They really were lickety split. In the middle of hurricane Debby my AC wouldn’t turn back on after a brief power outage. Cameron was here in less than 20 mins. He was outside diagnosing the problem in the hurricane with a smile on his face. He and his manager explained the issues I had, one of which was partially covered under warranty and they got my AC back up and running. The total amount due was still hard to stomach for a blown capacitor and leaky evaporator coil, but that was likely unavoidable no matter who I went with. On Sunday I woke up to find no AC. Called my warranty company and they said a tech would be out on Tuesday. No show! I called and they said it would be a week before they could come out. I cancelled them and called Lickety Split who came out very quickly the same day. The tech was extremely detailed in his inspection. He took pictures of all components inside out and showed me how disgustingly nasty the 25-year-old unit was. His supervisor called and we discussed a replacement. He found several incentives for me to help with the cost. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Thursday morning Bob and Ayron arrived and worked all day in 95-degree heat to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional and showed they really cared about me. They had to call in two electricians to handle some wiring. They were prompt and very professional. By early evening I was cool again. The new unit cooled very quickly and is super quiet. I am very pleased with this day's interactions.
On Friday morning the electricians arrived again and replaced a circuit breaker in the main circuit breaker box. They explained the new breaker was better for the new AC unit then the old breaker. I am very pleased with Lickety Split's attention to the smallest details. Very pleased once again with their service and employees.
One more contact to report. Joseph and Nate showed up after the electricians and spent the day under the house tearing out and replacing all the AC duct work. Once again, a very friendly and professional crew did an outstanding job.
In summation from now on Lickety Split will get all my needed repairs in all categories of service they provide....

We have called 5 septic companies in Jacksonville ...none of them could give us the help or information we needed to resolve our issues. These 5 companies were highly rated.One company did send a man over. He was here for about 20 minutes. He gave us a rough verbal estimate. He said his office would email the actual estimate ASAP. We never got it. The other 4 companies never came on our property even after we had a scheduled appointment AND signed a contract on line to pay $250. As their initial fee. NO SHOW! Leave a message...no call back.When I called Lickety Split the lady answering the phone stayed on the line with me for at least a half an hour. She wanted to understand my situation completely. She asked questions...I asked questions. It was SO helpful. Finally someone was listening. That was in the afternoon on a Friday....John was here Monday morning with a helper. He listened to us and wanted to hear all about our situation. He was very thorough and helpful in so many ways. He was not a salesman. He was very professional and really knew this septic information forward and backward. We are a bit elderly so he really took time with us until we understood EVERYTHING. Our AC was out when we arrived home after a week and the house was 85 degrees. After call several AC companies a neighbor recommended Lickety Split. I called and the technician responded immediately. I received more communication from another representative about the time the technician would arrive. If you use these folks make sure you get a second opinion. I say that because a good friend of ours called them out because their AC was not working. They told her that they had to replace both units in her house and all of her ductwork needed to be replaced and gave her an estimate of $40,000 but reduced it to $25,000. She had someone else come out they fixed her air conditioner totally only charge for $300. They saved her $24,700.

He gave us several options and was very honest. While it wasn’t the best news it was the best option to keep our family comfortable in a very hot and humid state. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Sergio is also amazing. He installed and then adjusted my new system afterward. He is extremely polite and explains everything well.

Advertised a $59 Air conditioner tune up. They missed the first appointment all together. They came the next day. Recommended a new unit or a duct cleaning for $750. I received no receipt or report of what they actually did. Stay away from there coupon offers.
We recently had our AC inspected and serviced by Lickety Split. The technician, Tiera, was very friendly and communicative. She kept us updated on all her findings and the options for services available. She was clearly well-versed and understood all the mechanisms involved. She was able to easily explain what was going on and helped us make a good choice for the services required.
The technician was very thorough. He provided us details about additional maintenance that needed to be done with our unit and explained why and broke down the quite for us. I highly recommend lickity split.
Technician showed up same day we called and started working right away. He was very specific when explaining the troubleshooting aspects and testing perimeters on our AC units. Very professional and wasted no time when determining the sourse of our problem. Our AC units had refrigerant leaks and the evaporator had excessive rust bioldup along with a blockage on our drain lines and faulty water sensor. Overall our units were over 20 years old an we needed a complete overhaul. Getting two AC units replaced is costly but they started working right away that same day until very late. The next day they arrive early in the morning to continue work. Overall even though we had to get two new AC units we were very pleased with the level of urgency and efficiency. Extremely military friendly !!! Highly recommend!!!

