They rescheduled me twice due to emergency’s and was going to try to reschedule me again till I told them if they can’t get to me then give me a refund then they were able to get to me.The technician was amazing but when he switched off my ac breaker he broke it then the company charged me to replace and fix the breaker when it was there Technician that broke it unbelievable that’s just bad customer service they should have replaced what they broke at no cost bc it was working perfectly before he got there it was over $300 for a breaker that I later learned is only $20 bucks at Home Depot what a scamAnd to top it all off, they were not going to replace the breaker that the technician broke without me paying for it, which would’ve left me my two children and my wife and my animals without AC in the Florida heat when it was perfectly fine before the technician walked in. I am not happy with this company. I do not recommend using this company.

Would not recommend. I was promised that the technician would call 30 minutes before arrival…. He didn’t! He said he had “technical” difficulties. But then he started using his phone to call the office. I guess his technical difficulties went away? Then he came into the house and told him what I wanted done. He went back out to his truck and after 40 minutes he was still out there. He said he was checking with the office to see how much to charge me (40 minutes to do that??). Then some other person called me ( the guy was still in the truck) and told me it would be $477 to repair the valve under the kitchen sink and replace the utility sink faucet with a new one I would provide( a generous amount). Then he wanted payment in full before doing the job. No…I don’t do that for some service I have no experience with. I will not recommend them for any job in the future!!

We had the pleasure to meet Cameron and to talk to his boss, Mr. Arron, in a unfortunate situation.My daughter and I were very pleased with Cameron's diligent work, checking everything even spending a great part of his time, almost 4hs, outside under rain.We appreciate the care and have great expectations from this team.

Cameron and Arron were fantastic and extraordinarily patient with us. They were thorough, and were kind enough to breakdown what issues they found and what their effects were, and walked us through how they might have even happened in the first place. Cameron stayed here for the four hours it took to temporarily resolve our A/C issues through the heavy rain and the dark, and stayed while we sorted out a more permanent solution with Arron through the phone. While this emergency situation was initially looking grim before we gave Lickety Split a call, I feel much more confident now that we have a contract with them sorted out.

Today Jashua miller came to my house he was so professional , spend couple of hours to check everything and explain everything patiently and calmly. I am in medical field and obviously don’t know anything about plumbing but he explained everything. I highly recommended this company. When they really care about you and do not see you as a $$.

Our a/c stopped working all of a sudden and we immediately called these guys. Austin and Alex showed up late in the evening and got to work right away. They figured out what was wrong and got it done. I am very grateful for the quick response, especially since the weather is getting hotter every day. Could not be happier! Everyone at Lickety Split was incredibly helpful and kind. I appreciate how throughout they were, how the technician checked with other technicians to confirm solutions, and that they followed up with calls to make sure everything went well during our shower repair. Amazing company to work with. I personally worked with Brit, Aaron and Jeff and they were all fantastic. I always get nervous the answer is always going to be you need a new unit at thousands of dollars but not with them. First Brit kept in contact with me for when someone would be arriving. The manager Aaron called to notify me the driver was in his was and his name and Jeff was just fabulous. So respectful of my home and explaining everything to me. I HIGHLY recommend getting their yearly package if you have an issue. They’ll come out fast and will even come for a routine service. So happy I called them to help get my AC back going.

From the time the phone was answered I had a smile on my face. The customer service was on point. Everyone that I talk to and came in contact with were very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was only expecting to have my unit serviced but found out that I had to replace it after 27 years. I thought it was going to be painful but the very next day my unit was installed . They wipe the walls down they swept the floor and even shook the rug that was in my closet and now we are truly chilling. Jeff, Austin and Elmer were amazing, I have already referred others that are looking to have servicing done. Thanks! I found my One stop shop!

I was so impressed at the work this company did at my house. The lady on the phone showed very good customer service her name was Jennifer Christoforo how polite and pleasant. She answered all my questions and some. Must try this place I would recommend this to anyone needing help with A/C.

Our techs were Austin and Elmer (I call him Lemur!) I cannot praise them enough! Give them 10+!! Their knowledge and professionalism were astounding! This was an extremely sensitive, time consuming and complicated job. It took a lot of strength and stamina. It took a full day of strategizing and being in my attic in this sweltering heat. I was quite worried about them. But they never faltered. They put up with me sitting outside and watching and learning. (And I know how much they hated me "hanging out!" But they invited me wholeheartedly. They explained everything step by step, and always kept me informed. Their patience and kindness were astounding. I felt like Family!! Their unfaltering patience, knowledge and professionalism far outweighs any other. I have totally become a Lickety Split family member, and I will spread the word to all I see! YOU'RE STUCK WITH ME!!!

Made a big mistake use this Plumbing Service with Lickety Split company paid 12,000+ (with other Plumbing Service around $6,000) by replacing Plumbing problems as in the pictures. They didn't do it right the first and second times. Highly not recommend this company, have to shop around for a better service and price.

Lickety Split, St Augustine, came to my rescue today. A broken well water pipe burst in our garage and shot water everywhere for over six hours. We lost electricity on one of our garage circuits which ran our garage fridge. Front office was kind and reassuring and had two techs out within an hour. Shannon and Kayden were our techs, and they were awesome. Both were very knowledgeable, professional, polite, friendly, and reassuring. They had to locate the GFI for the circuit that was out. It took some sleuthing, but they found it, pushed the button and got us our electricity back.With the water damage we had experienced, we were afraid of what the damage might be.We were very impressed with both of them, highly recommend them, and would most definitely use them and Lickety Split for any of our future needs. Update: May 5th. Things are back to rocky as I was not given the credit I was promised. If I don’t get credited, I’ll offer up what really happened. I am in need of a plumber again but it will not be lickity split.Things started out rocky. However when I got to the correct person. He did everything to make sure I had a good experience! He was honest and transparent and did everything he said he would do. I am very happy with the job they did. The guys that came to the house were very professional and nice. Thank you, lickity split.
