Cameron is the BEST!! It’s so hard to find reputable, reliable, professional companies that just CARE nowadays. Lickety split is all of that and so much more. My husband passed recently and it’s been difficult for me to manage everything around the house. My son helps me when he can but he lives 30 minutes away from me and is not always able to be here. Being an older lady with little to no knowledge of air conditioning units. I feared I may get taken advantage of and cheated out of my money. With my son being out of town this week and my house being 88 degrees I decided to make the call. Honestly I should’ve made it sooner. My technician Cameron arrived within an hour, diagnosed the issue and went over the solutions with me. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was educated on my choices. He was very kind and was also very patient with me when I had my many questions. I would recommend this company to anyone! They are great! Ask for the young man Cameron he’s wonderfull!!

Jordan & Jerome were excellent. I had my unit inspected by Lowe’s and the guy missed the mess under the coils. They found a problem with the pressure being to high on my unit and worked until they found the problem. Bravo Zulu you two. Oh and they are veterans to boot. And my dogs like them both but Jerome they like better. lol

Brandon and Kevin did a great job with my AC unit. They came out the same day and educated me on my unit and what it was supposed to do versus what it was currently doing. Loved the customer service support. I will definitely use them again if services is needed and I would recommend this company to anyone. Used these guys to get me an eye on what was going on with my century old house plumbing. In less than 5 mins they found some small issues and they recommended an inspection jetting/cleaning to get thru some muck to see a full picture and after they were able to see my pipes they totally helped me gauge what I was dealing with. Would totally recommend them in the future when I will need more work done!

My AC died, I called several places to shop around. I really appreciated LS customer service and the way they called me back not 10 minutes after I left a message. The woman who scheduled me was very nice and got me in the next day (other companies were scheduled out through September and some never called me back). William and Jimmy were on time. They called beforehand which I requested, I appreciate them doing that.Both gentleman were very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions, walked me through my next steps. I never felt rushed.During the install of the new ac (which was SAME DAY!) the wrong thermostat was put in. I called William who was very nice and handled it immediately. What really got me was when Eddie called me (the owner) to apologize about the thermostat. Mistakes happen and it’s ok. What I appreciate is how this company handled it. We love our new AC! Everyone I've talked to and had work at our home gets five stars. . The best company that gets the job done right ,quickly, reasonably, they have gone over and above to get us up and going again. We needed a new a/c system and a new septic field at same time. They had us done in couple days. Even brought us a portable a/c until job was complete. Aaron. First off Lickety Split was the only company who would answer out of 8 other plumbing companies I called, when I had a water line break at my house. Update: my hvac has been replaced and the air conditioning is working and I'm so thankful for all of the help from everyone who came out today and worked on it (and also quickly fixed my side door so I didn't have to keep slamming it so hard to get it to close)! This has been some of the nicest and best service I've ever recieved and I highly recommend Lickety SplitCalled for help with my broken HVAC system and met with Mr. Brandon who came out and helped explain what needed to happen to get my AC working again and all of my options. I went into this expecting the process to be stressful, but he made things a lot less stressful and now I'm just waiting for the repairs to be done later today. I'm so grateful for all of the help I've recieved so far as it is. Definitely ask for Brandon if you call for repairs

Brandon came to fix my AC unit today. He is a great guy, very professional and very polite and nice. He definitely knows what he is doing. He explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my Air Conditioner which is very very old and not working anymore so I needed a new AC Unit. Jonathan the manager offered me a new unit and they will finance it too, so I don't have to pay for it all at once, and they give me a year to start paying for it or to pay without interest for that year, plus I will have a 10 year warranty and a 5 year free service. I definitely recommend this company. Great service! They care for you! Great decent people! I give them 5 stars. And if there would be more stars I would give them all 😃☺️

Lickety Split came to my house the same day i called, did a detailed assessment of my AC unit and came up with a plan for replacement and the new duct work, which will be done tomorrow. I was just ripped off by another company, AToZ home repairs , where he got $600 in advance and never came back to do the work. Do not use that company. He is a major con Artist. Lickety Split is a fun name for a company that treats its customers with respect. I can’t afford to throw away my SSI little check, on sheisters . I’ll follow up

*UPDATE: Lickety Split reached out and I worked with a guy named Chad in the office that coordinated a resolution on all the problems that were found on the initial visits. Chad helped greatly to get the issues resolved and made it feel like he cared to meet a resolution for my benefit. Thank you Chad for helping getting everything sorted out.The original review issues: The tub faucet is hanging off the wall. The shower arm is wobbly and the cover fell off the wall as well with a large hole showing. They tore open the back side of the wall to get to the pipes. Currently, all the original issues has been resolved except having the dry wall patched up but based on the experience with working with Chad, I have faith they will follow through with getting the drywall patched. I will update the review when the drywall is patched.

I received a quote for $22k for a mobile home 4 ton unit and then would get discounts that brought it down to $16k. That is basically a down payment on a new home or I could just buy a car outright and sleep out of it at that price! The person who came to the home was super friendly but the pricing is just outrageous. Went with a different company that has similar reviews and able to get the 4ton ac for $5k.

Had my AC suddenly die on me. After some self troubleshooting I ended up giving Lickety Split a call. They were the only group that was able to show up same night, which I really appreciated with my salt water reef tank. After going over the options we decided to replace the unit. They brought over some portables to keep my living room and fish tank cool through the night and had everything installed the next day. Every single person from on the phone to the techs that came out to troubleshoot and install the new system were amazing and understood our urgency to get it cooled back down.

This is the second time I have called Lickety Split to get some repairs done on my AC. Today it went out after a bad storm.