Zero stars. I contacted Lickety Split for routine AC maintenance. My last electric bill was $150 on a 4200sq ft home. Indicating my AC was running good. Arriving yesterday after 6pm, I would guess a rather quick visit. Nope, first I was only getting my 4 ton standard HVAC worked on, my new Variable Speed 3.5 ton, was not due. The tech identified that unit as a mini split, but is a so called expert. Continuing on, you have problems, you need refrigerant. Sent me a quote. $391 to top off my refrigerant. Today She starts this process and starts to tell me about her last call. They needed refrigerant but they had issues and needed a TRC, later changed to TXV. I asked how many homes she had to top off, only one. 5 minutes later..guess what I need. Says my unit will not take any refrigerant. I ask does this mean I'll get my money back. Well no she had no way of removing what she put in. Later knocking on the door for nearly 800 more they can replace the TXV. It's a scam that only gets worse, 3 hours after she leaves my unit is having issues. Wondering if it was part of the scam to remove refrigerant to keep escalating the expenses.Then signing on to reviews my review was already filled out as 5 stars. So completely erased it.
This company as a whole DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! My very first interaction was with Angela, I called in the middle of a mental breakdown because it was a million degrees and I was so stressed, she was soooo helpful and patient and genuinely cared about what I was dealing with. They had someone at my house within an hour. Cameron was the tech...this man saved the day!!!! He was super professional and had a Great sense of humor and just made a really bad day 1000% better. It was not an easy job but he stayed until it was finished!!! Patrick helped with all my financing and literally worked miracles for me!!! The people who installed my new unit were also very professional. Such an amazing experience!!!! I cannot thank you all enough!!!!!
Jasen and Anthony did an OUTSTANDING job putting in new duct work for our HVAC system. They also fixed many wrongs done by the people who originally installed system for developer. I would strongly advise against using this company. As many others have noted, their main goal seems to be overcharging customers. I reached out for a simple quote to install a ceiling fan, but when the electrician arrived, he spent most of the time inspecting my outlets for voltage drops. This, of course, was an attempt to upsell me on an inspection package starting at ~$380 and going up to $1100—completely unrelated to the original service I requested.After wasting over two hours, I reiterated that I only wanted a quote for replacing an existing ceiling fan with one I had already purchased. They quoted me an outrageous price of ~$780, claiming that the job required a special adapter and was complicated due to the fan's placement. However, I found that the adapter they mentioned costs only $33 at Home Depot.When I told them I was seeking another quote, they insisted I wouldn’t find a better deal anywhere else, a typical line from companies that prey on customers. I decided to move on and contacted a reputable handyman who gave me a straightforward answer: the job would cost no more than $50.I highly recommend against using this company unless you want to your money to vanish from your pocket lickety split!

I had a great experience with Lickety Split. They surprised me with how fast they were to address my concerns. They came out and did the initial assessment for free within hours of my phone call and I had my hvac system completed by the next day! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

04/03/25 Great service. Henry did a thorough check of my A/C system to discover the problem was electrical. Their electrician was called and managed to stop by later the same day. He was able to repair, instead of replace, and saved me some money. Thanks!The biannual HVAC service was completed quickly and efficiently by Justin. Today we had an emergency and had to call lickety-split. We literally had water flowing out of our bathroom as we called.Tykeshia Cowan answer the phone and stayed on with us until the driver was on his way. She was a pro under stress and was 100% committed to fixing our issue.And then Dalton showed up. I highly recommend this company. My technician billy and rob deserve more then 5 stars. My ac unit was not cooling my home. i googled this company and seen the reviews and put my trust in other people’s experience. i called the company up and that next morning they had their people come out and investigate my concerns. They told me my ac unit was pretty old and i knew that when i purchased my home in 2021, They told me about the options they have in terms of financing if i was looking to do so , and how much the unit would cost. i agreed with the price and the warranty they put on my new unit. Billy and rob my technicians took their time getting my place squared away. My home was extremely hot and they still managed to take their time and provide 5 star service. if i have any issues in the near future i would definitely use this company and i would definitely ask for these 2 technicians.
David and Brandon were professional and efficient. After staying up all night with an incessant smoke alarm, we were punch drunk and ready to be done. They took the time to ensure there weren’t larger electrical issues. They were personable and patient. From the initial call for service to completion we were pleased. We will definitely be making Lickety Split our go to company for our electrical needs.

Calling and making an appointment was quick and easy. Estimate was quick and they had technicians out the same day to clean the air vents. The technicians were friendly, polite, and cleaned up when they were done.
Well they finally showed up Tuesday, April 1st, to finish the installation. Very disappointed. I guess I should have expected that since it is April fools day. Shoddy work for such a large investment. If Lickety Split wants to remove the unit at no charge to me, I'd be happy. Don't expect that to happen though because any sign of professionalism is not a concern of this company. Guess I will have to finish the job the right way myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I am putting this at the top the review that I began writing weeks ago because it's taking so long to finalize installation of the unit and I wanted to be sure it was read. It's been nearly a month now and the company is still dragging their feet to make this right. Was called on Monday by a manager, and told it would be taken care of this week. Although someone showed up Monday afternoon, that was all that happened, nothing fixed. It is Friday now, and someone may or may not show up next Monday. The only good thing I can say about the company at this point is the unit looks pretty good. Certainly would not recommend them to anyone, unless I really disliked them. If I was 100 percent sure it wouldn't cost me money, I would ask them to remove it. Lawyers aren't cheap, but maybe I can find one to work pro bono.I recently had an HVAC system installed. The prices are competitive, and the employees seem knowledgeable and qualified. Most of the process has gone smoothly, but there is a problem with the final outcome of the project. I have contacted them and am waiting for a representative to show up and remedy the situation. I will add to this after I see what the final outcome is and update my rating depending on how it is handled.Well this review is only getting worse. They sent someone out to fix the bad installation, but they only made it worse. The workers were obviously upset they had to return, and when they put the sealant on to try to repair the leaks, they slopped it all over the AC unit. The problem is the six inch gap that was left between the home and the unit and that was not fixed. I received a call from their office after that and explained the situation. I was told someone would follow up with me. That was two weeks ago. Meanwhile the rain is washing out the sealant and I'm sure before the summer is over water will be pouring under the house and into the unit when it rains.I finally did get a response from someone in quality control. They are sending a technician out on Monday, march 24 to hopefully resolve the situation. Will wait to see what happens then.
