We had to pay the holiday price to get them to come, which the dispatcher did try to ask if we could wait, but with 2 households on the same water line, we couldn't afford for the water to go out. The tech came within the 5 hour window and was very polite. He was very thorough and worked hard to ensure our situation was fixed, ensuring the roots couldn't cause a leak in the future. He waited to make sure we were totally satisfied and that the leak was fixed. Thanks Shawn and Lickety Split!

Derrick from Lickety Split came and worked on electrical at my house all day. The customer service was the best I have ever had from any company. Derrick worked so hard to get everything accomplished from switches, to outlets, ceiling fans, wired flood lights, and new breakers and circuits. Everything is perfect and they stay until the job is done. Macon came the day before for electrical inspection and everything went smooth. Derrick was kind, professional and worked hard to get everything accomplished in one day. If you want an electrician that knows what he is doing and works for a company that puts the customer first in everything call Lickety Split.

My experience with Connor was, quite amazing. Not only was he punctual, considerate, and in possession of mad people skills. I love his thoroughness and his blatant honesty. It appears that the problem with my AC unit is quite intricate and he gave me several options to correct the issues. I booked my service appointment online. I promptly received a call from one of the service managers, informing me of the tech that would be coming out. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. The service manager also arrived to help with diagnosing the problem. They were thorough and offered alternative solutions. Brandon was GREAT and he discovered the mold like substance on both air-conditioning units in the garage. After a full inspection, it ended up we had mold everywhere since our units were NOT the size they should have been for the size of our house. Thanks Brandon for noticing that mold.

I had my air conditioner system tune up and inspected by Brandon on 7/2/25. I was told it was a free inspection due to having previous work done this year! He was very thorough, empathetic and helpful. I will need more work done and it will be expensive, but I wasn’t pressured to make that decision on the spot . Very bad service with Lickety Split..LIARS!! They took advantage of us since we did not have water coming to the house. Over estimated the cost of the job. John made sure that we signed the contract which actually was the completion of the job form before the job was performed. I would not wished this happen to anybody. Stay away from lickety split. Not trustworthy people. The one star is for the person who fixed the pipe because he fixed it. But ZERO star to John on the phone and Bob/Robert who did the estimate. Bob said they would need big machinery's to dig since he could not find the broken pipe with his camera and maybe 4 people would do the job, that the pipe is probably 4ft deep! The job was done by one person with a shovel finished in a couple of hours maybe less. Stay away from Lickety Split. We also tried to get hold of John Ruthlege for a whole month and we never received a call return.

Brendan and Aaron came to my house to service my malfunctioning AC in the dead heat of the summer the same day I called. They were more than willing to work with me on any repair we could instead of pressuring me to make a whole system purchase. In the end I decided to get a new system and Lickety split installed it THAT NIGHT. Cool air is flowing and I won’t be getting AC service anywhere else.

The service was terrible, the "Plummer' would not show me what he actually did to charge me such a ridiculous price. The guy was unprofessional in many ways. My ac went out on Friday. I called Florida Heat and air who DID NOT accurately diagnose the issue, they overfilled my system and disconnected the ground wire. Couldn't order the part until Monday. I called Lickety Split who can same day, properly diagnosed all the issues and worked with my recovering credit to get me financing. Plumbing review only!First, I’d like to thank James Frank for assisting me with my initial scheduling. He did a great job explaining the services and setting the expectation! He deserves a 10/10 for exceptional service.Thursday, Lickety Split came to my home for a standard drain cleaning with free camera inspection because my hall shower stopped up. First things first, they needed to pump my septic tank in order to complete the inspection because my tank was full.I also had a chance to meet Byron, The VP. He was friendly and stayed at the house for a good while to oversee some of the inspection since we had a minor setback. John Neal was the supervisor on duty. He did a tremendous job ensuring a thorough inspection and came up with a game plan which included 3 options. They were able to clear my shower drain but discovered a bigger issue at hand; dreadful cast iron pipes that I presumed were still there with the age of my home but this was my first camera inspection.The pipes were in bad shape so he explained the best course of action for my budget and critical needs. They offer a pipe lining service that if done prior to critical failure, it’ll act as the new plumbing. It’s a COSTLY solution; however, far less expensive than a complete plumbing overhaul and renovations after the fact. Trust me, I got quotes from a couple different companies in the past for new plumbing and it was not pretty; Especially when insurance won’t cover any of it. I guess it was fair for what it was. Since I’ve never had a quote for pipe lining services, I have nothing to compare.Anyway, As much as I kept telling them I couldn’t pull the trigger on anything at that moment( I mean who really wants or needs another expense at this point in time; especially in a single income household), but when I heard how bad off it was, I chose the option that worked best for me and applied for financing.The plumbing crew was professionally, courteous and knowledgeable. I didn’t get their names but I had a 3 man crew complete the job. I also can’t remember the guys name who came with John on Thursday but Please thank them for me since y’all know who it is. Hell, they work for y’all. LOL. I’d have them back out any time.Last but certainly not least, Rebecca. I had feedback for the HVAC division. I provided all my feedback to her which to me felt like a lot but she didn’t get overwhelmed. She remained professional, kind and considerate. She passed my feedback along and We shared some laughs in the process.Thanks again! Everyone mentioned gets a 10/10!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. I frantically called several plumbers and Lickety Split was the only one that answered. I was charged 289 up front for a plumber to come out, time TBD as I was told plumber was on a job. I was able to stop the emergency and ended up not needing anyone to come. I called Lickety Split, spoke with Misty again, asked for refund, she said yes I can get the refund. 2 or so hours later I got a call from the plumber saying he was on his way. I told him I no longer needed a plumber, he said he had not gotten message. He was polite and professional. I did end up getting my refund plus a customer service follow up call. I would use them again in future based on customer service.

