Problem isn’t the techs. They are great. Professional and do a good job. Problem is the product and original install. This brand new unit hasn’t worked correctly since the install in July. Two new outdoor units ( mother board burned up) since July and now a second handler ( board) ??? Faulty install or product ?? Had to be wiring issues…Not to mention the burned wire in the unit noticed today. . Is my house gonna burn down next ?? I have lost several days waiting Arlin for this unit to be right. Now it’ll be 6 days until the are back with the new board fo the handler.

It’s a late Sunday night, and after a grueling 4 days of no bathing or flushing toilets, we called Lickety Split, and within a short time, Trenton Carter came in and literally cleaned out our blocked pipes!!! Our other plumber said it could only be done by accessing our roof!!! Not for Trent, not only did he fix our blocked main sewage pipe, he cleaned and recorked afterwards. I am sooooo impressed, I can’t say enough about this professional, polite, and thorough young man!!!!

Their employees trash our parking lot, everyday two vans come to our apartment complex with loud music, rude behavior, and trash literally POURS from their vans, they have not ONCE picked up after themselves, they leave it for our apartment maintenance team. Their license plates are FQU-C93 and 10F-VHM, if this is how your employees behave in a PARKING LOT I would NEVER let them in my home, this company needs to do better

HORRIFIC experience.Called for emergency service. Took over 3 hours for them to come out. The tech BARELY assessed the problem. Caught the tech on camera saying “let’s get them for $3500” to fix a broken valve after seeing our home. Unfortunately for the tech, we know enough about plumbing that this was a complete scam. Brought this to his attention, he started stuttering, suddenly dropped the price $1500. Attempted to explain himself which made absolutely no sense.Scammers.Horrible company.

We started laundry last night and our washer just happened to have a pipe rupture. Our past plumbers apparently took a short-handed method that caused this debacle, unfortunately. Lickety-Split sent us an angel named Walter, that was here until almost midnight so that we could use water as soon as possible. I originally called because my heat wasn’t getting hot and my air wasn’t getting cold. I honestly thought it was going to turn into a major repair. Darius came out and troubleshot everything so thoroughly that he figured out the exact issue and fixed it right away! no upselling, just real knowledge and skill. On top of that, Cory went above and beyond. He literally drew a full map of my house, went room-to-room checking every vent, and discovered cardboard stuck in THREE of my vents that had apparently been there for years. I’ve had other AC companies out before, and not one of them ever caught that.Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care really impressed me. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right instead of rushing through. I’m beyond grateful! Highly recommend this team!

While my total experience is TBD as I have work planned to be completed I cannot provide a true assessment right now. My issue occurred during the record setting cold spell Feb 1 - 3 2026. I have scheduled repairs to be done. I will reserve my overall review after the scheduled repairs still to be completed. I will say the service technician appeared very knowledgeable about the issue and was very polite and represented the company professionally.*****All my work has been completed as of Feb 7th. The quality of work I'm satisfied with.I did speak verbally with the scheduling department and I told them that my only Disatisfaction was when they kept pushing the schedule window back 2 and 3 times up to 12 hours. That to me doesn't live up to their name Lickety Split not when you have made plans to be at home and the window continues to change. For my last work order, we just pushed the time out to the next day.Work was completed by knowledgeable technicians.

I heard a banging noise & some dripping behind the wall of my kitchen sink. I had called another plumbing company but when I called the next day to CONFIRM my appointment, I was rudely told I was not on their schedule... I was furious! That's when I decided to call Lickety Split to see if they had someone available to help me. They were able to get a couple of plumbers out to me on the same day. Myles and his supervisor showed up. We walked through what I was hearing, checked everything out behind my wall, & I learned that the noise was from air getting into the piping system. Everything turned out OK, I had no major issue to fix. It was so nice to have some technicians show up that truly cared & wanted to help me. Thanks, Lickety Split! Make sure Myles & his supervisor get a free lunch meal over there!

