Lickety Split is giving one homeowner the chance to win a new high-efficiency air conditioning system, professionally installed before June 2, 2026. Please read the full rules below for details on eligibility, entry, and prize fulfillment.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a resident of the greater Northeast Florida area
• Own a single-family residential home within Lickety Split’s service area
• Be able to schedule installation before June 2, 2026
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Lickety Split

Renters, landlords, commercial properties, and multi-family residences are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from 2/1/2026 through 4/30/2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official giveaway form with:

• Name
• Address
• Email
• Phone number

Limit one (1) entry per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen using a computer-generated lottery system(or how will you choose the winner)
• The drawing will take place on or around May 2026.
• The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email
• The winner does not need to be present to win
• If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected

6. Prize Description

The prize includes:

• One (1) high-efficiency air conditioning system
• Standard professional installation by Lickety Split
• Installation completed before June 2, 2026

The prize does not include:

• Ductwork replacement or modifications
• Electrical upgrades or panel changes
• Structural changes or non-standard installation work
• Permits beyond standard installation requirements

If additional work is required, it will be discussed with the winner prior to installation and may be the homeowner’s responsibility.

7. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Lickety Split permission to use their name, image, and installation photos/video for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law).

10. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates these rules
• Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control occur
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or website errors

11. Privacy

Information collected is used solely for:

• Administering the giveaway
• Contacting the winner
• Marketing communications from Lickety Split (opt-out available at any time)

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

12. Release of Liability

By entering, participants release Lickety Split from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

13. Winner Announcement

The winner’s first name and last initial may be announced on Lickety Split’s website or social media channels after confirmation.