Great costumer service. He was very kind and courteous. But my AC is still running in the 80s after they just installed all new air ducts and cleaned my AC which he said would most likely fix the issue. My AC is only 4 years old and just passed a home inspection last year when I bought the house. I'm beginning to think it's a smaller issue that could have been fixed without getting all new air ducts replaced.

They were great initially - however after I have paid off the tankless water heater, they are failing to stand behind their work.Have had issues and getting someone out to complete repairs has been very disappointing.Three weeks without a call back on incomplete service and failure of management to return a call.Wife submitted a similar review and the OWNER of the company simply replied, "thanks for the review". No reach out. No apology.I would have recommended them initially but now, not a chance. Look elsewhere.

I've used Lickety Split for plumbing and HVAC and these guys are top notch. Very thorough and detail oriented. They take pictures every step of the way so there is a visual record in case any other issues come up, you have a baseline. They stand by their work and have a really good warranty. Oh and they are super responsive if you have any energencies too. Definitely recommend!

Electrician Anthony S. and field supervisor Ant Man were awesome. They are both extremely knowledgeable and explained our electrical issue in a way we could understand. $49 (discounted ) to come out and then $397 for a capacitor change seems exorbitant to me. I had to object at the end to a UV replacement which would have even increased the $397 onsite charge to over $700. Any discount they were going to apply went out the door when I turned down the UV replacement. Not sure what prices go these days but these prices are high! Apart from the cost, the service men (Cory and Louis) that came out were great guys - very professional, polite and explained the items clearly. They also checked out all the various items and were honest about the state of the hvac system (in and out). I am quite knowledgeable about my system so would have easily known if they lied about something that my previous company already did or took care of.In summary, I docked a star here as the price didn't justify the maintenance items in my opinion. I can only imagine if I actually had real issues with the hvac, what core repair costs will be. This company is not cheap thats for sure, and this was honestly communicated. Regardless, I have no doubt that, put aside the cost, if they re to fix something, they ll do it well. As a first time customer, I have mixed feelings.Update:Technicians that came told me that I couldn’t replace the UV bulb by itself and it needed to be fully a replaced set. I questioned this but was told that wasnt the case. Well…I did my research- What they said wasnt true at least for mymodel. Im taking out 1 more star. I was able to go to amazon, buy a 2-year replacement for under $120 and easily replace it myself saving premium bucks compared to if I just went with what I was told. Do your research folks - It saves you money and makes you more knowledgeable!

We would like to praise you for having an employee as Shelby. We had our AC unit repaired by Lickety Split and there was a question about the invoice. Shelby greeted me with an attitude of ability to help "whatever it took". She listened to my concern, took charge, and handle my concern. Why can't all customer service be at this level. Upon initial call for AC repair, to arrival time, to repair, was "above and beyond my expectations". Our AC unit went out around 5 PM, fearing we would not be able get repairs until the following day, we contacted three other AC repair companies. (We still have not received a call back). I called Lickety Split and was warmly greeted by James. He assured me, he would be able to get an technician out between 7 pm and 10 pm that same day. He also give us a discount on same day service. Henry, the service technician, arrived 7:30, with outstanding demeanor, professionalism and courtesy. He explained what he was doing, cost, and repaired the unit, much to our joy. He also offered outer actions to take to further keep our AC system in "top" working order.

The gentlemen qwre courteous and very professional. They explained my issues with my hvac clearly and allowed me time to ask questions. The didn't leave until I fully understood the problems with my hvac and made me feel like I was a part of the problem solving process. I had 4 kids and a cat running around the house and it didn't faze them a bit. The placed booties in their shoes upon entering and leaving my house. I would highly recommend this company and they are my go to company. They even took videos of my hvac to show me what I wasn't able to see.

The peace of mind the new installation and cleaning brings is incredible. After seeing the overwhelming buildup of condensation (after only 4 years) was enough to approve Lickety-Split to upgrade our system. My family breathed in all this dirt. All I asked for was the $49 A/C tune up!I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lickety Split. Not only was the repair process unprofessional and drawn out, but the tactics used to upcharge senior citizens were unacceptable. The technicians engaged in tag-teaming tactics, attempting to pressure and confuse me into unnecessary repairs and inflated costs.My A/C unit was less than five years old and fully functional, yet I was charged $1,500 to replace parts that did not need replacing. To make matters worse, the technician initially promised that he would personally return to complete the repairs and even asked me to adjust my schedule to accommodate his availability. However, on the day of service, the company sent someone else without prior notice, making this feel like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.This kind of deceptive practice is deeply concerning, and taking advantage of vulnerable individuals is disgraceful. Transparency and fair pricing should be the foundation of any reputable business, yet this experience was the complete opposite. It is clear this company does not rely nor care about returning customers.Of note, my crawl space door was put back on backwards and my breaker panel on the pole was left open and exposed to a rain storm that passed over the night of the service.If you value honesty, integrity, and true customer service, I strongly advise seeking assistance elsewhere.Update June 2025. A manager called .e from Lickety Split and offered to refund me $400 if I changed my Google review to something positive. If I don't update my review, then no refund.Run from this company. I am not changing my review, so not getting back $400.Lesson learned!!!
