Called over my guys at Lickety Split for a fan installation quote. Although the quote was a little bit out of my price range, the tech was extremely professional and did not try to over-sell me on the service. Straight shooter, told me that they offered that they were the best services in town, and left of that. There was no pushing me, whatsoever.

My technician was Lance very polite gentleman with a lot of knowledge and he didn’t hold back that knowledge. I got a very good education. He did a full diagnosis on the AC mini split unit and determined that it was in fine working condition. The bonuses, there was no charge for this. This company is on their game. I would definitely recommend them and I definitely will use them again in the future.

This business is a total disgrace. At exactly 6 months of a newly installed unit and duct work it all broke down. They sent out an intoxicated drunk man to fix the issue. The call center manager was rude. Not the first representative but the 2nd representative would not give an estimated time. And when I kept on insisting she just kept getting irritated. I'm the customer with an emergency issue and I needed someone out to my house as soon as possible to fix it. Definitely not a drunk man.

We called Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and Electric when the bathtub spout broke and needed to be replaced. Everything was very professional from the initial phone call to the repair. Our A/C was not cooling our home and was constantly running. I did call another company 1st, but they lied to me and never came out. Lickety Split came out did the inspection and told us what was wrong. The very next morning came out replaced our air ducts and cleaned the coils. Our A/C is now cooling our home. All of the guys that came out are 10 stars each. Thank you Lickety Split.Hunter was very good at his job. His customer service skills were on target. We appreciate the reliable air conditioner repair and would highly recommend them to anyone in Jacksonville needing HVAC service. We were really impressed with the plumbing side of Lickety Split. Our water heater was installed in our mobile home by a handyman and not in our home in outer wall of our home. We are looking to correct that horrible install to inside our home.

We needed urgent plumbing and found Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and Electric by searching for a plumbing repair near me. They offered same day service and arrived the same day, which was a huge relief. Jacob showed up at the exact time that the office said he would and was not only very polite but very knowledgeable. He got everything in order to re- plumb the house and replace the well filter system that we had installed years prior but was the wrong system for well water and had it replaced with the correct system. My wife and I are very very pleased with how we were treated and how well organized Jacob was. I highly recommend Jacob and Lickety Split AC, plumbing, and electric for any of these needs.

Kept trying to sell us on additional services. They said that my AC and my ductwork all needed to be replaced kept pushing for me to finance would not provide me with a quote no matter how many days had passed. Had another local company come out only to find out that my AC had a clogged drain line and from what I recall lickety split included a drain line unclogging which they never did. Sorry but it’s a company of scammers.

Hired them to find a leak. They put dye drops in the toilet bowl when they thought i wouldnt see. Took 200 for the leak found, tried to charge me 20 more for a toilet seal. Check the FB group, this bussiness is know for these type of scams.

Excellent service from Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric in Jacksonville. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed my concerns with my leaking sink and toilet water tank. He also explained to me the wear and tear of our hard water on pipes. He was very thorough and patient with me as I asked questions. He also left me with estimates so I could go over them later I wasn’t rushed into signing a contract. He did express the urgency in completing the work to prevent water damage in my home I actually learned a lot from this technician. It was definitely a teaching moment for him.

Lickety Split came out shortly after we moved into our new home. We quickly found out that the company who had renovated the house before we bought it had done a terrible job. Our HVAC ductwork needed to be replaced, we had a collapsed drain line under our driveway, and we were told before buying the house that the plumbing had been updated. Needless to say, we were completely overwhelmed.I will never forget standing in our driveway, newly married, wondering how we were going to afford all of these unexpected repairs. That's when Lickety Split told us they could take care of everything. They assured us they would get the house re-piped and repaired, and they gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. We trusted them and signed the contract.Two weeks later, we moved back into what we believed was a home we wouldn't have to worry about for a very long time. After spending roughly $50,000, we truly thought we had bought ourselves peace of mind. We believed we had a new HVAC system and new plumbing that would protect us for years to come.Fast forward a year and a half.We noticed the back three rooms of our house weren't getting proper airflow, so we called Lickety Split since everything was supposedly covered under their 10-year warranty. A technician discovered the ductwork had been installed without saddles, causing it to kink and restrict airflow. We were told it would be fixed. That was two months ago, and we're still waiting.Then came the final blow.JEA informed us that we have a leak between the main water line and the house. Naturally, we assumed this would be covered under warranty.It wasn't.That's when we learned something that left us absolutely stunned. While Lickety Split had moved and replaced the drain line, they had not replaced the home's water supply piping the way we believed they had described when they sold us the job. Our understanding of what we were paying for did not match what was ultimately written in the contract.Finding that out after spending nearly $50,000 was devastating.Instead of feeling secure in our home, we're right back where we started—dealing with unexpected repairs, mounting expenses, and wondering what else we're going to discover. The peace of mind we thought we had purchased simply isn't there.I've never written a negative review for a company before because I know mistakes happen. But this experience has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Between the installation issues, the lack of follow-through on warranty work, and the misunderstanding about the plumbing, I feel compelled to share our experience so someone else doesn't find themselves in the same situation.If you're considering using Lickety Split, my advice is simple: read every single line of your contract, ask questions until you are completely certain what is and isn't included, and don't let anyone rush you into signing.Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Lickety Split.

I used them to put in a new unit, they done the job right the first time , they have been back every 6 months to check and clean the unit and fix any thing that might be wrong although it’s only been a couple small miner fix’s didn’t take 5 mins and it was stuff other companies wouldn’t have bothered with, or missed them. Over the course of two different repairs, one via plumbing and another via AC. I've spent $50,000 at the company. Everyone's been really nice. After my last appointment with them I had spent $30,000 to have a new air conditioner installed. There was a little bit of damage to one of the walls and my expectation was that somebody would come and just kind of sand things out. When I got the call at the end of the job asking how things went I said great except for the repairs. I was told somebody would reach out and they never did.