Great team I purchased a new air conditioner after we found a lot of mold and debris inside the old one. The team removed all my ducks replaced it with new ones and installed a brand new carrier air conditioner with ultraviolet light and many other goodies. They also came out three or four times after the insulation to make sure everything was running properly. I couldn’t be happier.

Very polite, professional, straight to the point (which is how I roll). Great customer service experience. NEVER CHANGE THIS!!! 👈🏿⚠️⚠️Unfortunately,, I have to edit this. I purchased an Hvac system. I paid up front. Things started to conflict around the first free maintenance. I felt betrayed and called another 2 companies suggested by a reputable out of state resource that had great dealings with these two companies. They came out and DID NOT CHARGE ME. Long story short, I didn't tell them who did the work but they assured me that this wasn't going to go well, and they were right. I have to live with this. I am ok with it. I paid and lost, cool, however in order to claim the unit on my taxes I need a form completed that I have been reaching out to the company for over a year, at this point. I'm going to have to file at a loss. Very disappointed and displeased with the company.

I’m so disappointed. I thought we had finally found a good plumbing service. They replaced the faucet in our kitchen. All that was fine. Although it did feel like the Plummer thought being there was a pain in his butt. I even offered to help which I did. After he left, my mom asked me to see if he put cover on the spigot (that was when the 29 degree weather started), when I went to check it was on the ground off to the the side and my hose and sprayer were spraying water all over the plants I had just spent my afternoon covering up. It had been spraying all over my plants for 30 to 45 minutes and had I not gone out there it would have been spraying all night. I called because I was pissed and I work hard to keep my plants happy. I called and yes, I was cursing. I did not call anyone any names and I apologized. As soon as she picked up she had said the fakest how can we make u smile I had EVER heard. She sounded rude right off the gate. Then even after i apologized the lady totally just ignored everything I said like it was not a problem they left my water spraying all over my plants at 20 degrees. She wouldn’t even acknowledge that leaving my water spraying all over my plants when it’s about to be 20 degrees was a problem. I apologizes for cursing, you would think they would have also apologized. She wasn’t taking anything seriously and I asked for the manager to call me. It’s now Thursday and no word, this was on Saturday. Im so disappointed that they would be so irresponsible and then not owning that they killed my honey suckle. My mom Said the manager was really nice, but apparently killing my plants and letting the water spray all over when it’s gonna be 20 degrees that night is not a problem for them. All other services were fine. They say how can I make you smile, what a joke. Clearly they dont mean it and the receptionist sounds like she hates her job. I was told the manager was a nice man, but as always people treat u like crap and I guess it’s ok. I’ve had the honey suckle for years. Clearly the manager doesn’t care about leaving water spraying on My porch all night in 20 degrees isn’t considered important. There was zero reason for him to turn it on in the first place! Not to mention the second they leave someone is calling and say how was it? They don’t even give you chance to check it before they call u. I mean within minutes they call and say how was it because their employees are competing I guess for reviews. I wasn’t even gonna write this, but the fact that the manager doesn’t seem to feel the need to address this I’m kinda upset. Which really sucks because they have been really nice, but the fact they don’t even feel the need to apologize when I did for cussing says a lot to me. One little phone call would have been really nice.

Well, I didn't realize how serious the FREEZE was until I woke Saturday and had no water. There was a busted water pipe outside and it needed repairing right away. Lickety Split came to the rescue! Zero stars. Terrible experience. The plumber we usually use couldn't come for a few days. I hoped to get my faucets installed sooner, so I called Lickety Split. At the end of the 6 hour window they gave me, I called for the ETA. A Lickety Split truck arrived about 6:30 pm. The man told us the install of our 2 faucets would be $725 (install ONLY) bc we had the new faucets. Wow, right? So we said no. He then said he could reduce it to $625.When I called to voice my opinion to the office, the man that answered the phone was soooo rude. We did finally get reimbursed for the $99 fee to get on their schedule. Worst experience ever.

