When solving problems in your home, you want the people you trust most to be on the job.
I mean, it’s almost getting embarrassing! The girl said she needed to get the project manager to put something together. Which blows my ever-loving mind. So you had a number…when you charged my card….twice. But now that I’m asking to see the detailed breakdown…..there is sudden onset of amnesia?? Make it make sense. The girl also assured me I was getting premium pricing. “Premium pricing”, but no transparency….got it 
I disputed the charges with my bank because nothing was accomplished during their visit. I suppose if you can pretend to order parts and make a condensate pump installation a 2-day affair, that justifies the $1200 price tag. They have been told NOT to return to my property as they have not proven themselves trustworthy and cannot answer the simplest of questions. Also, they are the only company I’ve ever used that charged BEFORE service was complete…..learn from my mistake and do NOT do that. Kinda thought I’d get a phone call today from someone attempting to explain their attempted price gouging or otherwise ease my mind……but I got crickets. They are sitting in their office scrambling at how to fix this. The tech Jonathan was super nice but super young….hope he sees this and runs from this corrupt company. Next complaint will be with the Better Business Bureau. (“False sense of urgency” is the wording used in one of the most recent BBB complaints, and that’s exactly what’s happened. This company preys on and exploits ignorance. May God have mercy on their souls.)
