I had a full house repipe done. This was a huge job! Everyone from Lickety Split that I came in contact with was, friendly, professional and very efficient.Chris and Carlos was the main team that competed the work on my house. They were extremely hard-working, they did not stop from the time they arrived at my home to the time they left in the evening. Chris was the lead on the project and he was amazing! He ensured everything was completed with the highest quality. Awesome service! Had my entire HVAC unit go out on me, gave them a call, and they replaced the full unit same day as the inspection. The techs are super friendly, the office staff are super helpful, and you cant beat the warranty that comes with their work.If i had more than 2 thumbs I'd give them 10 thumbs up!

Wonderful experience! Our HVAC decided to stop working over the holidays. Jacob came out the same day, diagnosed and repaired our AC quickly and was very courteous and patient. We opted after the repair to have the ducts/vents cleaned and Justin came shortly afterwards the same day to complete that service. He, too, was polite and pleasant whilst undertaking that project and very flexible working around our many pets. Will absolutely use them going forward!

I called @ 1 pm needing an outside outlet installed before the Pergola was completed. I spoke with a very informative individual on the phone and advised her what I needed. Matthew arrives (2) hours later ( On New Year’s Eve Day) and completed the job in record time and made sure it was completed correctly the first time. Very satisfied ( Tough) customer.

Lickety Split responded to our call within two hours even after scheduling for later in the day. Mr. Moody of Lickety Split arrived promptly and quickly got to work investigating what our HVAC issue was. He then came to my wife and I with a descriptive explanation of what happened to our air handler and what the repair costs would be, he then advised us that our unit was nearing the end of its life cycle and it may be wise to replace it. After a short discussion with Mr. Moody and his adviser Hunter we agreed to purchase a new unit, mainly due to their warranties. Thanks Mr. Moody and Lickety Split for your services, we look forward to our unit installation.

Lickety Split came in to do a free service on my AC. The free service wound up costing me about 25k. Don’t jump conclusion because it wasn’t them trying to sell me something. I had some serious issues with the size of my AC vs the size of my ductwork and mold. Ductwork was way undersized and needed replacing in its entirety. In addition the AC was only 3-5 years old and because it was only able to put out about a quarter of the amount of air it’s supposed to, it made the ac work extremely hard and in those 3 years weve had that system, weve had to have it repaired 3 times at several more thousands of dollars. We never got the warranty filed by the company that installed it so we did NOT have any warranty so any repairs were out of pocket. Well Jacob at Lickety Split told me what it would cost and offered a large discount on a new system that would have a 10 year warranty on it parts and labor. Plus I’ve got lung disease and because of that he had his men come the very next day and start replacing the AC unit inside and out and all the ductwork. THE NEXT DAY!!! The previous AC was saturated with micro-organisms and since I’ve got lung disease, time was really of the essence because chances are that’s where I got the disease from. I’ve got Mycobacterium (NTM). I was astounded that he would drop everything and get on my job so quickly. While yes it did cost me a lot of money, it won’t matter if I’m not around to use it. Along with grandchildren and the rest of my family. He quite possibly single handedly making my health better as well as keeping the rest of my family from getting sick too. In addition to the health concerns, we had electric bills as high as $900. With the new system we can pay for it with payments and save about 500-$600 per month. Will pay for itself in no time. Today, I had my free maintenance plan visit. Jacob the technician was absolutely the BEST! He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the issues with my AC unit in the most simplest terms. Called late last week and made an appt for their $49 special for AC inspection and tune up. Keenan arrived promptly, was personable and did a thorough inspection. He pretty quickly found an issue with the pressure on the air handler and spent a considerable amount of time narrowing down this problem, which turned out to be the 52 yo aforementioned duct work. After much discussion, research, and questions asked I decided to move forward with them to have new duct work installed. They made the financing part of the job quick, easy, and relatively painless, given the price. Not that they were unfair in the price just that I had no idea things were as bad as they were with the current ducting. They will be here tomorrow to do the installation and I’ll provide an update once that is complete and I can hopefully see the results translate to lower cooling/heating bills. Thanks to all involved so far from Lickety Split.

Jacob and John were absolutely awesome. Jacob went ABCD (Above the call of duty). He made me feel like I was the only customer that he had ever had. The work was professionally done with explanations given At every step. The work was also Done at a Very fair price. Today, I woke up and turned on my hot water tank, but noticed smoke coming from the panel. I searched for plumbing services in Jacksonville and found Lickety Split AC, Plumbing, and Electric. I called and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, November 12th. However, I later received a call from Lickety Split asking if I could move my appointment up to this afternoon.Chris, the sales technician, was very professional and knowledgeable about the benefits and services offered by the company. Devin and Gery then arrived at my home to install my new water heater. They were professional, polite, respectful, and considerate. The installation was quick, and they cleaned their work area afterward. They even offered to help put the garbage cans back in my garage.Good services are hard to find, so I recommend Lickety Split AC, Plumbing, and Electric. You will not be disappointed. Robert Lynch was sent over after a couple of calls to customer service regarding a septic problem (under warranty)... He diagnosed the problem immediately, opened the tank, fixed the problem (a misplaced float valve), ziptied everything in place, closed the tank, replaced dirt/grass and took away all the garbage from the project... All in two hours... This man is a hidden treasure of Lickety Split, give him a raise!

Had a big problem with a leak in my plumbing/shower and Robert came and got everything fixed up. Not only he was extremely knowledgeable, but the thing that stuck out the most was his professionalism and his courtesy. Made us feel comfortable that no matter what the issue was that he was going to fix it. Takes pride in his work and it shows. Will definitely call again. Brandon arrived on time, very personable and explained what he was scheduled to do which was a complimentary inspection of our recently installed HV/AC unit, Checked the lines and cleared the pipes of any build up or obstructions. Condenser unit checked and HV/AC unit.as well and all looked in fine order. Recommended an ultraviolet light be installed in the enclosure around the HV/AC unit to reduce moisture and was informed we would think about it. All around efficient work, was clean. We had a plumbing disaster involving our well pump and leaking water lines in the foundation of our house. We had to pay the holiday price to get them to come, which the dispatcher did try to ask if we could wait, but with 2 households on the same water line, we couldn't afford for the water to go out.