PREDATORY PRICING!! FAKE REVIEWS! They will pay you to leave them a positive review!They quoted me $963 for a garbage disposal replacement. I had to help the technician pick out the correct one on the Lowe’s website for $129. After speaking with a manager they agreed to do it for $400 which is still outrageous but not near as bad as what they attempted to do to me! They will attempt to charge you as much as they possibly can. I’ve never seen a company try to take advantage of a consumer to this extent. 400% markup on the retail price from Lowe’s and then $300 an hour. Stay far away from these greedy predators! And just wait for the AI response from the business that says how sorry they are and how they aim to provide transparent pricing…

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was outrageous. This plumbing company lures you in with deceptive coupons, only to charge you to come out with a quote. They charged my elderly mother $169 just to provide a quote, then another $300 just to diagnose the issue all before doing any work. The quote was ridiculously high over 9K, and they pressured her into a financing plan that wasn’t clearly explained. Total bait and switch. Stay far away! There are honest local plumbers out there who won't take advantage of you. Look at the bad reviews if you want to know the truth and check yelp.

Lickety Split came in to do a free service on my AC. The free service wound up costing me about 25k. Don’t jump conclusion because it wasn’t them trying to sell me something. I had some serious issues with the size of my AC vs the size of my ductwork and mold. Ductwork was way undersized and needed replacing in its entirety. In addition the AC was only 3-5 years old and because it was only able to put out about a quarter of the amount of air it’s supposed to, it made the ac work extremely hard and in those 3 years weve had that system, weve had to have it repaired 3 times at several more thousands of dollars. We never got the warranty filed by the company that installed it so we did NOT have any warranty so any repairs were out of pocket. Well Jacob at Lickety Split told me what it would cost and offered a large discount on a new system that would have a 10 year warranty on it parts and labor. Plus I’ve got lung disease and because of that he had his men come the very next day and start replacing the AC unit inside and out and all the ductwork. THE NEXT DAY!!! The previous AC was saturated with micro-organisms and since I’ve got lung disease, time was really of the essence because chances are that’s where I got the disease from. I’ve got Mycobacterium (NTM). I was astounded that he would drop everything and get on my job so quickly. While yes it did cost me a lot of money, it won’t matter if I’m not around to use it. Along with grandchildren and the rest of my family. He quite possibly single handedly making my health better as well as keeping the rest of my family from getting sick too. In addition to the health concerns, we had electric bills as high as $900. With the new system we can pay for it with payments and save about 500-$600 per month. Will pay for itself in no time. Called late last week and made an appt for their $49 special for AC inspection and tune up. Keenan arrived promptly, was personable and did a thorough inspection. He pretty quickly found an issue with the pressure on the air handler and spent a considerable amount of time narrowing down this problem, which turned out to be the 52 yo aforementioned duct work. After much discussion, research, and questions asked I decided to move forward with them to have new duct work installed. They made the financing part of the job quick, easy, and relatively painless, given the price. Not that they were unfair in the price just that I had no idea things were as bad as they were with the current ducting. They will be here tomorrow to do the installation and I’ll provide an update once that is complete and I can hopefully see the results translate to lower cooling/heating bills. Recommended an ultraviolet light be installed in the enclosure around the HV/AC unit to reduce moisture and was informed we would think about it. All around efficient work, was clean. We had a plumbing disaster involving our well pump and leaking water lines in the foundation of our house. Lickety Split website and emergency service request management enabled a licensed plumber, Cooper to get out to our house after hours. Copper was fantastic, knowledgeable and very very kind. He went above and beyond for us and took care of us like he would have taken care of his own family. Forever grateful!

Super friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain everything so I could understand it. He didn’t rush through anything and was honest about what needed to be done — no pressure at all.Even though he was just here for an estimate, he left a great impression.
