Provided a courtesy water test uncovering ineffective operation issues with my water treatment system of which I am now replacing. They really were lickety split. In the middle of hurricane Debby my AC wouldn’t turn back on after a brief power outage. Cameron was here in less than 20 mins. He was outside diagnosing the problem in the hurricane with a smile on his face. He and his manager explained the issues I had, one of which was partially covered under warranty and they got my AC back up and running. The total amount due was still hard to stomach for a blown capacitor and leaky evaporator coil, but that was likely unavoidable no matter who I went with. The plumber takes pictures of the work and a supervisor does quality control. The plumber came back out later that day and installed a copper line in place of part of the PVC pipe. I really appreciate that level of quality control.

Lickety Split has been great for us on several occasions. They have come the same day we called for service and are professional and committed to getting the job done. The last technician Conrad was friendly and willing to help me get a better understanding of our plumbing system. For someone like me who is not very handy it was a huge benefit to have Conrad answer my questions which gave me a lot more confidence in the work he was doing. The job was finished in a timely fashion and we will definitely be using them again!

Joshua was my technician, was very pleased with his service, he has integrity, which means a lot to me. He resolved a plumbing issue, that took seconds to do, no cost to me, which another plumber wanted to charge me for something that wasn't needed. He resolved a simple electric issue, which I thought would be more complex, but it wasn't, truly appreciate it. I wouldn't hesitate to refer or use them again.
Outstanding customer service! Our A/C went out Friday afternoon and I placed the call around 1500. Technician and Arron showed up around 1700 which is amazing. They troubleshot the issue then Arron went over my options with clear and concise communication. We agreed on replacing our 15 year old units.Technician installed temporary A/C units in two of our bedrooms to get us through the night. They returned Saturday morning to install the new units and kindly showed us the details on the new equipment and answered all of our questions. Technicians were very nice and professional. Highly Recommended.

We understand the process and that you guys are a business and need to make a profit, but we need to think on the cost and will compare it with the other quotes we are receiving. Cameron is the BEST!! It’s so hard to find reputable, reliable, professional companies that just CARE nowadays. Lickety split is all of that and so much more. My husband passed recently and it’s been difficult for me to manage everything around the house. My son helps me when he can but he lives 30 minutes away from me and is not always able to be here. Being an older lady with little to no knowledge of air conditioning units. I feared I may get taken advantage of and cheated out of my money. With my son being out of town this week and my house being 88 degrees I decided to make the call. Honestly I should’ve made it sooner. My technician Cameron arrived within an hour, diagnosed the issue and went over the solutions with me. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was educated on my choices. I had some drainage pipes replaced as the old ones had rusted, cracked, and shifted so they no longer properly functioned. The Lickety Split team spent a half day diagnosing the problem before I hired them. Though the cost was higher than I expected, they did a great job replacing the plumbing and installing a new pump. I was very impressed with the caliber of employees. They were friendly, hard working, and good communicators. I've been very pleased with the plumbing and electrical work. Well done.

We had plumbing issues all over the house! Bruce, from Lickity Split, came out first thing this morning. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issues and fix the problems. Bruce was kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. He is a huge asset to the company and a great human. We will use Lickity Split as long as Bruce is there!!
On Sunday I woke up to find no AC. Called my warranty company and they said a tech would be out on Tuesday. No show! I called and they said it would be a week before they could come out. I cancelled them and called Lickety Split who came out very quickly the same day. The tech was extremely detailed in his inspection. He took pictures of all components inside out and showed me how disgustingly nasty the 25-year-old unit was. His supervisor called and we discussed a replacement. He found several incentives for me to help with the cost. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Thursday morning Bob and Ayron arrived and worked all day in 95-degree heat to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional and showed they really cared about me. They had to call in two electricians to handle some wiring. They were prompt and very professional. By early evening I was cool again. The new unit cooled very quickly and is super quiet. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Friday morning the electricians arrived again and replaced a circuit breaker in the main circuit breaker box. They explained the new breaker was better for the new AC unit then the old breaker. I am very pleased with Lickety Split's attention to the smallest details. Very pleased once again with their service and employees.
One more contact to report. Joseph and Nate showed up after the electricians and spent the day under the house tearing out and replacing all the AC duct work. Once again, a very friendly and professional crew did an outstanding job.
In summation from now on Lickety Split will get all my needed repairs in all categories of service they provide.
