2/19/25 Hvac maintenance done today. Everything still going great !Update 218/25 system still running great, they come out to do regular maintenance and all the service providers are always awesome. Matthew came out today to flush the water heater an was great.The guys came out and replaced the new a/c unit that failed ( a manufacturing issue) every person I've spoken with, mainly brit,has been awesome. They are quick to help in many ways to make sure you are comfortable in your home while doing the nessassary work.Edit 9/17/24 Alex Rodges came out to do the routine maintenance, was very kind,knowledgeable and went thrive everything to make sure the unit was still running properly 👌12/4/25 Jacob came by to do a check up on the system 5 stars for my boy. He went through everything and explained what he was doing.Always great service !

I gave feedback yesterday with my issue and it was solved by Noon today. I received my follow up call from William who took the initiative to make sure everything was right to the best of his ability. I definitely feel he gave it 110%. The technician who completed the pump out was very knowledgeable about septic systems and was able to answer any questions I had. Thank you for making us smile.

Yesterday, I had my free maintenance plan visit. Jacob the technician was absolutely the BEST! He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the issues with my AC unit in the most simplest terms. I actually UNDERSTOOD what he showed me. Definitely asking for with my next visit. Although I had some serious issues with my unit, I felt absolutely no pressure. Every option was made available to make my repairs affordable was discussed. They are definitely my go to and I recommend them highly. Thanks Guys!

Outstanding service. We got an appointment the same day. Our technician Issac showed up and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and got to the bottom of the problem quickly and efficiently. The price seemed a little steep at first, considering what my specific problem was. But afterwards, Issac's service really put me over the top and made it well worth the cost. It was as effortless, stress free and I would recommend this service to anyone and will have this number on tap for future use.

I took advantage of a special deal with a next-day turnaround. The plumber, John, was nice and courteous and clearly knowledgeable. Although he could not fix the problem, it's hardly his fault, as he was able to identify a sewer stack collapse which handed it over to my HOA. He definitely seemed knowledgeable and were it not for the fact that that was the problem he would've fixed it quickly. He talked about prior experience and knew about the legality of it being the HOA's responsibility.

I had the best experience with this crewCheyenne and Jesus and Steve.I met them while they were at the neighbors and ask if they could check my filters one day. Cheyenne and Jesus, along with Steve came in and checked my unit.They came back and did a thorough inspection and found so many things that went unnoticed during the inspection before buying my house. I was told and showed pictures of everything that was wrong. This team went beyond and above to make sure everything was checked out.I asked Cheyenne if I was your grandmother what would you recommend, cleaning the ductwork or replacing it. She looked at me and said “ if you were my grandmother, I would definitely replace it”.So from the time I met this team to the time they left I felt like they were my family.Always invited back anytime!

Called late last week and made an appt for their $49 special for AC inspection and tune up. Keenan arrived promptly, was personable and did a thorough inspection. He pretty quickly found an issue with the pressure on the air handler and spent a considerable amount of time narrowing down this problem, which turned out to be the 52 yo aforementioned duct work. After much discussion, research, and questions asked I decided to move forward with them to have new duct work installed. They made the financing part of the job quick, easy, and relatively painless, given the price. Not that they were unfair in the price just that I had no idea things were as bad as they were with the current ducting. They will be here tomorrow to do the installation and I’ll provide an update once that is complete and I can hopefully see the results translate to lower cooling/heating bills. Thanks to all involved so far from Lickety Split.

Jacob and John were absolutely awesome. Jacob went ABCD (Above the call of duty). He made me feel like I was the only customer that he had ever had. The work was professionally done with explanations given At every step. The work was also Done at a Very fair price. We had been experiencing constant clogs and used numerous companies to try to remedy the problem. After the last company who advised they will charge almost $2,000 for hydro jetting the pipes we decided to try Lickety Split. Their prices were very reasonable and within our budget. They sent out their master plumber, Anthony who was very polite, professional, easy to talk to, and highly knowledgeable of the situation. Within 30 mins he cleared out the pipes and explained how to maintain and protect our pipes and home.Lickety Split thank you very much for sending Anthony out. Cameron and Alex came out for a routine inspection and assessment of my AC system. This was my first interaction with LicketySplit as a customer. Both were extremely professional and ran through the standard set of questions. They got to work and provided me with updates and recommendations along the way. Super pleased with the level of care, knowledge and customer service from them. Thoroughly explained everything and made recommendations that will likely elect to do rather soon. Highly recommended check them out for routine or emergency needs. Ill definitely be scheduling the air vents cleanings and some other minor repairs very soon.

This was the first time I called this company to come out for some plumbing issues for me, and I couldn't be happier. Starting with, they answered the phone promptly, and were able to come out to my house first thing the next morning. The tech that came out was very cordial, and listened intently when I explained the issue. He asked follow-up questions to ensure he fully understood what was happening before starting any work. When he was done, he made sure I was happy with what he did, and made sure I didn't have any more questions or concerns before he left. Their main office even then called me shortly after to further ensure everything went well, and if I had any more questions. Overall, very happy with this company, and if I have any other plumbing issues, this will be the first place I call.

Today, I woke up and turned on my hot water tank, but noticed smoke coming from the panel. I searched for plumbing services in Jacksonville and found Lickety Split AC, Plumbing, and Electric. I called and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, November 12th. Had a big problem with a leak in my plumbing/shower and Robert came and got everything fixed up. Brandon arrived on time, very personable and explained what he was scheduled to do which was a complimentary inspection of our recently installed HV/AC unit, Checked the lines and cleared the pipes of any build up or obstructions. Condenser unit checked and HV/AC unit.as well and all looked in fine order. Recommended an ultraviolet light be installed in the enclosure around the HV/AC unit to reduce moisture and was informed we would think about it. All around efficient work, was clean.