I called Morgan at Lickety Split when I started having issues with my ac because she had been excellent at helping out with a plumbing repair job previously. Morgan responded quickly and arrranged to have James come out to take a look at the ac. James did a great job diagnosing the issues with the ac and was aable to effectively coordinate with his manager throughout the process to help give solid recommendations regarding the options for repair vs replacement including what lifespan expectancy each option would have. Initially, I opted for the repair route as it seemed to be the most cost effective option. With the nee plan for replacement in place Lickety Split reached out shortly after to update me on the replacment teams ETA. Upon arrival Matt and Gabby (replacement team) did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new one. Overall, everyone did an excellent job and are the people I'll call again should I have any future issues.

The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had my air conditioner running again by the afternoon. I appreciated the professional attitude and the straightforward service. Best same day experience I’ve had in months.Great service, but way too expensive.The staff and customer service were super nice and helpful. However, I paid $5,156.00 to replace my AC compressor during a hot spell because I have small children and was desperate. That price is way higher than the average $1,500 to $2,000 cost. I wish I had time to shop around, but I felt trapped by the heat. Good people, but far too expensive.

I must admit that I was hesitant to call Lickety Split because I didn’t know much about them and I wasn’t sure if a plumber was the type of technician I needed. From the moment we placed the call for service until the service was complete, we had exceptional service. Our AC wasn’t blowing cool air and though we had a service plan with another company, that company failed to provide ANY service. Called Lickety Split and was greeted by the friendliest customer service representative that understood our request and was very helpful. We were told we would have a tech come out the same day. We received a call literally 10-15 later letting us know our tech would be to our house within 20 mins. He arrived well before the 20 minutes. Very friendly, very professional, honest and provided us with option to get our AC repaired. We were not in the heat for long and really appreciated the honest insight he provided us for maintenance of our system. Our tech, Marcus Andrews, left us cooled off, with more information about our system, reasonably priced, and with a trusted company to help maintain our home.

EDITED TO ADD: WOULD NOT RECOMMENDWhile they got me financing, my $13k unit turned into over 35k because the "financing" is with 2 leasing companies who want over $800 amonth between them! When I called Lickety Spilt, basically they said im on my own.My ac went out on Friday. I called Florida Heat and air who DID NOT accurately diagnose the issue, they overfilled my system and disconnected the ground wire. Couldn't order the part until Monday. I called Lickety Split who can same day, properly diagnosed all the issues and worked with my recovering credit to get me financing. Oscar and Wayne came out to assist and Kevin helped make it happen. I will be a customer for life!!! 😊

I had a full house repipe done. This was a huge job! Everyone from Lickety Split that I came in contact with was, friendly, professional and very efficient.Chris and Carlos was the main team that competed the work on my house. They were extremely hard-working, they did not stop from the time they arrived at my home to the time they left in the evening. Chris was the lead on the project and he was amazing! He ensured everything was completed with the highest quality. Awesome service! Had my entire HVAC unit go out on me, gave them a call, and they replaced the full unit same day as the inspection. The techs are super friendly, the office staff are super helpful, and you cant beat the warranty that comes with their work.If i had more than 2 thumbs I'd give them 10 thumbs up!

Wonderful experience! Our HVAC decided to stop working over the holidays. Jacob came out the same day, diagnosed and repaired our AC quickly and was very courteous and patient. We opted after the repair to have the ducts/vents cleaned and Justin came shortly afterwards the same day to complete that service. He, too, was polite and pleasant whilst undertaking that project and very flexible working around our many pets. Will absolutely use them going forward!

Called late last week and made an appt for their $49 special for AC inspection and tune up. Keenan arrived promptly, was personable and did a thorough inspection. He pretty quickly found an issue with the pressure on the air handler and spent a considerable amount of time narrowing down this problem, which turned out to be the 52 yo aforementioned duct work. After much discussion, research, and questions asked I decided to move forward with them to have new duct work installed. They made the financing part of the job quick, easy, and relatively painless, given the price. Not that they were unfair in the price just that I had no idea things were as bad as they were with the current ducting. They will be here tomorrow to do the installation and I’ll provide an update once that is complete and I can hopefully see the results translate to lower cooling/heating bills. Thanks to all involved so far from Lickety Split.

Jacob and John were absolutely awesome. Jacob went ABCD (Above the call of duty). He made me feel like I was the only customer that he had ever had. The work was professionally done with explanations given At every step. The work was also Done at a Very fair price. After Jacob completed his work, then John arrive shortly after and spent the next 3 1/2 to 4 hours meticulously cleaning the unit. I was very impressed with the company overall And will use them every time I need HVAC work done

Robert Lynch was sent over after a couple of calls to customer service regarding a septic problem (under warranty)... He diagnosed the problem immediately, opened the tank, fixed the problem (a misplaced float valve), ziptied everything in place, closed the tank, replaced dirt/grass and took away all the garbage from the project... All in two hours... This man is a hidden treasure of Lickety Split, give him a raise!

Had a big problem with a leak in my plumbing/shower and Robert came and got everything fixed up. Not only he was extremely knowledgeable, but the thing that stuck out the most was his professionalism and his courtesy. Made us feel comfortable that no matter what the issue was that he was going to fix it. Takes pride in his work and it shows. Will definitely call again.
