told me that was in the past and they no longer had it in their system. They quoted me a price day of $700.00 to fix a toilet flange. Total waste of my money from a person who just lost her husband July 1. They probably won't even publish this review.
