Could not be happier! Everyone at Lickety Split was incredibly helpful and kind. I appreciate how throughout they were, how the technician checked with other technicians to confirm solutions, and that they followed up with calls to make sure everything went well during our shower repair. I called Lickety Split today to inquire about a new water heater and they had someone out to my house within a couple hours of me calling! Luke came out to my house and I was very happy with his knowledge and the time he spent on my home. He was not rushed and checked EVERYTHING out for me, from the underground pipes, the water pressure to the house, and every sink drain and valves. The prices are very reasonable as well. I ended up going with them for my water heater and Luke is setting it up tomorrow! Such quick service! Overall, I highly recommend this company for any issues you may have. They are very quick to get out to your house but take their time once at your house to ensure things are done properly, they are priced reasonably, and they are friendly and professional.

They came out on short notice to get our generator working before the hurricane hit. They had to drive halfway across town to get the parts they need because everyone was sold out. Shannon and Kayden were very professional and got us up and running. Very happy!

I called Lickety Split around 5pm and spoke to Matt the night Hurricane Helene was heading towards us. I had a plumbing issue and had to shut the water off at the street. Matt said he could have somebody out there between 7:00 and 11:00 p.m. that night. But first I had to pay him $189.00 ahead of time to have the technician come out to the house. I thought that was a little steep but I needed to get my plumbing issue fixed so I can have the water turned back on. No one ever showed up but somebody called had about 11: 30 pm I said that would be out tomorrow instead. The next day the gentleman showed up around 8:00 a.m. . He saw my small plumbing issue and said I'll write you an estimate and I need to get paid before I do the work. I agreed to the estimate of $514.69. I told him I have a credit that should be coming to me for $189 because nobody ever showed up but they made me pay. He said you'll have to take that up with the office. When I call the office and asked to get an invoice. They sent me over an invoice for $703.69. now based upon my invoice the job was a level one which was 1 hours labor and .25 hours for pro plumbing repair or install complete. There is no way that this job cost over $700 for 1.25 hours.I then called back and Matt answered the phone again and I told him what my problem was that I was overcharged by $189 and he said that's over his head and he would have somebody call me back. Here it is October 8th 2024 and still have not received a phone call or a refund of the $189.It just so happens that these guys advertise on the radio that they have $189 charge to come out to your home but will waive it when they get there.So I'm waiting to hear back from someone so that we can clear up this misunderstanding.I myself have a business here in town for over 27 years and would never do something like this to one of my customers.

I wanted my hvac inspected after installing a capacitor myself and was even willing to pay for the inspection. LickitySplit spent an entire hour fully checking everything on my system completely complimentary. They offer a bi yearly service to maintanence your hvac which I definitely will be using in the future. Jeffrey C. Was my technician and was proffesional, friendly, and willing to educate and show me what he was doing. Great company, and their employees are happy too so you know the company is doing something right 👍

Very good service provider. Technician showed up in the middle of the afternoon and said that they were going to have to come back the following day to finish the work. We should have been a one day service but I'm happy with the service I got. They installed two new toilets and a new sink or a new faucet I should say on my kitchen sink and everything is working great

BEWARE!!! Would prolly try and sale someone ocean front property in arizona.. they aggressively upsale used them for a hard start assist and a 30 amp plug on the house on my new home i had biult they talked me into a ac maintenance plan bein a new house i was like sure lets keep it runnin good.. when the guy came out to do the routine maintinence they told me the static pressure of my unit was way to high and offered this aprilair unit that was supposed to fix it as well as better filter the air i have 2 asthmatics in the house..for almost 1000 dollars i expected more than this box under my unit that i found in multiple places for 120 bux online..follow up visit after i got the new filter the static pressure was right at were it should be at the end of june. yesterday 10/3 i got a call about customer appreciation they were offering free ac tune ups i thought they would clean out the drain and clean the inside of the air handler so i said sure.. the guy that showed up took static pressure and it was double what it was 3 months earlier on top of that he went up and and tried tell us the cause was how the lines were hanging in the attic … i shut it down told him he needed to leave i payed right around 1000 for the filter they said was supposed to fix that issue but now my duct work is the problem and im sure he was right about to offer me this new overly expensive new ductwork to replace my 2 yr old system… the house was biult 2 years ago and i have zero cooling issues in the summer… they got me twice thats on me they wont get me again

I contacted LicketySplit for a small leak. Conner and Trey had identified the issue within the first hour. I don’t know a lot about HVAC but Conner had broke it down to me where I understood the problems that were causing not only the leak but with the whole system. Called them out to clear out a drain line on our unit. They did get the line cleared and told me that we had a major leak in the coil and that cost to repair would be $7500 or they could put in a new unit for $17,180. Thankfully I got a second opinion. There was no major leak (a small leak somewhere was possible). The unit is older and would need replaced at some point. Had the second company price and replace the old units. Total cost with second company was $5,900. The person that came out from Likety Split was nice, I actually feel sorry for him having to scam people for a living.

I have to change my reviewAfter our good experience on Sunday it has gone downhill from here. We were told we would get pictures of our issue and they would come out and give us an estimateThey would not send us our pictures and scheduled a time for an estimate and never showed up so 3 days later we have nothingAfter waiting all morning for our service call I finally called and they had no idea what was going on. Our customer service representative did a great job of trying to help but couldn’t get us answers from the other teams. Unfortunately I have to say you cannot depend on Lickety Split to follow through

Very disappointed with their service. We have garage outlet that keeps on tripping. They charged us $189 for coming in to check and they did not fix the issue. They only gave us a crazy quote on what they can set up that may fix the issue. Another company we called in the day after and they were able to fix the problem. Never using this company again.

**Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs**I want to share my experience with this company to help others steer clear. They are bad news. I ended up being scammed into purchasing an AC system for 17k that I didn’t need. They scam you and trick you. Their loan company is just as corrupt. They sold a unit that couldn’t be supported in the house and try to get paid even though they messed up because they put the wrong unit in. I had water pouring out of the unit, showing the terrible quality of their work.Their sales tactics are aggressive and misleading, and they exploit customers like myself. While they may have glowing reviews, I can assure you many are fake, likely paid for to cover up their poor reputation. The genuine negative reviews tell the real story.Please protect yourself from this company. Look for reviews on other platforms and see the truth behind their claims. Don't fall victim to their tricks—choose a reputable company instead.

Today we had a plumbing emergency toilet backed up flooding shower was backed up and flooding just an absolute nightmare. I call them and they were so helpful explaining things and getting a technician out asap. Our technician Matt H. Was really our savior he came and took his time to inspect and clearly explain everything he was doing in order to troubleshoot our problem. He really made this horrible experience better, very professional and very thorough doing his job. I can’t thank Matt and the team at Lickety-Split!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Was sold a septic services. I found out I had a warranty from my home inspection purchase of my family home. I requested a refund and was informed 3-5 days. 5th day no refund. I call again and was told the same thing 3-5 days it is not processed yet. I wait those additional days and call once more to which was told again it will be processes today and brought to the management's attention this time. Another 3-5 day wait period. I have lost faith in this company. This was my first time using them.

Like the previous review we also had a bad experience with this company. They came out to our home to quote running 3 gas lines in conduit that had been installed by our pool contractor. I was told that the conduit that had been installed would not work and they had to install their product. I asked why 2 other plumber companies could install in the conduit that had been installed. They just said they only install their product. When I asked how much for the job it was over $11,000 dollars. Needless to say the other quotes I got were a third of what they wanted to charge and the existing conduit was fine.Buyer beware!!! I would not recommend this company.Update: After leaving this review I got a call from their office. Asking "how could they make this right..." ..."it was a mistake..." "..we will price match..". I explained that the review accurately reflected the scam that was attempted and that moving forward they needed to be a honest company. I would knock my review down to a half star if I could.Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Extremely disappointed in this company. They came to our house to diagnose water backed up in our kitchen sinks & dishwasher. They ‘jetted’ our sewer lines which eliminated the clog, but they stated that they’d need to repair a ‘belly’ in our sewer line to resolve the issue. They quoted us an estimate of $21,000, so we decided to get a second opinion. The other company diagnosed the problem to have been simply a clog created by the disposal which had already been corrected by the ‘jetting’ done earlier. We feel they were attempting to take advantage of us, even using high pressure sales tactics and then offering to reduce the estimate to $18K. We feel this company acted in an unethical manner. We will definitely NOT be using them for any future service needs!

I really don’t want to take away anything from the HVAC employee Josh that came out. He seemed very genuine and provided all findings he saw. On the other hand, the plumber and the “field manager” that came out were completely dishonest. I initially called to have a valve replaced behind my fridge, which they said would be 1k to replace. After that, while I was trying to finish up my work day and I wasn’t able to baby sit the plumber, they supposedly ran a camera down my drain pipe all the way to the city line. They came back in with findings that would cost me 10k. They tried to offer me a 10yr loan or no payment/no interest for 18 months. This is where red flags came in left and right. I contacted another guy plumbing company to come out and give me an estimate. They ran their cameras down the drain pipe and couldn’t find any issues. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!

UPDATE: I purchased the package plan with this company and now I wish I hadn't. It seems like the package is way to get more money out of the customers. They tell you they are scheduling "checkup" services, but really it's an opportunity to sell you on expensive add-ons. Overpiced. Very nice techs and office staff, but I won't use them in the future.Previous review:I had a very positive experience with Lickety Split. First of all, the appointment was easy to schedule. They got someone out quickly and overall they did a great job. The technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of me. In my opinion, this place is a tad pricey, but they provide package options at various price points. The courteous customer service alone is enough to give this company 5 stars. I would recommend plumbing techs Cobie and Justin. Also, AC tech Chris.

I Wish i could give less than 1 star. This company has given me the absolute run around! I recommend going somewhere else and save your time.had them come out for an estimate on septic tank replacement.supposedly someone came out 2 Fridays ago.they called to make sure I knew he was on the way twice. Then I don't hear anything from them for days so I call and ask for my estimate.They will get with the estimator to send me me estimate that day. 3 days later no estimate. I call back.they apologize and tell me the same thing again. Now it's been 10 days since they supposedly came out and looked at it so I call again 1st thing this morning and get the same song and dance and here it is at night and still no call, no estimate. I'm sitting here with an open septic tank and mad neighbors .wasted 10 days on this joke of a company. If you don't want the job just tell me, it's ok!

I recommend Lickety Split because of there Professionalism and them keeping their word to fix my electricity, Angela was very professional and understanding about my situation I went 4 days with no power me and my 3 children, she made it her business to go above and beyond to get me a great technician to come out and get me back up and running as fast as possible and the technicians Shannon and Cade was great. Angela continued to call and give us updates on the eta because this is a time they were so busy from the hurricane. But the technicians are fast and knowledgeable. All the stress is off me now.Thank you guys❤️
