IAN REPOLLENT (HVAC) Tech came by to service my home and noticed a coolant leak coming out the king valve when shut off. He raised the concern to me before serving the initial subject. I’m thankful to him because I didn’t want to commit to a project and still have issues else where. PATRICK HENRY was also an ALL-STAR in all this. He understood my financial situation and helped find the best solution to help me. He sold the king valve to me at cost. Now I have a running AC and hope to have a few more years.When it’s time to buy a new unit I’m Calling Patrick Henry with Lickety Split for a fair deal and requesting Ian Repollent (tech) to install my unit. I highly recommend this company.

Had to have emergency work done for a water line break. Lickety Split showed up the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, and had crew onsite the next day to repair it. Lou was amazing! He came in and accessed everything honestly and was very professional and friendly. The installers were very polite when explaining everything after the installation. One gave me very helpful tips. They were also very professional while doing the install. Very happy I went with them.They replaced the hot water heater, my kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and redid all plumbing underneath the kitchen sink.

I broke a water pipe while trying to remove a garden hose at around 2 pm. I called our usual plumber but they couldn't come until the next day. I called Lickety Split and they told me they'd be able to send a plumber late in the day. I got a call back later and the plumber was able to come sooner. Lou, our plumber, arrived and got right to work. He suggested some changes to more stable materials and mounting the spicket higher for easier access. We got our water back by dinner time. Lou did a really professional job and was very friendly and a complete gentleman. We highly recommend using Lickety Split in future plumbing emergencies.

I originally called because my heat wasn’t getting hot and my air wasn’t getting cold. I honestly thought it was going to turn into a major repair. Darius came out and troubleshot everything so thoroughly that he figured out the exact issue and fixed it right away! no upselling, just real knowledge and skill. On top of that, Cory went above and beyond. He literally drew a full map of my house, went room-to-room checking every vent, and discovered cardboard stuck in THREE of my vents that had apparently been there for years. I’ve had other AC companies out before, and not one of them ever caught that.Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care really impressed me. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right instead of rushing through. I’m beyond grateful! Highly recommend this team!

I heard a banging noise & some dripping behind the wall of my kitchen sink. I had called another plumbing company but when I called the next day to CONFIRM my appointment, I was rudely told I was not on their schedule... I was furious! That's when I decided to call Lickety Split to see if they had someone available to help me. They were able to get a couple of plumbers out to me on the same day. Myles and his supervisor showed up. We walked through what I was hearing, checked everything out behind my wall, & I learned that the noise was from air getting into the piping system. Everything turned out OK, I had no major issue to fix. It was so nice to have some technicians show up that truly cared & wanted to help me. Thanks, Lickety Split! I had a full house repipe done. This was a huge job! Everyone from Lickety Split that I came in contact with was, friendly, professional and very efficient.Chris and Carlos was the main team that competed the work on my house. They were extremely hard-working, they did not stop from the time they arrived at my home to the time they left in the evening. Chris was the lead on the project and he was amazing! He ensured everything was completed with the highest quality. Awesome service! Had my entire HVAC unit go out on me, gave them a call, and they replaced the full unit same day as the inspection. The techs are super friendly, the office staff are super helpful, and you cant beat the warranty that comes with their work.If i had more than 2 thumbs I'd give them 10 thumbs up!

Wonderful experience! Our HVAC decided to stop working over the holidays. Jacob came out the same day, diagnosed and repaired our AC quickly and was very courteous and patient. We opted after the repair to have the ducts/vents cleaned and Justin came shortly afterwards the same day to complete that service. He, too, was polite and pleasant whilst undertaking that project and very flexible working around our many pets. Will absolutely use them going forward!

I called @ 1 pm needing an outside outlet installed before the Pergola was completed. I spoke with a very informative individual on the phone and advised her what I needed. Called late last week and made an appt for their $49 special for AC inspection and tune up. Keenan arrived promptly, was personable and did a thorough inspection. He pretty quickly found an issue with the pressure on the air handler and spent a considerable amount of time narrowing down this problem, which turned out to be the 52 yo aforementioned duct work. After much discussion, research, and questions asked I decided to move forward with them to have new duct work installed. They made the financing part of the job quick, easy, and relatively painless, given the price. Not that they were unfair in the price just that I had no idea things were as bad as they were with the current ducting. They will be here tomorrow to do the installation and I’ll provide an update once that is complete and I can hopefully see the results translate to lower cooling/heating bills. Thanks to all involved so far from Lickety Split.

Jacob and John were absolutely awesome. Jacob went ABCD (Above the call of duty). He made me feel like I was the only customer that he had ever had. The work was professionally done with explanations given At every step. The work was also Done at a Very fair price. After Jacob completed his work, then John arrive shortly after and spent the next 3 1/2 to 4 hours meticulously cleaning the unit. I was very impressed with the company overall And will use them every time I need HVAC work done

Robert Lynch was sent over after a couple of calls to customer service regarding a septic problem (under warranty)... He diagnosed the problem immediately, opened the tank, fixed the problem (a misplaced float valve), ziptied everything in place, closed the tank, replaced dirt/grass and took away all the garbage from the project... All in two hours... This man is a hidden treasure of Lickety Split, give him a raise!

Had a big problem with a leak in my plumbing/shower and Robert came and got everything fixed up. Not only he was extremely knowledgeable, but the thing that stuck out the most was his professionalism and his courtesy. Brandon arrived on time, very personable and explained what he was scheduled to do which was a complimentary inspection of our recently installed HV/AC unit, Checked the lines and cleared the pipes of any build up or obstructions. Condenser unit checked and HV/AC unit.as well and all looked in fine order. Recommended an ultraviolet light be installed in the enclosure around the HV/AC unit to reduce moisture and was informed we would think about it. All around efficient work, was clean. We had a plumbing disaster involving our well pump and leaking water lines in the foundation of our house.
